Management is rude. Service is painfully slow. If your in a hurry do not come here. Very very disappointed.

We ate at your brew pub this evening and ordered some medium orders of boneless wings. I was only able to eat 2 of them for the rest of them and the ones in my wife's and sons baskets were just as bad they were dry hard and had obviously been in the freezer a few times before they got to our table. The service was good just bad food I have eaten at the one in Salem and it was very good. I would recommend people not eat the boneless freezer burned wings. I don't mind paying for food I just like to get my moneys worth in my opinion I got ripped off. read more

Very accommodating to our group. Sat in their outside shelter, which was a little different, but not being from the valley where it rains a lot I could understand the need for a completely covered area. We all had drinks, men enjoyed their beer, and us women liked our drinks as well. A little sweeter than expected, but still good. Had the new buffalo Mac n' Cheese, had good flavor, but the bread was a little salty. We asked to have the tv near us changed to a different sport, and without hesitation they did so. I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I live in Georgia and was visiting with my family at this BWW. There were 5 of us on a Wednesday around 1230. We ordered our drinks and they can fast, we had water and lemonade. We ordered our food at 1240 and it did not come until 110. 30 minutes for some wings, wrap, mac and cheese, a burger and some street tacos is RIDICULOUS! Not to mention, the waitress didn't even come over and apologize for the wait or say she would go check on the food. It was NOT busy at all. I saw one person working and that was or waitress, she was even busing all the tables and seating people at the door. This place has really gone down. read more

Damn good comfort food with a wide variety of quality beers. Consistently high quality wings, and very good appetizers. Service is fast and attentive and prices are very reasonable. Best of all, dozens of screens of sports, and they are happy to put on whatever game you wish. read more

My husband and I went there for our friend's birthday party. It was absolutely packe and very loud. Not exactly our scene, but that wasn't the restaurants fault. I had the grilled chicken wrap which was pretty darn good! They Honey BBQ sauce is very, very good. They messed up my husband's order, so the manager comped our meal. I was here a few months ago and sat at a table for 90+ minutes without being approached by a server. I came back today for lunch because a non-profit was getting 15% for all sales. We ordered nachos and wings. The wings are good, whatever, but I've literally had better nachos from gas stations. At least at a gas station you can smother your chips with the disgusting/delicious cheese sauce. Here, you get a cursory squirt of nothing coupled with a chili sauce that I doubt passes FDA inspections for dog food. All overpriced, but it was a lot of food. Service was awesome. Seriously. Atmosphere was depressing when it wasn't overwhelming. It's the place that middle management goes for lunch to act cool. And really, can we talk about the joke they refer to as "trivia"? Question: "How many vowels are in the world elephant?" Came in here and ordered 10 of the hottest wings they offer. Server came back apologizing that he put the order in wrong with boneless wings (i ordered wings on the bone) and said that I could munch on these while he brought my real order over. I can take some heat, but by the time he brought my actual order over I was shivering cold from the sweat that accumulated from eating that hot sauce. I got about four wings into my order and had to quit. Everything tasted great. I dont exactly like the over the top sports bar atmosphere but overall I enjoyed the experience. read more

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. We came in around 3pm and there was only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. We waited 25 mins for our food. All we ordered was a side salad, mini corn dogs, and an order of wings. When we finally got our food, it was cold. We asked our server to warm them up for us real quick and we waited another 25-30 mins for them to come back out!! Our water was never refilled, asked for more ranch and never got it. Worst service ever tonight. My husband eats here weekly (usually in the bar). Tonight we met friends with their infant so set in the main section. Our waitress brought us water and drinks and then seemed to go on her break or something because she didn't come back to take our food order. Place was not packed either. Finally flagged down another waitress cleaning off a table - she tracked down a supervisor who asked if there was anything wrong. He tracked down our waitress who none too friendly took our orders---wish I could say Service improved after that but it didn't. If this had been our first experience I would never give this place a second visit. Don't even deserve one star. every time I come here I have bad service, but today was the worst. Me and my roommate told the hostess our name and she told us it was a wait. Cool. But we waited 25 minutes and finally my roommate asked the hostess (not the same one who we talked to originally) how much longer it would be. Turns out our name wasn't even on the list..... She told us we would be seated next. We sat there for another 10 or 15 minutes while tables opened up and just sat there and weren't cleaned off. Meanwhile these girls working there are legitimately just standing there doing nothing. Then I watch as they sit two groups who arrived after us... i was about 2 seconds away from asking to speak to a manager, but then they sat us. Everything was fine for a while until I asked for a side of BBQ sauce with my wings... the waitress said "do you just want them extra wet?" I said (in a nice tone) that no, I just want the side of sauce (because everytime I ask for extra wet, they aren't) and then she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and said okay. Yep, I kid you not. We asked them to bring out ranch and blue cheese with our meal. We only got ranch, which is fine, but we waited for probably 10 minutes until anyone even acknowledged us... two waitresses were on break sitting behind us, and instead of checking on anyone, the waitresses NOT ON BREAK would walk by our table along with multiple others and go talk to their coworkers on break... Then we finished our meal and sat for another ten minutes waiting for her to come give us our check. Mind you this girl had one table! Ridiculous. Probably not coming back here again. They charge a cover to watch sports here. everything else is normal service, but they added a $5 cover to our bill per person without telling us there would be a cover. When we exited we saw a printer paper sign saying there was a cover for the evening but it was not there when we entered. read more

This place only opened about a week ago, so some of the reviews at first are probably going to be horrible. Yes we had a few slight problems with our order, but you need to realize that the place was packed and most of these servers are brand new. Also, the system they have in place to serve the food is ridiculous. Your server places your order in the computer, then the cook gets it. After its cooked, it gets sent out to a runner that then puts it at another place for ANOTHER runner to bring it to you. Now the server that took your order has no idea if your order is messed up because they are NOT ALLOWED to bring the food to your table. Trust me, I know how this place works. You want a side of ranch? Most places the server runs to the back and gets you some. Not here. They have to put it in the computer and then the cook gets the order for ranch, then it's put up for a runner, etc. Holy Cow! Give it time people and don't expect 3 star Michelin dining. It's a wing and beer joint. They don't claim to be anything they are not. Your server is working their ass off for you and have a messed up way of doing things that they have no control over. Our server tonight was amazing and treated us very well. Yes the wings took forever to come out, but I was so busy having drinks and watching the blazers game that I wasn't too worried. Last week I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with friends to celebrate a birthday. I have an intolerance to gluten so I ordered a chicken salad minus croutons. Out came the salad and lo and behold croutons were hiding under the chicken. I called over the waitress to let her know about the mistake and she kindly took my plate away and offered to have it remade. Before I knew it, the manager was shaking my hand with apologies and telling me that the salad was on him. My friend also had an issue with his chicken wrap and that was on the house too! I understand it will take a while for a new establishment to work out all the kinks but boy oh boy was I happy how they fixed the problems and made us want to return for more. Tried to order the boneless/traditional wings combo which is around 19.50$. This order comes with French fries and coleslaw. I don't like coleslaw so me and my wife tried to substitute it for mac and cheese (I didn't mind paying an extra 1-2$ for the substitution if that was the case). The waitress said that should be fine. She returns 2min later and lets us know that we can't substitute the mac and cheese. So we ask what we can substitute and she gives us a verbal list of things. We decide to substitute the coleslaw for some tatter tots (which the waitress said would work) and order the mac and cheese in addition as an entree for another 5$. The waitress then returns after 2 min again and let's us know that she made a mistake and there are actually no substitution options. At this point my wife and I were fed up and decided to cancel the order and leave. We were about to spend 25$ for a meal at this restaurant and can't even have it the way we want it. If I go to KFC and get a 5$ fill up they allow substitutions on almost everything for gods sake. It's not about the money I wouldn't mind paying more I just don't like coleslaw. Buffalo wild wings might save 1-2$ by not allowing substitutions on anything but they just lost 25$ and a customer that will never enter their doors again. We decided to go to flat tail brewing instead and got a fantastic meal with better service. read more

Typical WildWings fare. Can get crowded at times, especially during and around OSU games. Wait can exceed 40-60 minutes. Service is all over the place...can be very good, or as I recently suffered, horrendous. Not sure, but appears "new" servers start on Mondays, as I have had terrible service a few times recently, on Mondays, from what appeared to be newbies. Manager can be unresponsive. Buffalo Wild Wings is a perfect place to watch football games or have a party. They have huge tv screens that place sports all day. It could be a little bigger concidering the bar is almost half the restaurant but they do have seating available outside and for the cold days they have heaters outside. All the waiters and waitresses are very funny and check-up on you often to make sure everything is okay. We recently celebrated a friends birthday here and we all had a blast! They made him stand up on a chair and had the whole restaurant sing happy birthday to him. This is a very exciting atmosphere and you will have a lotof fun if you go! read more

Went there with the grandkids and a pal. The server was excellent. She anticipated our needs and was very friendly. Being a sports themed place, we expected it to be loud, but the multiple televisions going on different channels was deafening. We were the only ones there with the exception of one other table, but the place had a din that made conversation problematic. The food...bad. Had a ranch chicken sandwich. The bread was not up to handling it. By the time it came, it was falling apart soggy. The chicken must have walked all the way from it's home to the restaraunt. So tough I had to take it out and cut it to eat it and even then the chewing was akin to eating a rubber tire. Onion rings on the side were acceptable, but not outstanding. My friend had a chicken wrap. On first bite she had issues with oversaltiness. She tried to put ranch dressing to offset it, but ultimately took it apart to try and eat what wasn't salted to the extreme. Overall, it was ten bucks for the sandwich and another for the wrap. Not worth it by any means. The kids meals were half that price and lackluster. Will not go back. read more
