I had lunch here today with a friend and the food was hot, fresh, and deliciously prepared! The wings were nice and saucy and the fries (in my humble opinion) are the best fries you can get on the Mesa (especially when they're covered in that Chipotle BBQ dry-rub). Walked in the restaurant. Only one other person in the restaurant, seemingly waiting for food. No one in line. Waited at the register for five minutes without being acknowledged. I went to bdubs at 6877 Mesa Ridge pkwy, Ste A, Fountain Co. 80817. I understand bdubs is a place high schoolers work, but even as a hgh schooler I wad respectful enough to know my job. I went in for the tuesday Bogo. Was told had to go online to order but the app would not give the discount without a promo code of the 4 kids we talked to none of them could help. After 15 minutes we ended up at wingstop with also a high schooler, that new about everthing we asked about, ordered a 30 piece with fries. She handled the order like she worked there. Clean and friendly environment. The employees were very accommodating, greeting us with a hi and a smile. Prices were on par with other Wing restaurants, however, they do not serve alcohol. My daughter and I felt the wings were dry, but seasoned very well. Not sure if we will be returning. read more

So I wrote directly on the site a few weeks ago and got no response or call back so I came to Yelp. Walking in the employees were playing around and I literally watched a guy have his phone in one hand and throw my chicken tenders in a container to be sauced from across the open space. They were pieces of rubber and I am not exaggerating. I ate one and spit it out. There was no sense of urgency and the place was empty at 7:00pm on a Friday and now I know why. I wish that I had taken pictures but I was too upset at the money I spent versus the quality of food I got. I could go on but I won't. Just know that I'm a pretty simple guy and it takes a lot for me to do a review...horrible experience not to be repeated. read more

This is our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings to go on the mesa in Colorado Springs Ordered wings, fries and a burger online. We picked up our order and proceeded to go home and enjoy our meal. Once we got home we discovered we did not receive our fries and the bacon cheeseburger we ordered was only hamburger patties thrown in the box. No bun no bacon and no cheese so we called them to get a refund on the food we did not receive. We explained the situation to the gentleman that answered the phone and asked him to refund the money for the food we did not receive. He asked us to hold while he talk to the manager. A few minutes later he proceeded to tell us that his manager told him they can not issue refunds for food we did not receive if it was order as a package deal. We went on to tell him we ordered these items separately as a side and we would like to talk to the manager. Then he proceeded to tell us he was the manager so we asked his name he replied Jack we asked for his last name his response was I don't know my last name. Then he proceeded to tell us that the bank does not allow refunds and hung up the phone. Really? This is the manager of a restaurant. We then called the corporate office and explained everything that happened and what we were told by the manager on duty. Corporate put us on a brief hold then came back and apologized for everything and did issue a refund for our food that we did not receive. It's very unfortunate that in this day and time that there would be a manager that is allowed to treat there customers like this. I will be following up with corporate on this situation. When we got our food we were disappointed to see that our wings really didn't have any sauce/they were dry but also we ordered onion rings and quite literally only got four onion rings and like three fries in the box with it. Went today for my husband birthday. We didn't realize this wasn't an eat in BWW till we got there. No problem, we'll order and leave. We ordered and got our food 36 minutes later. Opened the bag and the food was wrong. My husband looked at the receipt to make sure it wasn't rung up wrong. It wasn't, so he went back to the counter and talked to a girl. She took the wrong wings and my husband watched her walk over to her manager and tell him. He came and sat down, we waited OVER and hour to get our correct food and never would of got it if my husband didn't go back up a second time and talk to a cashier this time. She went to talk to the manager and he came out being rude, basically acting like we was trying to get free food. My husband explained we did get our food but it was wrong and they took it back. When they finally brought my food it was kinda warm but taking over an hr to make it should have been hot and fresh. I'm not pleased at all, and will not be returning to this location AT ALL. The cashiers were nice and some staff but the manager was piss poor. On top of needing a belt. His butt crack was hanging out the whole time. Insanitary. He clearly can't handle the job, and responsibility that comes with being a manager. The restaurant looked like it could be a really nice place if it was taken care of. Wanted to support a new local business for our Super Bowl food. We listened to what the owner had been posting on our local pages and placed our order two days prior. Still I was prepared for the order pickup to be a bit of a process. However I cannot even begin to describe how frustrating it became. When we arrived at the scheduled time for pickup the line was out the door. Walked up to the order pickup area and I was told the order was not ready yet to give them 15 minutes. Not a problem. As I am waiting I realize the DoorDash orders are going out. After waiting 30 minutes I still do not see my name on the order being prepared. I go up to the register to see what is going on with our order. I was then informed that they have not started our order. Not only had our order not been started but our 340 scheduled pick up time had now been changed to 530. To say irritating and frustrating is an understatement. Since we were not going to wait two hours for an order I placed way ahead of time I requested a refund. The manager that came over to assist the young lady with processing the refund should maybe look into a different career path. He was short, unapologetic and rude. We were told to expect the refund in 5-7 days and I said 5-7 days? He laughed said what do you expect? We left with our food refunded but when I got to the car I realized they refunded the cost of the food but did not refund the $15 tip. Wasn't worth going back in for but we will NOT be returning.
