This establishment in Farmington has to be one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings that I've ever been to. I've been to this location three times and each time the service has been consistently BAD, from inattentive wait staff, dirty tables down to the wait times it takes to refill water cups. It will definitely be some time before coming here to view any games as other local sports bars will be a better choice. I rarely do reviews, but my recent trip here warranted a bad review. P.S. Ian was telling the manager that a table had complained about him being rude (which he denied) so I was not greeted at all when I arrived. It would have been nice to hear 'we'll be right with you' rather than to hear how the manager was going to try to help the upset guests who were dining in the restaurant. They both went to the kitchen and left me standing at the pick up area. A girl came out and got my order, but she did not review the order or thank me at all. There was no receipt on the bags. As I gathered my two bags, she did greet guests arriving with 'welcome and sit anywhere'. When we ate the food at home, it was a disappointment and felt like such a waste of money. The street tacos were so dry and unappealing and the portion was small. The side salad was just plain lettuce mix. The ultimate nachos were mostly dry chips (some discolored because they were saturated with oil) --with so little cheese and crema that they were unappealing and very over priced. The honey bbq salad was o.k. --plain, not crisp salad mix, but at least the chicken was tasty and moist, but we ordered vinaigrette for both salads and did not get salad dressing. When I phoned to let the restaurant know about our disappointment and the inaccuracy of the order Alexa hung up on me after saying that there' nothing she could do about the nachos while asking me to simply accept that mistakes can happen. Horrible service, the waiter rolled his eyes when we asked for plates, napkins, and forks. He said "I'll have to see what we have". We ordered a 30 wing count, appetizers, and fries to splint. Although they were not even remotely close to being busy(this should have probably been a red flag, as it was 5:00 pm on a Friday), we waited ten minutes to be seated.
