I'm giving it a 2 because the waitress was friendly. And because my son liked his appetizer. And because they have Coca-cola products. Other than that, I was so disappointed in this place. Walking in, we were greeted by the overwhelming smell of some kind of cleaning solution or pungent air freshener. It took awhile to acclimate to that. To the point I wondered if my food would taste like it. They have pizza, some basic Italian food and a whole separate menu of Indian food. My son loves Indian food, so I compromised and went there. He got an appetizer of Samosas which he really enjoyed. I don't like Indian food, so I personally cannot give an account, but he loved it. I got potato skins. They were fine, but nothing worthy of note. Husband got spaghetti and meatballs. It said spaghetti AND meatballs on the menu. But they charged extra for the meatballs. $13 for a mediocre portion of spaghetti and sauce, and then an additional charge for the meatballs that were supposed to be part of the meal as on the menu. And they were not good meatballs. Probably something from a vendor like GFS, and then boiled. They were very...gray. And bland. Olive Garden is not the bastion of Italian food, but they charge about the same price and it's good. And they include breadsticks and soup/salad. I'm not a chain restaurant kind of person, but this place makes me want I got a pizza with extra cheese. Good thing I did or it would have no cheese. If you get green peppers, they will be diced into very large pieces and put on top. Almost like having fresh peppers put on top of a cooked pizza. The crust is good and has a good chew to it, but it is "flimsy" like a NY style pizza and it cannot support the weight of the toppings. Son surprised me and also got pizza. While he loved the samosas, he likened his pizza to a glorified Tombstone pizza. For $20+, that's kinda sad. $80+ for food that was underwhelming at best, is a pricey little lesson learned. I'm not going back, but if you like Indian food, this will probably be a great place for you. read more

It has been more than a year since I visited this place. As soon as I walked in I noticed a remodel. The horrid booths were gone and replaced with tables. At first I thought this was nice, but the service made this place fall apart. My friend and I first went to the bar. We waited a minute-no bartender. So we decided to try a table. A waitress said she would be with us in a minute. It was a couple minutes before an Indian woman came to take our drink order and hand us menus. That is when we realized it was under new owners and now also an Indian restaurant. I have never eaten Indian food and was tempted to try it. Once she brought our drinks she never came back. We waited a good five minutes. We had to flag down another waitress so U could find out how much my drink was and leave. We had to be somewhere within the hour and it was obvious that we were not going to be waited on. Service here is so slow it wasn't worth waiting to see if the food would be good. They were not busy-there were only two tables beside us. We went next door to Umami and got sushi. We were seated immediately and our order was taken quickly. We made our show on time. read more

So this place adds 3% to your bill without telling you until after you pay with a credit card.... Slimy for sure.... Unfortunately for the staff, I'm paying the same and that 3% was deducted from the tip.... They had 1 poor girl taking care of the entire dining area and at one point at least 10 tables, so the service was not ideal.... Ordered wings extra crispy and they were not even close, but couldn't send them back because the server was so busy she could hardly check on us... THIS WAS ENTIRELY THE OWNERS FAULT!! I use to frequent this place and didn't for awhile as they were changing owners and trying to revamp the place, this is NOT a place I will be back to and it's the owners fault.... Do better and treat your staff better I would say. Very sad because this place was a true gem and has a ton of potential for sure. read more

Very filling NY style pizza , was a recommendation from hotel , and they gave 10% cause of hotel too - nice . Was a tad greasy but nothing crazy so no issue but was quick 20 min even with delivery . We picked up a meat madness pizza for the hotel room, not really picky after our long day. The pizza was delicious! The sauce...perfect. The cheese... buttery. I'm going with two stars because the sauce is pretty good but the rest is just awful. A calzone and Stromboli are not the same thing but this place seems to think they are.
