Strap in for a bumpy review. Purely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I came with 3 friends to meet with 2 of our other friends 20 minutes after they had arrived. They had already ordered mozzarella sticks at that point. Since arriving ourselves, we had been waiting about an hour when we realized there was a problem. And 2 of my friends were getting hangry. We finally were able to flag down our waitress Marissa who had been avoiding us like the plague. My friend had explained the situation about how we had been waiting for an hour and multiple other tables that had come in after us had already gotten their food. She then found it a good time to let us know their computers went down and our orders never went through. We asked them how much longer it might be of a wait, and she said soon--which ended up being true, so there was that. Now. As far as our server goes, she had brought out the mozzarella sticks I had mentioned before, that at some point we had told a waiter who we managed to snag as he was walking by--some 30 minutes prior, that we no longer needed the mozzarella sticks seeing as they were suppose to be an appetizer. The server assured us it was comped and left them on our table--which other girls who were starving had eaten gratefully because not knowing the wait we would have, didn't order that much food. So skipping ahead a bit, just before we got our bills, the manager finally made an appearance to let us know because of the wait and inconvenience they were taking 50% off our bills. So we appreciated that. But we then get our bills, mind you our waitress had maybe checked on us once after we flagged her down and then had not tried to come make sure we were taken care of, and then we see that the mozzarella sticks were added at random to one of my friends order. So we told our waitress when she came to collect our payments that we were told they would not be charged for. She left to go sort it out, and the manager comes back again. Only he says that he had already given us 50% off (which is really not that great of a deal for the hassle it all was to get the food, and at the 2 hour time commitment it took to get the food) and that the server shouldn't have told us they were comped and that we would have to pay for it. Needless to say some of us wanted to argue, but the girl it was charged to just wanted to get the fuck out, so she said she'd pay for it. At the end of it all, we really didn't see why firstly, the waitress we had couldn't have told us about the computer as soon as she found out so that we knew there was a problem and they didn't just have us waiting. Secondly, for especially a restaurant, if one of your employees fucks up and says to a customer they were not going to be charged for food, as the manager you have to either put it on that employee or follow through with what was promised. That's like customer service 101. And lastly, the whole situation was just hostile and compared to my customer service job, we try to make the guest feel as tended to as possible and be accommodating, meaning we usually don't charge for a situation such as the one I was just in. I hope this review deters anyone who can not handle poor customer service from wasting their time going to a mediocre food joint with staff that will give you dirty looks as you leave just because you called them out on how they treated you. read more

Two stars only for service. Their chicken makes me want to go vegan, so no stars for the food. Zero. I don't know what chicken they use for their boneless wings, but gristle and weird spongy stuff is not what I was expecting. Still feeling sick about it two days later. Overpriced and underwhelming. Resounding YES on the Caribbean Jerk wings. Save yourself and DON'T order the Thai Curry. First, it's NOT Thai curry- it's a bunch of raw-tasting dry yellow curry powder and, second, they have more salt than the Indian Ocean. But our server was very nice. read more

Mad props to the BWW wait staff and servers tonight; they provided the best service they could and our server checked in as much as she was able. She apologized profusely for the wait time and neglect. With that said the rating reflects the poor management of a predictably busy night. 1) it's a Blazers playoff game 2)Wednesday night is trivia night. I've been coming every Wednesday for months now for trivia and I've never seen the bar area properly staffed. Tonight that management failure killed any hope of their waitstaff to provide any level of service. 1hour 32 minute wait to place our order. Managers standing around watching others work. 3 visible servers waiting on over 100 people in the bar. Managers standing around. The bartender and waiters bussing tables (because there was no one else). Managers still standing around. Tables flagging ANY staff member down to order drinks, or get water refills. Managers conveniently disappear to the back room. Like I said the wait staff and bartender (4 total people) killed it tonight. But the overall experience was miserable, and that falls clearly at the feet of the managers who didn't have the competence to call in extra staff, or the compassion to help their co-workers who were struggling. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings, what a place...it really seems to have a unique atmosphere. Pros: - Open late (around 11pm, which is remarkable for the location - 9th St.) - Fantastic sports environment - Friendly staff (Ask for Trevor, he will treat you remarkably, and that's a promise) - Unique sauces, which go well with the wings Cons: - Severely overpriced for what you're paying for. Keep in mind like many other establishments (such as Starbucks), you're paying for the atmosphere and not actually the food itself. I find myself coming in to pay $4.50 for a bottle of their sauce and leaving - it generally works itself out better - They charge a cover for most PPV events. I was extremely excited about being able to watch UFC PPV's, but not for a $5 cover. The establishment might as well have not even come in the first place. I don't notice Portland B-Dubs doing this, Corvallis shouldn't either. I understand licensing fees for businesses can be expensive, but it's better to let me in and buy food instead. - It can take quite a while for your food to come out, so be prepared to stay for awhile, even if it's a "to-go" order. - Beer selection is quite limited, especially during happy hour. You're definitely better served elsewhere where the selection is wide open. read more

I go the this Buffalo Wild wings all the time. I got an email with free wings for my birthday, and when I went to redeem it, the young lady at the counter , Jillian, was very rude and short with me. This was after she abruptly hung up on me when I called ahead to order. She called over her manager Michael who did not acknowledge me, did not even look at me, and was very cold. I've never seen the manager of a resteraunt act so rude to customers. I thought managers liked having customers, so I'm not sure why he would be so mad that I was at his resteraunt, redeeming my free birthday reward. Obviously if I had a free birthday reward, I am a frequent enough customer, and should have been treated with respect. If corperate is going to send out emails to their members with free wings, they better train their managers and employees to be friendly, and not make the customer feel unwelcome when redeeming it. I felt very uncomfortable in this situation, and this isn't the way to treat a customer, even if they are getting a couple free wings. read more

It's a b-dubs... In a college town... so, woohoo? Nothing much new or different here in comparison to other BWW's around the US, but the one nice thing here is the happy hour menu is expanded more than at other locations. They also have team trivia on Wednesday nights which was awesome - and much more fun than the standard handheld device trivia. It's hard to even give them one star... I've been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings but this one will never get another dime from me. It took 35 minutes to get a few things of wings. I've seen way more people at other locations and it didn't take nearly as long to get our food and when it does take a long time at other locations they will usually give you coupons for free wings. Not corvallis though... Be ready to ask for everything. Water, extra napkins, refills, and your check. The waiters/waitresses seem to be very friendly and apologetic but don't do anything about the terrible service. Will never go back here unless it's free or I'm not paying for it. read more

So my experience ended great and is worth sharing that Ashley made it right. My call in order wasn't ready in 15 minutes max as promised. 30 minutes later I was super upset and had to go. Buffalo Wild Wings in Corvallis, OR is a pretty decent sports bar; huge, with billboard sized TV's and many of them. This is a college town, so it seems to always be busy! I am not really a chicken wing person, but when paired with their reasonable selection of brews, it is pretty good. However, for value I think I'll be limiting my patronage to happy hour, though even then it seems like a lot to be paying for chicken wings! read more

Yummy! Teriyaki wings and soft pretzels are my pick! This place is always busy, especially when a good game is on. My fiance and I love to go here on Thursday evenings when boneless wings are 65 cents a piece. The wait staff here is slow and not very knowledgeable. I would guess it's because they are always so busy but everytime we go here we end up with the wrong dipping sauce, or it takes forever to get our food, or they forget that we are even sitting there. But I will suffer through if it means I get those delicious teriyaki wings! read more

The food is a 4, but the service was so bad that I have to give it a 2. The food was really good. Nice portion size and flavor. Lots of different items to try. I had the Parmesan Chicken Flatbread that was really yummy. Now for the 2. The service was DREADFUL! The waiter was extremely slow. We were seated for almost 10 minutes before we were even able to order drinks. The waiter didn't get our order right and when the food finally arrived, our waiter disappeared. Never came back to check on us or see if we needed refills(We did). My dad finally had to flag him down by waving his arms in the air. Yes, it was embarrassing, but effective. So, we order dessert, and its wrong. The last person in our party got his dessert when everyone else was finished. I went for my birthday dinner and was sorely disappointed. Mine and my mother's entrées were cold and the service was very poor. We were a large group with only one waitress and so we got very little attention. Normally I am a fairly easy customer to please but we went 45 minutes waiting for a water refill. BWW is most notably unique in the atmosphere it offers. Lots of TVs and mostly sports focused. It's a louder, sociable place to hang with friends and chow down. The staff is great, really nice and friendly. Lots of hospitality and willing to be flexible and cater to you when needed. The food is decent and during happy hour and Tues/Thurs wing specials, food quantity is appreciable. Compared to the rest of Corvallis restaurants and factoring in price, quantity, taste, service, and atmosphere, B-dubs is the top pick for me on Tues/Thurs happy hours. read more

This restaurant has a terrible waiter/waitress staff. I had to wait for more than thirty minutes to receive my check, and when I went to ask where my waitress was, I was told to sit back down only to wait even longer. I am very disappointed at my visit at the Corvallis Buffalo Wings. I've never had this poor of service. I will never come again, unless it's boneless Thursday's. Took 10 minutes to get our waters. Our server "Bre (:" took our order and read everything back to us and it was correct. When it time to bring out the food she forgot a whole set of wings and didn't even give us the right us right sauce for it. I am really disappointed with the lack of service my family received! We received our drink order but were not ready to give our dinner order and asked the server for more time. After 45 minutes of waiting for the server to come back though we decided it would be much faster to find a restaurant that would actually want our business. I usually make a point of finding out the waitress' name but did not see her long enough for even that! Most bww I would give 4 stars. With that being said I have eaten at this one a handful of times and the good is always similar to the other locations however the service is always very sub Par! I always get the feeling that the servers assume I am not going to tip and therefore they don't care... I have always been 20% tipper but this place makes me want to not tip at all until they get it together. So 3 stars for the Food only, and 0 stars for the service. read more
