Even most sandwiches only come with certain sauces. BWW spends all this money on advertising and nobody even sees if the app is functioning in a way that 99% of people would want it to. You're pretty much stuck ordering their 4 chicken sandwiches exactly as they are, you certainly cannot add much. The Chicken itself and the bun are decent. I ordered a honey BBQ. It should have been spun in the bbq, instead it's barely a drizzle. So, just a hint of bbq sauce is what you get. I ordered their new Buffalo Blue Cheese dressing. What did I get?...plain blue cheese dressing. I also had the Southern Chicken sandwich. It was decent. The potato wedges are horrible. I don't like fake seasoning on fries and that's what these are. I threw them away. So, I paid $1 upharge for nasty potato wedges that are not really a wedges. They are tiny. Paid .60 cents upharge as i wanted to dip my fries in their new Buffalo blue cheese. Instead I got plain blue cheese. $32 for 2 sandwiches, 1 potato wedges, and an extra condiment. You can get what you want via the app at chic fila or slim chickens and pay about 1/3 the price and have a better experience. On Saturday night in the fourth quarter of the OU/Alabama game the bar just turned the sound off and started playing music. Loud Hispanic songs just out of nowhere. Been there three times now since they've opened while trying to see if my previous experiences were just the restaurant working it's kinks out. Not going to be visiting anymore. It seems as though the wait staff works on some type of "team" system where there is no single server for your table. I've had to ask for them to clear empties away and take away the dirty napkins and plates. There is no sense of service at all. We watched as a group of about a dozen guys having their fantasy football draft called a manager over to complain that they weren't getting their food. If I could give it no stars, I would. I was hired for this job two weeks ago and they were fully aware that I was pregnant and homeless with a two year old. I was fired by the two females that didn't like me since I started and the only reason I was given was that I " wasn't a good fit for the job" even though I had tables tell me while I was training that I was the best server that they had. One of the other managers wasn't even aware, yet they said that it was a group decision. They are discriminatory, and do not give notice regardless of the situation. I have been calling for two days trying to reach the main manager for a reason. They keep telling me they cant talk to me and hanging up in my face. I will be reporting this to the labor department. I strongly suggest nobody try to work here. They treat their workers like nothing, and unless you know somebody personally or have been there for years they will miss treat you during your training. I had to be off for a week because I had miscarried at work, when I had returned, that is when they fired me with little to no reasoning. I know personally from working there for about two weeks that the cooks do not care about food preparation, I personally had to fix a dish that had hair in it that was from one of the cooks. the servers are not required to wear their hair up. One of the so-called "Manager's." That fired me wasn't actually a manager was just a server that has been there for a long time that is in cahoots with one of the other managers. The two names are Alisha, and Andrea. I have worked in food business before and I know the ins and outs of how things work. Servers are only required to wipe down tables, they do not pay attention to the chairs. The tables are cleaned at the bare minimum with the same sanitizer water that was used all day long. And if you do, choose to go here to eat, you are more than likely have an issue with the food or your server. The managers get upset when having to fix some thing. This leading to the servers being more mistreated. There was only two people I worked with that we're kind to me, and the rest have no concern for kindness or accountability. If you want to yell at your customer for walking in with an 'outside drink' you should have a trash can at the front door! Why would you insist on embarrassing a customer for your mistake?
