I don't understand how this store is still open, the service is always terrible, the food was never a problem til my sister and I believed we were FOOD POISONED!!! A couple of months ago my sister and I pick up an order we placed online. As we got home we started eating into the wings, we both started looking at each other as if something was off but we didn't questioned after we finished. Then suddenly we starting asking each other if they tasted funky... we both thought we were crazy but no they tasted funny and smelt close to rotten eggs from the inside. We never could tell if they smelt bad without biting into them since the buffalo sauce is what's masking it from the outside. We both felt disgusted that we ate them all but there is no point going back to ask for a refund... but we did call to the store to inform them that the wings were no good and we wouldn't want anybody getting sick from it. The person over the phone had to say "Well your wings were cooked with other peoples orders" and "Also we just got a delivery of our food today". We were so upset that was the only respond they had but I don't believe what they said is true. Ok. Here we go. Order a 30 piece wing combo. Ordered pizza so it's pizza and wing dinner. Had both delivered pizza came 5 minutes before wings. Now here's the problem the wings came in a sealed bag. I ordered 15 original wings and 15 mango habanero wings. What I received is 15 original wings and 15 plain. We were going to fix it since we normally have mango habanero wing sauce but we were out. So I called and they said bring them back and we can replace them. I explained the situation to her and she said she had no idea who hung up on me but got my wing replacement and I asked for the delivery and fees to be reversed she said she couldn't it's a Door Dash problem which it isn't since it was their site the order was placed not Door Dash. I know from being in the business that whoever website it is ordered on they can alter it and yes Door Dash confirmed that. So I put it on Wingstop web page and received a phone call from Steve, assuming a DL he did apologize but if said anything he would be dismissive he offered a free 30 piece but I would have to go in find the GM and explain my story and wait 30 to 40 minutes since that is their normal time for an order. Knowing full well that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, we decided to have dinner. We entered the building at 9:10PM and were promptly told that they were only serving To-Go orders and only serving boneless chicken. With almost a full hour left of business, they already were stacking chairs on tables. There was one pair of customers eating at a table and the worker was stacking chairs on top of the tables surrounding them. They created a very unwelcome atmosphere. We promptly decided to eat elsewhere. I have worked retail and fast food before. I know for sure that my bosses would not approve of closing the lobby an hour early to paying customers wanting to sit down and eat. I thought it had a real light mild flavor, BBQ- which was really sticky and didn't have that BBQ flavor you would want. Also had Mild- a less than mild flavor and seemed to be far off from mild. The fries there were ok, lots of dry seasoning on it, but it taste sweet like a sugar flavoring. The Wingstop in Albuquerque is a lot better than this place, service was fast and place was clean. Though most of the workers there seem to love their cell phones a lot. The place wasn't too busy, arrived about 6pm and ordered wings and tenders meal for the family and myself. The boys enjoyed the chicken strips, but they didn't care too much for the fries. The wings we ordered were the Louisiana rub and the original hot, the hot was pretty good but the Louisiana rub wasn't all that great. The rub kept falling off and it made more of a mess of things. The fries were a little bit weird, salty & sweet with a touch of pepper. The food was ok, nothing too spectacular. There were a few issues that really bugged me, one....the wait for the food was excessive. We waited over twenty minutes for our food and it wasn't all that busy too. The other is the lack of napkins, I know they had a huge roll of brown paper towels that people pull off and walk back to their tables with a wad of paper in their hands.
