The food is very consistent, the service has always been good and all my experiences here have been good. In Fort Smith, they stay open later than most other restaurants which is nice if you need some food after 10PM. Not impressed at all ordered the brisket nachos and well over 1/2 the brisket was fat and gristle some pieces were shredded nicely and others were just big chunks as large as the chips and the cheese was not even liquid cheese sauce or melted any more and barely enough it was solid and gross the chips were soggy would not order this again and when reported it to wait staff wasn't really concerned or try to assist in correcting the problem. I realize they are known for the wings but, if you have it on your menu or advertise for it let's not wing it, do it right and do it good. The restaurant has recently changed managers. It's going through the common pains of a new manager who wants the servers to do things a different way. Several of the changes seem to be about cost savings like the way in which refills on drinks are handled. Servers used to bring refills in a new glass when the current one was getting low. Now, refills require the servers to remove the current glass and refill it. It's a small thing, but the way refills were previously done was much more catered to the customer and less to the bottom line. There seems to be a bit more turnover on waitstaff as well as a bit of tension in the air. The new manager is also much less friendly to customers who have a question. Hopefully it's just a new manager training issue. Other than the management issues, it's typical BWW. The servers are generally prompt and friendly. The food is good. The furniture needs a bit of replacement, but it's functional. The TVs are reasonable. They have great wings specials on Tuesday and Thursday nights. If you're looking for an inexpensive night out in Fort Smith, BWW is a good choice. read more

We visited this establishment in the afternoon on May 1, 2022. When we walked up to the host stand, we waited for someone to take us to a table. While we waited, we noticed a young couple, standing near the host stand out in the open hanging on and groping each other. Seamed very strange out in the open, but they were young and appeared to be of the alternative style. My husband and I were asking ourselves if we find our own table or if we continue to wait. That's when the young couple released from their embrace. The young female grabbed menus, silverware packages, and spoke to us by saying do you want to eat at the bar or in here? We asked for a table in here. She walked to a table, dropped the menus and silverware packages and took off without saying anything. She returned to embrace the young guy that waited for her. They continued their embracing and groping session, which included her jerking his beanie cap off his head and smashing it back on. The behavior continued for 15-20 minutes. Occasionally she would take other guests to tables when she had time between her entanglement sessions. When our waitress showed up, she was dry, unfriendly, and without eye contact said what do you want to drink? We ordered our drinks and she took off. When she came back with our drinks she asked what do you want to order because we are out of queso and anything with queso. The food was less than impressive, but the service was subpar to say the least. The young female host cleaned one table while we were there. She used a fabric towel and spray bottle. She sprayed the table top, wiped it off and walked away to pop a nearby male coworker, with the same towel,who was passing through the room. The towel hit him across his butt and then landed on another table. The host took the towel back to the host stand. Gross! Unprofessional and immature. She should have cleaned the salt and pepper shakers while cleaning the table top, and the chair seats. I would have expected her to discard the towel after popping the coworker's butt. 2 stars at best... I've been to different Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country and this was the worst one. The beers took 15 minutes on a Wednesday night... The appetizer came out burnt and 20-25 minutes after ordering it ( it's very slow in here ) finally got the food and the burgers were burnt to a blacken.. They should have opened this place years ago! They're missing a lot of revenue. Place is packed and is way better than Fridays or Hooters. However, they still have some training left to do. First fight night and they're struggling to stay on top of things and keep drink and food orders straight. I'll give this place 4 stars for now but I fully expect this to be 5 stars before too long. My boyfriend and I come here often. It has good pricing and the food is good. The previous reviews to me don't really do this place justice. I've never once had bad service, the karaoke night is fun, and the staff is really friendly. My boyfriend gets the same thing every time (small boneless honey BBQ) and is never disappointed, I like to try new things so I get something different every time. Mango habanero is my favorite wing sauce and desert heat is my favorite dry rub. You can get the dry rubs sprinkled over your fries or buffalo chips as well. My favorite burger is the big jack daddy. It's definitely a big proportion but it's good for the price. Best salad is the chop salad. It can get really loud on karaoke nights but I love the atmosphere and the fun environment. If you can't stand people singing or even hearing some tone deaf people singing, I would steer clear on karaoke night. When you go here, ask for Calynn to be your server. She's the best there. The food is decent... not great.. but decent. The service however is TERRIBLE. They take FOREVER with even just a simple drink order and the food order takes even longer. I've experienced this on more than one occasion. One time, the waitress forgot to put our food order in... so we waited for 45 minutes and when she FINALLY came back by to check on us we asked what was going on and she giggled like she thought it was cute that she forgot to tell the kitchen to make our food. I give two stars. 1 star for good food and 1 star for good margaritas. But the waitress sucked, and I wait tables for a living so my expectations are realistic. I understand if it's busy and I understand if the foods not good, it doesn't make it the waiters fault. But it took forever for our drinks, my 2 year olds drink came ten minutes after my drink, and she brought just the chocolate milk bottle I ended up having to go ask for a cup with a straw and for silverware. My family visit BWW nearly every weekend for lunch and occasionally for dinner. Never once have we ever had to wait to be seated or wait for our food. Service has always been prompt and always to our specifications. The staff is always super friendly. When I say the staff I mean the WHOLE staff. Good food but terrible service and pricey. The waitresses we're nice but did not fulfill our request. This might sound childish but the Claw Machine on the left, was out of service and did not have a sign informing us it was out of service. My sister spent some money on the machine and it did not work, she asked the manager for her money back, he responded with "okay" and proceeded to go around and ask if anybody needed help. We waited for 10 minutes and never got a response. After that I went to go ask a waitress, which she responded with "sure, let me tell the manager" and then proceeded to ask if people needed refills. We always go here after rodeos or barrel racing late in the evenings and we get terrible service every time. It takes forever to get a waitress to greet us, then to take our food order, when our food does come we don't ever get checked up on to make sure we have everything we need then it takes forever to get our check and get cashed out. Yes! They've finally got a B-Dubs in Ft. Smith...and it's excellent! I'm primarily comparing my BWW experience here to the ones in the Northwest AR, Little Rock, and Southwest MO areas. I've been coming here 2-3 times a month since it opened with groups ranging from three people to 10 people and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff is super friendly and courteous; whether you're in the bar, the patio, or dining room. I always get boneless wings and they have always been generous with the number in the tray. I've never ordered anything on the menu and received it in poor condition like it was just "thrown together" or cooked hastily. The drinks at the bar have always been just strong enough and reasonably priced. There's enough large TV's for everyone to watch or play the games on. I'm not sure if they do karaoke at the Ft. Smith location, but that was something I enjoyed at the other locations and would like to see it here. read more

We come here when we want something to eat late at night because there's not very many restaurants open besides. It's pretty reliable food wise. Service can be a tad slow sometimes, but not to the point where it bothers me. This experience started out great. Towards the end we realized that we were being conned out of our time, experience, and most importantly, our money. We were a party of four, with 2 people paying one bill and the other two paying for their own bill. Once we got the bills, we all reached into our pockets and found the money we needed. Since I had the exact change, I used it. My friends, however, were victim to poor service and thievery. One of my friends bill was $31.45 so she payed some with a $15 gift card and the rest with cash. She payed the exact change in terms of the .45 cents. She then payed a 20 and in return should have gotten $4. This was not the case, the waitress gave her $2.65. I'm sure you see the error. Once my friend confronted her, she argued with her and told her that she didn't miscalculate anything. As for my other friend, her bill with $18.62, and she payed with a 20. She should have received $1.38 in change, but the waitress once again came back and asked if she would like her change back. She then proceeded to tell us that she only owed my friend .50 cents. At this point, I'm sure you can see our frustration. Not only was she a poor server, she also STOLE my friends money and then argued when we literally had receipts to show we were correct. The only reason that I gave this high of a review is fast and friendly service. First we asked for a booster seat for our daughter, when our waitress brought it, it was dirty not a little dirty either globs of food all over it. My husband order a Stella beer and the glass it came in still had lipstick on the rim, when he took it back to the bar they had to give him a normal tall glass because all of the other Stella glasses were dirty as well. We order mini corn dogs and chicken tenders for our kids, they were both on the verge of being burnt. Since they are little it didn't really bother them.
