He gets a beer and drinks it (like most people do) and asks for another and says he can only get 1 beer every 20 minutes. When has this ever been a rule i have been going here many years and have never heard this. So then we ask to talk to a manager and she immediately brings another beer and says "we are only supposed to give you 1 beer an hour so if the manager walks over here he is going to take the beer" thankfully we switched waitresses and was much nicer. Food was good, but our server handled a rewards situation dishonestly. We visited this location recently for dinner, and our first experience actually started off well. The food was good and we were enjoying our meal. Toward the end, I tried to open the restaurant's app so I could use a reward I had for a free burger, but I couldn't log in. Our waitress told me the app was having issues and said that if I gave her my phone number she could just apply the points for the visit. I explained that I specifically had a free burger reward I wanted to use, but she told me rewards had to be selected through the app and she could only add points. Since the restaurant was busy and we didn't want to hold things up, we paid our $89 bill in cash, left a $20 tip, and wrote my phone number on the receipt so the points could be added. Later that evening I logged into the app to check the points -- and discovered that the free burger reward had been applied after all, something the waitress had told me she couldn't do. Because we had already paid in cash, this effectively allowed her to keep an extra $15 from the bill while still keeping the $20 tip. If the reward had been applied at the time of payment, the bill would have been about $74, which means our $20 tip would have already been about 27%. Instead, with the extra $15 effectively taken after we left, the total she received became $35 -- about a 47% tip. Unfortunately, the service itself didn't justify that level of gratuity. I never received a drink refill, and there were noticeable delays when we asked for sauces and containers for leftovers. Since she had my phone number, she easily could have let us know the reward actually worked or adjusted the bill accordingly. Even if this wasn't intentional, it still suggests either dishonesty or a lack of understanding of the rewards system, and in that case she should have asked a manager for assistance. I hope management reviews how rewards are handled when customers pay cash, because situations like this create confusion and leave customers feeling taken advantage of. I'm an active-duty Marine who lives very far from Kentucky and rarely comes home. I have always enjoyed this Buffalo Wild Wings as a kid, but as an adult, I find it very discriminating toward young people. A lady named Addy or Haddy was very rude right from the start, questioning my ID. I politely told her I was visiting Kentucky to spend time with my family. Right off the bat, she had an attitude, smirking and being rude. She served me one beer, and when I tried to ask for another, she disrespectfully handed me a water and said it was the house rule of one drink every 20 minutes. My father then asked another polite waiter for the manager, and shortly after, she came running back with another beer. After the confrontation with her, the manager approached us in a very odd and hostile manner, almost as if he thought I was going to hurt him. He climbed onto the seat next to us like a child and asked what the problem was. I told him what had happened, and he informed us that it was one drink every hour. I confidently asked, "Is every person in this place served one drink every hour?" He straight-up lied to my face and said that yes, every person here is served one drink every hour. As a young Marine, I feel singled out because of my age. I was accompanied by seven family members, not rowdy or mean. I just hope to see change not cause harm to any employee. read more

Did a pick up order in the afternoon to pick up at 5:00pm. Before I left work I checked the status and it stated is it was ready for pick up. I got there about 5:10 pm and by then time I got out of my & walked in it was about 5:15pm. They definitely change the pick up process since the last time I was here. But my food wasn't out and the young ladies at the counter told me it maybe hasn't been bagged up yet. About 10 mins give or take later. My food was ready to go, got to my house less than 10 minutes away. The 30 boneless wings were warm and had plenty of sauce. The 6 piece sweet bbq wings were cold and so were the mild 6 pieces boneless and there was hardly any sauce almost nonexistent. We use to go a lot on wing days but every visit is a bit disappointing. I went into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on Friday night ready to just relax after a hard day of working in the hot sun and just wanted to enjoy a wonderful meal while watching every sport imaginable on their wide array of big screen tv's! After walking in, I walked up to the host counter and stood there for about 2 minutes when a young blonde lady walked by and said she would be right with me! This is where I made my first mistake, I took a seat on their waiting benches where one other person was waiting for a to-go order, it was almost 5 o'clock at this point and I knew it was a busy time for the waitresses so I waited patiently! As I sat there waiting, no other patrons entered the restaurant. I got up after about 6 or 7 minutes and again stood at the host counter trying to make myself visible, this worked because the same young blonde lady saw me there and again returned to the host counter to hopefully seat me! She didn't say sorry for your wait or anything she just ask me if I minded a high top table and I told her that would be fine! Even though it was around 5 o'clock, there was plenty of tables available. After placing the menu on the table she said my waitress would be with me soon. As I sat viewing the menu my waitress "Brianna" came to the table and introduced herself and ask what I would like to drink, I told her a sweet tea and a water. She left and returned about 2 minutes later with my drinks. Now this is where I made my 2nd mistake, by not placing my order when she ask me if I was ready to order. I ask her to give me a minute (Big Mistake) to figured out what I wanted. For a good 20 minutes I sat there waiting for Brianna to return to take my order. I kept looking around for her but did not see her anywhere, then I saw her come out of the bathroom! She walked around checking on her tables and when she got to mine I made my 3rd mistake, by showing my displeasure for having to wait so long! She ask me if I was ready to order to which I replied "I've been ready to order", and she could tell from the tone of my voice and the look on my face that I was not a happy camper! She didn't apologize for forgetting me, she didn't even know what to say other than to ask me again if I was ready to order, because she knew she was wrong and had forgotten me! So this is where "I" pay the price for not waiting to show my displeasure till after receiving my food! Brianna brought my wings & fries on 2 separate trays and placed them on the table in front of me, then without saying anything abruptly turn and walked away! You could tell that Brianna had taken an attitude toward me, because she didn't once in the hour I was there at the Elizabethtown Buffalo Wild Wings, refill my drinks or ask if I needed anything, she did bring napkins with the meal and then the bill later, and place them on the table, saying nothing! So I did what most people do when they receive their food, I reached for a french fry and immediately realized they were completely cold! I pushed the fries aside and looked at the wings, they looked damn good (but by this point I would eat anything edible)! They were at best warm, with very little seasoning (I ordered the Buffalo flavored dry rub). They looked like a little bit of seasoning had been sprinkled on top of them, but you can tell that they were not placed in a bowl and tossed around in the seasoning to get full coverage like 99% of other wings! I did eat most of the wings, but now knew this meal was over! I spent way more time in the Elizabethtown Buffalo Wild Wings sitting and waiting then I did watching some sports and enjoying a good meal! And to Brianna, that is why you did not receive a tip, you did not deserve one! So if anyone is planning on going to the Elizabethtown Buffalo Wild Wings you may want to consider "Buffalo Wings & Rings" right Down the road by Murphy's gas station! I want everyone reading this to know, that I have the utmost respect and pride for the waitresses and waiters in all restaurants everywhere, and appreciate the hard work that they put in day and night in serving the people of their communities! I know it's not easy, and I have been to this Elizabethtown Buffalo Wild Wings on many, many occasions with no problems with the service whatsoever! They put the manager on the line and said they could refund my order or call door dash to send another driver. I believe that reviews for this establishment is really biased based on personal experience. Came here around 8:00PM on a Saturday night during a relay of football games. It was pretty packed and busy, but i've been to a buffalo wild wings many times and it's always the same type of vibe. I ordered a Bloody Mary, and it came in a 10 to 12 oz glass that was completely packed with ice, all the way to the top. I couldn't taste the vodka at all and it quickly became watered down. If I'm to be honest, I must say that our wings had the feel of microwave to them, not a deep fryer. In my personal opinion. All they need is a two day stand down. We arrived tonight wanting to sit at the bar, however they were holding seats for the bartender's husband while he went and shopped at Academy. We get seated at a hight top and order food. When our appetizer came out, we asked for plates and silverware but never got them. A lady brings out my hubby's food and hands it to me. I told her it was his and she just walked away. I never got my food, so hubby didn't eat his. The manager brings out wings and said, I heard there was a delay on your food, so I'll take care of these. The TL; DR: a total nonstarter for eat-in or take away (unless I pick up - which, in this family, totally defeats purpose of wanting takeaway in the first place) for the combat vets with PTSD who I care about: loud, lots of glass and unnecessary blind corners. Even people with perfect hearing can't hear staff 'use their words.' Bad scheduling. Staff is squirrely. ~~~ So, it's official - I'm an old. It's loud. Fine. To be expected, even, for a wing place / sport bar - style restaurant with flat screens covering about 90% of the wall space and lots of hard surfaces. You'd think that would mean that staff would be aware of their environment and use their effing "I'm an employed adult doing my job" voices, but not so much. I have no idea what any of the staff (excepting the bartender at one of the visits I made, in house [ETA: GOLF revisited was only thing playing at the time]) said to me in their whispery, looking at the floor voices (when they got around to doing much of anything) at any point during my visits, I just kinda guessed based on context and responded as appropriately as I could. In case you're not familiar with this chain (I wasn't): they do a fair amount of takeaway business. So much, in fact, that there is a separate (though not exactly visible from the doorway and without signage as of my visits) takeaway station. When you walk in the front / main door, it's immediately behind you, on the right, around the wall. Needs signage or staffing, especially since the host stand has been the Bermuda Triangle of staffing on all of my visits. Had a bite at the bar a few times. Meh traditional wings. Was tolerable. Drafts were served at the right temp-ish, when they had a chance to get around to it. Takeaway. Eh. At least it's convenient, and the menu is a bit more varied than many wings places. It's all reliably terrible for you, but, then, can't exactly fault a wings place for its dietetic mission. The boneless "wings" are pretty laughable, though. About five times as much fried breading as chicken; they're crunchy, I guess. 20 boneless wings contain the equivalent of less than half of a boneless split chicken breast, mostly cubed too thin to even taste like anything after breading and deep frying. Chicken bits literally the size of a quarter, breaded and fried into inch wide/high pieces. Meh. For takeaway help: they don't label sauces. Good luck knowing what's what (and it apparently doesn't matter whether you order items separately, they lump it all together). If you ask for sauce on the side, what you receive is minimal (less than wings were tossed with, by far). My takeaway orders have been received menu-standard, not as I specified when I ordered to avoid an allergy issue (yielding them inedible). While I can't confirm another reviewer's info that online orders aren't received by the location until their expected delivery time, I can say that today I was delayed on my way to pick up my order and the takeaway staff person was just coming out of the kitchen with it in a bag about 5 minutes after I was waiting (already late). The food I received wasn't hot, though. Wasn't even still at 'hold for service' temps, yet it was just coming out of the kitchen. Of course, perhaps the takeaway staff explained some sort of problem to me while I was picking up my order...Since I couldn't clearly hear a single word said (and, said "Pardon me?" repeatedly) who knows.?. read more

The worst service I have ever received! My friend and I spent almost 2 hrs for an order of boneless wings and a beer. Both Christina (waitress) and Doug (pseudo-manager) were very unprofessional. How they work in the food industry is beyond me. The attitude may fly at a dive bar but not something I would expect at BWW.
