Lite portion hamburger steak with okra, squash, and roll.

We stopped here on our way home from Little Rock to Roger's and we were not disappointed. The complimentary cinnamon rolls to start the meal were delicious and warm. I had the lite portion of the hamburger steak with squash and fried okra. Perfect size and seasoned very well. The sides were delicious. My boyfriend had the burger. It's massive and was great. The fries were excellent and definitely handcut. Good quick service and very appropriate country decor. Nothing fancy but great food and reasonably priced.

Calico never disappoints when it comes to their breakfast menu, the fresh cinnamon rolls are so delicious and soft they melt in your mouth....The biscuits and gravy is so on point I always look forward to eating here whenever I come to Fort Smith

What else could to want for breakfast? Just keep bringing those cinnamon rolls. Rustic décor, exceptional service and country cooking. My usual breakfast, perfectly prepared. The picture describes it. The cinnamon rolls are the hook here. They are fresh and hot. The restaurant operates like a savvy drug dealer. A couple of free hits with your meal, to get you wanting more. Several dozens of those cinnamon laced pastry swirls, left with newly addicted patrons. This is my second time to have breakfast at Calico County. Possibly the best breakfast in Ft. Smith.

Super warm and cozy in here! Got here really early in the morning so barely any people in. service was fast. They serve warm cinnamon rolls they're complementary. Their biscuits and gravy were good. I had it with some sausage. biscuits fluffy in the inside. My only concern is that I was not a big fan of the gravy itself. Could've of been more hot and a little more seasonings. Now the sausage was super good, loved it. Next dish was the fruit waffle, as basic as it can get. Fruit on top with whip cream. Our waitress was super nice. I'd love to try more off their menu in the future.

On a road trip from California. We had the grilled pork chops and catfish special with cobblers, fried okra and black eyed peas. The ambience was great, the service outstanding and the food was delicious. Definitely worth a return visit.

Vegetable plate, a Monday night special.

Tried to eat healthy tonight so I picked this place. Vegetable Plate for me. Then they brought out homemade complimentary cinnamon rolls. YUM! Oh well, life is about balance! Haha!

Super good! I'm from California and came to visit Arkansas and Calico County was one of the first breakfast places we were recommended. Our server, Percy, was soo great! We were regularly checked up on and given refills. I got the waffle combo with bacon which was super good! I loved the waffle and it was a good size. You get a choice of crispy or regular bacon. You are also given complimentary cinnamon rolls. I've never seen that anywhere else so I was excited! They were really good. The inside is pretty spacey and offers a good amount of seating so even upon seeing that the parking lot was packed, we were seated right away. Yum!

On a road trip and stopped here with the family. This is some good ol' country cookin' like a southern granny would make in her kitchen. As soon as you sit, they bring a basket of homemade cinnamon rolls. Good food, hearty portions, quaint county old time atmosphere, and our server Kat was such a delight. I'm glad we happened upon this little gem. My husband enjoyed his chicken fried steak. If you want a stick to your ribs breakfast, this is the place!

A filling bowl of food. My wife regretted it. Check the picture. Meanwhile back at the ranch....I played it safe, with an order of chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes, all covered with cream gravy. For my side I had a lightly seasoned cucumber salad. This was a very good meal. The name Eunice's Country Cookin' describes the diner well. A menu of American diner food staples, daily specials and those delicious home-made pies. Inside, tables and uncomfortable metal chairs are scattered across the large open dining area. Seat yourself. Someone will be with you quickly. Great friendly service. Well established and loved; the restaurant and most of its customers have been around for a long time.

They leaned all over the podium, slouching and with their hands on their chins acting like they were bored out of their minds and had no clue what to do at their "post." It was the oddest experience we've ever had there. I really just cannot get over how unprofessional and seemingly clueless these ladies were about what their job was. I can only suppose they were to be friendly, engaging, helpful and welcoming hosts to diners. They missed the mark - they were not even anywhere near the target.
