I'm not a huge fan of BWW but there are some really good options. I do like their burgers and the smashed hatch chili burger is excellent. The fries are pretty good too with a nice seasoning. Ironically, I don't like their wings at all. My sons enjoy them but the boneless have way too much breading and the bone in are too small, like they order the cheapest wings possible. This location exists solely for the purpose of write offs the owner does based off other more successful locations. Owning 25+ BWs locations and allowing one to descend into the conditions of the Fenton location is complete proof of that. Great place that was open late as we were traveling through the area. It was full of high school kids, so it was a little rowdy, but we understand that's out of the server's control. Our waitress did a great job of paying attention to our table despite the chaos. Our food came out promptly, and our drinks were kept filled. The food itself was fresh and delicious. These were some of the best cheese curds I've ever had. They were super warm and plump. Our meals also came out right. They followed my modifications exactly, which was much appreciated. I have been coming to this location for about 30 years. I've had a good experience almost every time up until last night. My wife and I decided to sit in the bar area. There were two servers working. Both were busy with two large parties. The one server comes to our table and hands us menus and says he will be back. 10 to 15 minutes go by and we still were not helped. Finally, the server comes over and takes our drink order. We decided to order a couple of beers and he demanded to see our IDs. While my wife was pulling hers out, I decided to joke with the guy and say that I am only 18. Well my wife and I are in our late 30s and you can clearly tell that we're over the age. Then he very rudely looks at me and says " Unless I see your ID you're not getting served! " So my wife and I walked out of there and we will never return to that location ! I understand that some servers are required to check ID and that's fine, but you do not talk down to a customer! We went up to Grand Blanc and had an amazing time! I love the new look! The food was good as usual. But I was very disappointed in the staff. Nobody was very greeting as it us to be. The boy dressed in girls jewelry could have been a little more welcoming and happy to at least have a job. Ordered takeout here for the first and last time! Ordered our food online and it provided a 1 hour and 15 min wait time, which was acceptable to us. We followed the order from confirmation and making order and hit the road to pickup. We were there as the online order said complete and entered to receive our food. It took them about 5 minutes to find it as it was buried in the back. The food was completely cold (not even lukewarm) and clearly had been done much earlier. I don't remember when the visions first began. First, there were whispers at night, almost inaudible creaks within the walls of my bedroom or doleful moans of midnight wind, but three words were always distinct, "Buffalo wild wings." After the first six weeks I began to see the image of a buffalo in the strangest of places, whether it was etched into burnt toast or written in fogged up mirrors. I began to wonder if I was being pranked, or if I was just going crazy. That was when I had the dream. It started like any other dream, running through the forests of Dagobah doing awesome parkour with Yoda in a backpack slung over my shoulders, only in this dream Yoda was voiced by Mr. T. After getting sick of hearing, "Pity the fool, I do" every time I stumbled or made a sloppy landing, I threw off the backpack and went for a walk into a nearby cave. It was a deep and desolate crypt of swamp creatures and tangled vines, and an unusual faint scent hung in the air that was strangely impossible to place. As I descended further, there were muffled voices chanting in the shadows, "Eyu.... eyu.... eyu..." I began to follow the sound, and the scent grew stronger and stronger in the darkness of the cave. Soon I entered a large opening that contained a sight that would change my life forever. The smell was strong with this one, and by now I recognized that it was Buffalo sauce. Around the walls were floating chicken wings and drumsticks that danced in circles all around me, and the chanting was clearly emanating from them, "Review... Review... Review..." Faster and faster they danced and chanted until all the cave was a blur of noise and my heart was pounding in my chest. Suddenly a dark shape came barreling towards me in the chaos, a massive Buffalo wildly flapping its majestic pair of wings. As it charged it bellowed in a thunderous voice, "LEAVE A FIVE-STAR REVIEW FOR THE BUFFALO WILD WINGS FENTON LOCATION." Jerking awake in a pool of sweat (and a little bit of pee), I had an epiphany: the visions would never stop until I obeyed the command of the Great Wild Winged Buffalo, and thusly pledged my soul to the glorious restaurant chain of Buffalo Wild Wings.
