Not a fan of B-dubs new customer policy of when you enter, the small gang of "bored" "entitled" "too busy on their phones" employees that lack the ability to communicate a simple "Hello" "Welcome to.." Buffalo Wild Wings in Etown is a great place to watch sports, drink beer, and eat wings. They also are the only place in town that stays open till Midnight on every weeknight which is a big plus for late games or late night snacks. I recommend BWs in etown. read more

Went here for lunch. The table the hostess sat us was dirty and she didn't make much of an attempt to clean it. I ended up wiping it down myself. The food took some time to come out, which we thought would be because it would be fresh--it wasn't. The chicken was over cooked, and rubbery like it had been pre-cooked and microwaved. Like other reviews the place is noisy but what do u expect @ a chain chicken place. On or 1st visit(Oct19) the wait was 45min-1hr. We left to go to beef obrady. 2nd go round (Oct26),no waiting no large crowd. Take in mind on a Monday some food/beverages might not be available bc of the weekend crowd,. The wait time wasn't bad, food was hot just too darn loud and very bright. No plans to go back anytime soon since we have more chicken restaurants in town now that are equal are better. read more

Went there for lunch today for the first time. We walked in and waited for almost 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. We got there around 11:30 and it was not busy at all. The T.V's were really loud! My husband knew they had games but I didn't see anything anywhere about games, so I finally asked the waitress and she brought us dirty looking tablets to play on. Speaking of dirty, the menus had food on them and had probably never been cleaned since the opening. The service was good, but my food was terrible! I ordered a steak wrap and what little meat that was in it was so salty it was almost inedible! My boneless wings were seasoned wrong, and too salty. I couldn't eat them. My husbands burger was good. I'm glad one of us had a decent meal. But we will not be going back. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. The other new wing place in town is much better! read more

Service was slower than Christmas on a night out with my husband at 8:30 pm (not very busy either). Went back one night with our 3 kids because we thought the food was pretty good on our previous visit despite the terrible service. We had to wait to be seated because they didn't know where to put us (5 people, 3 of which are children). Wasn't very busy, plenty of open tables. I brought an order of nachos from Taco Bell for my 3 year old (picky no matter where we go) and the manager asked me to put said food in a BWW box because they don't allow outside food. BWW usually has good food. This location in particular was very loud when we went to the point that the kids got headaches. I was pretty happy with my burger thought it did seem just a bit over priced. Kids didn't like the Mac and cheese, it was a white cheese sauce with shell pasta. This is my favorite wings place around the world. Sadly, they don't have one in my hometown. The place is very unique with great music. The sports that sponsor them is awesome, and the staff here is great. They're friendly and the managers are super nice, they'll fix any mistakes that happen. For instance, we had a mixup of Honey BBQ and Mild wings for Mild and Buffalo which was almost instantly fixed. The menu has a variety of things to choose from and the price itself isn't too bad. The waiting time is average to get seated and begin ordering (about 5-15 minutes) depending on the weekday and if sports are playing. Went to the Event on Friday October 9th and was fairly disappointed. After my waitress took my appetizer order of supreme nachos, 30mins later a different waitress brought them to my table and she dropped salsa all over my brand new white vans. Which the stains still haven't come out of and I was only compensated with a $5 off the next time I spend $25. My original waitress came back and took our tables order and took another hour for our food and waitress to come back, the table next to mine got seated after us and got their food way before us. Once we got our food it was cold and two orders were wrong and were sent back, then we had to wait 30 more minutes. The fries were pathetic and dry. Any type of cheese product that was on the nachos or the cheese potato wedges was overly salted. The wife and I are HUGE fans of Buffalo Wild Wings so learning that one had opened up in Etown was an awesome surprise. It took a couple of months to plan the perfect evening out with child care etc so we could go out and enjoy ourselves. We do not get to go out often and we could not wait to make this our go to place. We were beyond disappointed with every aspect of our visit. It all started when we arrived and several employees were standing just outside the entrance smoking. My wife is allergic and she had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the door. She actually had to use her inhaler when we got inside. The hostess was nice in greeting us with a polite smile. She said several things to us but we could not hear her at all. The TVs are SUPER loud in this place, much more than any BWW that we have ever been to. We could not hear the hostess and she had to get closer to us. She leaned into my ear and said something loudly and while I barely heard her my wife was not happy about that contact from the young lady. I felt nervous from it. I asked her if they still had trivia and she spun around and grabbed the controllers and pushed them into my hands. Then she motioned us to follow her and my wife (who was using her inhaler now) did not see it. I stood waiting for my wife while the hostess looked around for a place to put us. There were quite a few empty tables but after being impatient waiting on us to follow her she took us to a dirty table and put the menus down and walked away. We sat down and someone came to clean they table and asked us to stand up rather rudely so he could wipe it down. We stood and waited and once the table was clean we sat back down and looked at each other and laughed. This was an adventure already and we had just sat down. The TVs were so loud there was no conversation to be had so we both jumped into doing the Trivia. It was fun, but no one else was playing so we got bored of it after a couple of rounds. We also at this point was wondering if we were ever going to get served. We had played a lot of trivia and no one had even come around to take our drink order yet. I flagged down a waitress who had been walking past us a lot and asked her if she was our server. She said "nope hon" and walked away. She did not go find our server instead she went over and talked to a couple of guys and took turns taking pictures with them in provocative poses. It was this moment I realized this was nothing like the other Buffalo Wild Wings I had been in before. At long last (About 30 minutes i believe) a server finally walked by our table and asked if we had been helped. We were just about to leave when she came over. I told her "no and we have been here for a long time." She had been one of the employees outside when we got there. She took our drink orders and after about 15 minutes brought us half of it. She put my beer down on the table sloshing it out and she told me that she is not sure why the other beer was not done. Every time she talks to me she has to get down close to my ear so she can hear me and I can hear her. This was making me uncomfortable. We finally got both beers and realized we had already been here for about 45 minutes. We had hoped to eat a quick something before a friend arrived to join us but our friend arrived before we even got time to order. Our friend sat down and we still could not really hear each other. We had not seen her in 8 years. I finally got up and asked for someone to come take our friends drink order and our food order. The same waitress came back and took our order. Again she had to bend down close to my ear to talk and to hear me. I ordered Bonless Hot wings and my wife ordered wedges with cheese and bacon with a side of ranch and a side of sour cream. I asked for Bleu Cheese with my wings. It took forever to get our food, and our friend who decided a bit later to eat took forever for her as well to get her order taken, and delivered. We arrived at 8:45 PM and did not leave until after midnight and most of that was just waiting on service and food. No Refills. read more

My best friend and I came here around 2:30pm as a last minute lunch idea. We've eaten at several B-Dubbs over the past 10+ years and this was no different. The hostess, waitress and bartender were exceptional. They provided great one-on-one service and knowledgeable recommendations for the new menu items. The provided flights of beer samples for my best friend and offered samples of their newest sauce. Granted the restaurant only had about 4 other customers at the moment, but we've been to other establishments where the level of service lacked regardless of the number of customers.
