Cute little place in Lebanon. Service was great and food was amazing. Large portions and yummy! I don't recommend the drinks or dessert, too expensive and VERY small portions for the price. Also, usually a birthday dessert is free, not here. read more

Great beer - horrible food and service! We went there today for lunch with a group of 10 for a light lunch. The special of the day was clam chowder and tri-tip chili - both sounded good on a cold day. The food took about an hour to get - in fact the last items were the chowders and chili's. The clam chowder was served cold with no crackers, and the chili was so spicy no one could eat it. It was a dried lump of mashed beans with no fluids or meats - disgusting! No servers checked on us - so moral of the story is don't eat the food here - you will be sorry! Service sucks but the beers were good so just come for drinks but nothing else! read more

Tried the wagyu loco moco and the wagyu patty melt. They literally took a frozen beef patty (no seasoning) heated it, put it on top of rice with gravy and egg and called it good. No onion or green onion to speak of. Was so plain and flavorless. I've never had such underwhelming, unseasoned food for 20+ dollars. Got Cajun tots with the patty melt and those were the most flavorful part of the meal. That's pretty sad. Had a gift card for 25$ that at least softened the blow of the $50 bill. A little bit of spice would have gone a long way. read more

Had a fantastic experience at this new restaurant. My family and I visited and sat outside. Great ambiance and tables are all pretty spaced out. There are some larger tables outside that surround fire pits. Those looked great. Our kids ordered from the kids menu, my wife got the tuna and I got the build your own burger. We also ordered some fries as an appetizer. Everything came out pretty quick and looked amazing (see photos). The burger was amazing. The kids loved their food. Best part was the service. We gal we had was always stopping by and always so friendly. Only had a couple of minor hiccups. The burger I ordered didn't come out with the right toppings. The other slight annoyance was people would come out to the patio area, exit the side gate and smoke right outside the gated area. Within ten feet or so of my kids. Otherwise, this place was amazing and I definitely plan to come back soon! read more

The food was not good, which would have been fine...I could've sent back or ordered something else if the staff actually came back to check on the table, of which there were two, in the whole place. Service really wasn't good overall when it counted, but generally very friendly upfront. We were the only two tables in the place and didn't really get any attention. I managed to get some more seasoning to improve the taste of my dish, but I hadn't been asked beforehand how it was and wasn't asked afterwards. I feel like if your meal sucks and isn't as advertised for the prices you pay to go out at all, more so if a place is billing themselves as a bit nicer, you should have a chance to get your money's worth...which means the staff paying attention so you can voice that before dinner is over, w/o making ppl uncomfortable and ruining dinner. As it stands I paid for a dinner I didn't like and wasn't as advertised really. I should have and could have gotten up and taken it back myself but didn't, kept waiting instead. Waited an hour, no food, then told to leave! We stopped in for a Ruben sandwich today at 12 pm. Your restaurant was busy, with two servers. A woman wearing a "blackrock" shirt and another server with long blonde hair. Seeing how busy the restaurant was, we were not expecting a speedy lunch. We received menus and drinks from the waitress wearing blackrock shirt, then she proceeded to sit more customers around us and got their drinks. After a good 20 minutes, the blonde asked if "she" had taken our order yet? Assuming she meant the other waitress, we said no. The blonde waitress then remarked "I hated it when she does that" We gave our order of French dip and Ruben with fries. At 1 pm we observed the blonde waitress serving meals to several customers that had come in after us, but we were still waiting. I flagged down her down and asked where our food was. She went to the kitchen, then returned saying our food will be up shortly. We asked how long "shortly" was because customer around us had ordered "after" us. She immediately became defensive and said she did not know. We pushed, 'saying we were on a lunch hour and those seated after us were already eating and we were hungry." Her reply was 'Don't be irritated with me, you can just leave!" It is clear Robins Northside has staffing has drama with each other and absolutely no respect for customers. The waitress should have said she forgot to put in our order. It was clear the food was no where near ready. Instead she got defensive and told us to leave. read more

based on the fact, that food is the main reason I came, I am giving this experience two stars. sunny afternoon we sat outside in the patio and the ambience was amazing. Also, the service was prompt and the server was courteous. I ordered a spud Zila, which in essence is a potato covered with a variety of meats, cheeses, and sour cream decorated with fancy lettuce. The first downfall was a bite of moldy lettuce that resulted in a quarter of my plate being quarantined. Mostly I was put out by the condition of my potato. The skin was a thick and dry resembling yesterdays dinner while the center was the yellow color that comes with an old potato. I do have pictures if I can figure out how to add them I will. Meh, if you want your order incorrectly prepared with wilted veggies and uncooked meat. I'm not sure how you accomplish random uncooked sections in a burger, but their cook figured it out. Beer selection is mid, but their specialty mixed drinks were great. We placed an order to take home for the kids and they brought it to us right after we got our food, so the Togo order had to sit for another 30 mins. We came here shortly after they opened for business and the food/service was rough, expected with new restaurants. Waitstaff lacks experience and most of the employees we encountered were more focused on socializing than customers. There are four other similar spots in Lebanon and ive yet to have any of the staff walk by a table with empty glasses and not offer more drinks. That is a no-brainer for a sports bar. read more

Service was great. The menu is varying enough that it had me contemplating a few options. Portions and presentation were spot on. My salmon was cooked perfectly. My only complaint is the amount of sauce and how salty the sauce was. Next time I'll ask for less to see if we can get to 5 stars. read more
