The first time I wanted 20 naked boneless and 20 medium bone in we got medium on both this time I ordered it sauce on the bone in medium no sauce and on the side in case they didn't read the no sauce for the boneless and got no sauce on both now there's 20 bone-in wings and two little containers of the medium sauce for all 20 wings and they are drier than the Sahara desert and I left a tip I hate this tipping culture where you tip before you actually get the service and they get a flipping keep the money that they did not earn. read more

Incredibly well priced! Like blast from the past pricing. The food was good. It's nothing super special, but very solid. You can also sub out a side of fries for free or only a small up charge. It was super busy, and we were still seated and served quickly. The parking lot was a little packed too but not terrible. I believe I'm done with Buffalo Wild Wings for a while. Last 2 times we ate there service not good. Last time was horrible. Took awhile to even get seated, Queso dip was not very warm at all but didn't complain. Then we ordered food, my husband was almost done with his meal by the time I finally flagged our waitress down to ask where my food was (She never came over to us to tell me she would check on my food, no I had to flag her down. Who knows if I ever would have gotten it. To top it off when I almost had my beer drank I noticed a fruit fly in my beer (wonder how many I drank? ) When I told her she might want to tell bartender about it, I watched her , she didn't. This may be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. We placed an order online and I picked up the order. The place was absolutely door-to-door packed, even in the midst of Covid restrictions. The outside garbage can was overflowing. I wanted to order the cauliflower wings, but the website said the location didn't have them. When I arrived, I asked about the wings and they said sometimes the ordering app just gave that error, even though they had the item. They very nicely agreed to swap out the veggie burger I ordered for the cauliflower wings. But then they couldn't figure out how to make the swap. It took forever for the staff to try to make the swap and then they just ended up giving me both the cauliflower wings and the veggie burger. All of the food was flat out gross. The veggie burger was dry and like a rock. The wings were just the opposite - so drenched in sauce they were inedible. My son ordered a burger with just ketchup. The food was really good. That was the only thing. The TVs were so incredibly loud none of us could hear the server and he could not hear us or take our orders effectively. We asked to have it turned down several time and "they" refused, according to our server. The server was pretty lazy. If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered through their app for delivery and received my food but one of the items were wrong. I called there to be refunded. First they tell me to come and get it but I told the first woman, I had it delivered then she says we'll call DD for a refund. I explained it made no sense to call DD since I ordered through their app not DD. so then I was told to hold on, left me on hold and said well what's the last four of the card I explained I used Apple Pay so the number would probably be different. She simply said "Oops, I forgot"... My daughter ordered Mac and cheese which arrived a couple minutes after our appetizer.. my son and I ordered wings which didn't arrive until almost 30 minutes later! I would have been able to let that slide if the food was worth the wait, but sadly it was not. The wings were so overcooked and dry that they were inedible. This is the absolute worst bdubs I've ever been to. If you get a waitress named Amy, run for your life. She forgot to bring out our order, when it was brought out there was zero sauce on any of the wings. We had no forks or napkins and she never came to check on us. It took 20 minutes to get the checks and then she didn't know how to work the machine. She charged my friends card 3 times and handed us back 7 receipts and made us figure it out. After reading some of the other reviews about cold food and bad service, I was hesitant to come here. I'm glad I did. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a buffalo wild wings. The place was slow and lots of empty tables. I sat in the bar area and was greeted by my server immediately. I always get the same thing so the server took my order and was bank with my drink quickly. When my food came out, the server commented that I got shorted on wedges so she was bringing me out more when they were ready. That is above and beyond what I expected.
