There was no wait when I arrived, and I was immediately seated at a high-top table near the bar, surrounded by nearly a dozen TVs. To start, we ordered the onion rings, which came out quickly and were served with a tangy, flavorful dipping sauce. This was followed by an order of 10 bone-in wings- half with lemon pepper dry rub and half with hot sauce- along with fries. The lemon pepper wings were mild and tasty, while the hot wings brought the heat. Both were equally enjoyable. To pair, I also ordered a tall draft (22 oz) Kona Big Wave Golden Ale. Service throughout the visit was quick and friendly. When the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised that everything- appetizer, drink and wings- came in at under $30, and I even had leftovers. I came to Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick bite and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I got seated quickly and the server was attentive the whole time! I ordered 10 bone in wings with fries, and split an order of onion rings, all for under $23. I even had leftovers to take home which made it worth it. The onion rings were crispy and the dipping sauce was balanced and flavorful. For wings you can choose multiple flavors so I picked the Parmesan garlic and mango habanero. On the menu they have a spice meter and man were the mango habanero wings spicy! You can't beat the food for the price, the fast service, and sports bar experience. I don't understand this place. The food is good, my significant other and I like it. The chicken nuggets are tasty. They could use a little less crust. The potato wedges are also tasty and the choices of dipping sauces are great. The only problem is their timing. We were there for 25 minutes before we were waited on and we literally flagged down a waitress. The food took another 15 minutes before. When we were finished eating and left an hour has passed. So I'm not much for chain restaurants. I went to a non-chain restaurant in this same shopping center and it was the middle of July and their air conditioning was broken. Enter Buffalo Wild Wings! I had a great meal here. I ordered the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad with no tomatoes. It had lettuce, bacon, green onions, blue cheese crumbles, the crispy chicken with medium buffalo sauce, and some blue cheese dressing. I also ordered a side of tater tots. This was really good. Everything was fresh and the buffalo sauce has a great flavor and I just don't eat it that often. The tater tots were crispy and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly. I cannot complain! Now I had surgery a couple of years ago and can eat very little at a time and prefer to do so privatly. I have eaten out in public maybe twice since then. So yeah, they set a table with a flag and a beer that looked pretty, and all the men in their military ball caps were being served, but maybe because I have breasts or perhaps because it's all show, they could give one sh*t about my service. All of the wings were small and absolutely bone dry through and though. The "rub" was simply sprinkled onto the very dry wings. None of it stayed on. The "rub" was a pile of seasoning below the wings on the paper. The mild sauce was nothing but a harsh vinegar taste. Also ordered fried pickles, which were under cooked and flavorless. We visited on a busy Saturday evening and with so many tables closed off for social distancing, there was about a half hour wait. Instead, we sat at the only two spots left at the bar, as many of the smaller bar tables were also not in use. I always start off my order of traditional wings by asking for them to be extra crispy. I LOVE the way they make them, the bleu cheese is perfect and the carrots and celery are consistently fresh and crunchy. They've also got one of my favorite beers, Blue Moon, on tap. A perfect complement to wings! I got 10 traditional wings and fries, double yummy bleu cheese and veggies. I know extra crispy wings take at least 20 minutes, so I was surprised that with having been given a heads up by the bartender that the kitchen may be slow with how busy they were, the wings arrived in a little over 10 minutes. Coupled with the timing, I knew immediately by looking at them that she'd forgotten the extra crispy part. I always despise wasting food, but after a bite, I knew I couldn't eat them. Wings always seem...a bit rubbery to me if they're not extra crispy, and I just love the coating they get from being cooked longer. The bartender was super apologetic and had the order remade for me. My friend finished his tenders and mac & cheese before my corrected order arrived, but no worries - I ordered another beer and had one of his tenders while we waited. I tried a bite of the mac & cheese and thought it was pretty bland, though their fries are always the bomb. They're thin and seasoned with salt and pepper. Even better when dipped in the aforementioned bleu cheese. IMHO, the teriyaki and honey BBQ sauces are the best. I'm not a fan of very spicy sauces, so they're both just my speed. Don't judge me for this review! I am a fan of BWW, and yes, I know it's a chain! On my way home semi-late on a Saturday evening I was hungry and there was very little to choose from. So I decided to stop in BWW's for a late night snack. We were seated right away and the place was actually pretty busy. There were a of different games on the tv that night and so they had a lot of customers. Our server was quick to get to us and made sure we had everything we needed. I looked over the menu and decided to order a snack size order of wings and a side of fries. My hubby ordered his wings and the server made sure to clarify the sauce options with us just to be sure she got them right. Our food came out quickly and so did our drinks. I really enjoyed the wings I ordered and the sauce I chose was sweet and tangy; it was perfect. The fries were not so great, I get the sense they were sitting under the heat lamp for a bit...but once I dabbed some ketchup on them they were just fine. Overall, this was a cool spot and I can see myself going back next time I want to watch a game and eat some wings! Girlfriend and I went here, we are familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly, have been to almost every one in the Saint Louis area. We got seated quickly, but it took our waitress 20-25 minutes to come to our table to ask for our drinks, she only had one other table she was waiting--4 people. She didn't apologize for the wait nor did she seem happy to be waiting us. Thankfully I asked if we could put our order in as she was taking down our drinks, I don't even want to think how long that would've been. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. Tasted how I expected, except for the fries they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. She did check back in to see how it was tasting and refilled our drinks. Great naked tenders here at the Fenton BWW. Service was excellent. I enjoyed the atmosphere here more than some of the other BWWs in the area because I believe the lighting is just right. Both times the servers all seemed miserable and didn't fake any kind of common courtesy. Both times the food came out cold. How does ALL of the food come out cold? On both a busy night AND a none busy weekday? We had to remind the waitress of the restaurant deals and have our receipt fixed for BOTH of our trips! I live in the area and have been there several times. Service has always been adequate. Decided to order take out. My teenage daughter picked up. She didn't check order before she got home and then noticed that we didn't get fries that were part of wing bundle. Long story short, I called the store and asked for a replacement and an upgrade to wedges for my inconvenience. The very young worker spoke to a manager and barely apologized. I reminded here that I had more than adequately tipped (15%). She said sorry, I know, etc. Come back and get your fries.
