Walking in we waited at the front to be seated for a while, people that work there walk by but never acknowledge us. Once finally seated our waiter was absolutely amazing and attentive. The food was average not all that. The fried pickles were delicious. The chicken was very hard and cold, I couldn't really enjoy it because I felt my teeth would crack. The wedges were okay as well. Okay, this location is the bane of my existence. We enjoy the variety of wing flavors which is why we still sometimes order here despite almost always regretting it. The core of the problem comes from the service itself. We're big fans of ordering online or via the app and always set the pickup time for 40-45 minutes from time of order. Regardless, when we show up to pick the order up, we always end up waiting an additional 20+ minutes (once time it was almost an hour). To add insult to injury, the pickup counter is often unstaffed or definitely understaffed where they disappear for easily 5-10 minutes and don't poke their heads back out. This leaves pickup customers lining up waiting to check on their orders. It doesn't help that the wait staff and/or hostess will walk past all of these people repeatedly and never say a word and very seldomly nip to the back to tell someone to come out to the desk. I don't know what the problem is at this location but they need to get it sorted out. It's been going on for years and I'm surprised that the GM doesn't catch hell for it. As for the food, it can be very hit or miss. Sometimes the wings are "fresh" other times they seem like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Saucing is definitely inconsistent with some wings (bone-in or boneless) ending up naked or with very little sauce. Fries and tots are are all over the place as well. Sometimes they are cooked just right but most times they are a big soft and kind of soggy. Our group and 2 others seated ourselves, much to the chagrin of the wait staff. 10+ minutes for drinks from bar, 45 minutes for food. Wings were cold when came out. Restaurant at most 33% full, so not busy. Terrible service. All focus on to go orders including what appeared to be the manager. Wait staff was good, bit restaurant is run poorly. I called to tell them and they said I could drive back several miles both way to pickup the balance of the order or they would mail a gift certificate. I choose the gift card. Now it had been a while before we ordered again but we did going to use the gift card. When we went to get the order they refused to take the gift card saying it was obsolete. I was nervous about coming because of the reviews but since I'm here for work and there's limited food options i decided to give it a try. When I walked in I noticed the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was good! I sat at the bar and the bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She talked about the app and points as well as the specials for the day/happy hour. I ended up getting the cheeseburger thinking surely it won't come out looking as good as the picture.. but it did! The shrimp were probably the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted, his wings were over 50% burnt and tasted like garbage. We used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings a lot and used to find it a little cheaper than some other options. Over the past few years the prices have gone crazy. The quantity and quality have gone down to the point that I don't think we can ever justify going back. The last time we went it was about a year ago and was so much for what we got that we didn't visit again until now. My fiance had a taste for wings and we decided to go and try to "skimp" so the bill wasn't so nuts. We used to both get entrees, he'd get a few beers, I'd get a beverage and always got an app or 2 and we'd sometimes bring home leftovers. We skipped the appetizer, got a water, 2 cheapest beers, 10 pc wings, fries, and a sandwich and mini corn dogs for our 4 yr old. It was nearly $60 with tip. We had no leftovers, the food was mediocre/cold and I think we were both still a little hungry when we left. We don't eat out much because with a young one it can get a little tight so it is disappointing when you go out to spend so much money on essentially deep fried frozen prepared food. We were traveling a couple of weeks ago and went to The Cheesecake Factory. We got overpriced beers, got an appetizer, entree, and cheesecake. We were both stuffed, took home leftovers, had white cloth napkins, top service, and a fancy ambiance and still paid less than at Buffalo Wild Wings where we got some cold food slapped into some paper boats. I went to this bw3's on my (30min) lunch break today, 9/29/17. I ordered off the lunch ( 15 min or it's free ) menu. My receipt says I ordered at 11:34 am didn't get my food until 11:52am. By the way this was a to go order, so I was standing at the register the whole time. When I got my food, snack size wings, and a Philly I ask half jokingly so how does the 15 min or free thing work? She looks at the ticket on the bag and said it's only been 10 min. I looked at the ticket on the bag and it had 11:37 for the order in time and 11:47 for the order out time. I said to her you just put my food down and the time right now is 11:52 not 11:47. So they adjusted the ticket to make it look like it was done within the 15mins. That's pretty shady. So if you go for the lunch keep track of the time, it's there slogan hold them to it. To my knowledge I did not get a refund, it took ten more minutes talking to the manager. I just left, didn't have time to eat. The food is still in the fridge at work, if nobody snakes it I'm probably just going to throw it out. read more

My wife and I are very dissapointed with our visit at this B-Dubs, The place is too noisy, it sounds like a school cafeteria. It is not very inviting, the draft beer is too expensive and the bar keeps draw too much head about 2" on my last visit. It will be awhile before we return here! read more
