This is the absolute worst BWW franchise in the area and has been for years. I keep coming back about once a year hoping someone figures out how to run the place but it never happens. We have been going here for years and have met many of the servers and bartenders over the years. Many that no longer work here that we still keep in touch with. The restaurant itself is clean and our server was very responsive and did a great job all evening. I saw that they now have a "Cajun" wing sauce and asked her to bring some out so we could try it. That sauce was everything that it should be and I had to have more. It reminded me of the Cajun wing sauce that Quaker Steak & Lub use to have. I am happy to say that I have now found its replacement and I will be back for more. Unfortunately it is listed as "for a limited time" but I hope it finds its way on to the menu as a permanent sauce. Now to the review. Our food all came out correctly however my boneless wings were cold in the center. Our server came and took them to the back and waited for a hot batch to come out of the fryer and had them tossed with sauce immediately and brought them out. They were hot and perfect. Every few months we give Buffalo wild wings at Bridgewater in Fairfield Twp., another chance. We put up with the rudeness from the staff when we arrive at the estimated time to pick up our carryout order. But tonight I got the extra bonus of seeing how disgusting the kitchen is as the swinging door flipped open and I watched staff continued to step on the nasty towels on the floor. There was a guy flipping the chicken wings around in a plastic bowl of sauce and not wearing any gloves! I was too slow to take a picture of that! I just about projectiled a special sauce of my own right there on the counter! The one lady, more mature, who is actually friendly, tells you to check your order after she herself checks it because she knows it's never right. I would've asked for a refund, but that would require me repeating answers to questions over and over again like I do when they ask the name on the order, walk through the door to look for it and come back two seconds later, because they've already forgotten the name I told them. The only one there who is friendly is a lady who sometimes works at the pick up counter, more mature, clean, dressed appropriately, but I've only seen her a couple times. Took a while to decide on an appetizer went with the chips and queso after waiting for 10 minutes chips and two sides of guac were served instead of salsa and queso had to flag down our waitress who was at the corner eating when she came over she said the kitchen was really bad today and swapped out our guac for queso and let us know it was extremely hot after taking one dip with my chip that dip was ice cold we were planning to eat lunch there after what we saw and what we had we decided to get the check she took off the chips and queso and provided us with our bill we got out of there like covid 2024 was coming and decided to beline it to shooters where they provide real food and real service i'm still grossed out by the cold queso. and it'll be a while before I come back. but if you're feeling Friis. go ahead and roll the dice on this place. read more

It's unfortunate I have to leave a review like this. Growing up, BDUBS used to be the go to spot for wings almost every weekend. I remember in high school, everyone would meet up on the weekends for some good wings and to watch the sports games. I understand times change along with business, but it's also time to change to a new wing place. I've been eating at this bdubs for 10+ years. Last night, my wife and I wanted to have some good wings for our anniversary. Because I worked late, I was thankful bdubs was still open compared to the surrounding restaurants. However, we both were quickly let down by the food. Ordered fried pickles and for two of us, we maybe got 6-7 total. Any other restaurant will serve out portions enough for me to barely handle myself. After that, our wings were not just deliverers cold, but rock hard and painfully sharp. I actually couldn't finish my meal because of how much pain my mouth was in from the cuts of the sharp, dried breading (My mouth still hurts the next day). I hate to have to leave a review like this, but I will now absolutely be finding a new wing place and I will not be returning even though I'm almost a life-long customer. Pray fully Buffalo Wild Wings will have a turn around and serve the customers hot cooked wings that aren't painful to eat along with proper appetizer portions for price. For bigger and better portions, Roosters has actually stepped up their game and left me satisfied and pain free from that business. TERRIBLE!!! The service was terrible. The waitress took our appetizer order and didn't come back for our food order for 15-20 minutes. We had three in our party and each of us received our food separately. The third person received their food 20 minutes after the first person. The response was that the food comes out hot and fresh.......UNACCEPTABLE. A kitchen worth its salt can time the food to come out together. We wanted to have a meal TOGETHER. Today was our first visit to this BW3. Hopefully, in the future, we can go again. Julia, our server, was a joy, she was on top of things and took good care of us. She provided great service. The wings were as good as we have ever had. The small ones, not the big fat greasy kind. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. With Desert Heat for me and Lemon Pepper for my wife. Thanks, Mr. Chef. The fries were properly seasoned and cooked right. Good golden crunch on the outside. That soft, tasty potato on the inside. And to top it off, they had Rhinegeist Truth on tap. We ordered 6 pans of wings for a party. We scheduled the pick up at 12:30pm. We arrived at 12:30 to pick up the food and they claimed the pickup was scheduled for 1:00pm even though we confirmed 12:30pm several times. Once we got to our destination we found that they only gave us 8 cups of sauces to feed 30 people the 6 pans of wings. Also, the two bottles of sauce we ordered in addition, were not with the order. We will order from Buffalo Wings and Rings next time around since BW3's shorted our order and didn't have it ready at the agreed upon time. The free salad they threw in didn't make up for the 30 people having to ration their sauces. Awful experience overall. read more

Stopped in with my son for a very late dinner for him, I just had a dessert. The best part of the evening was the dessert, I ordered the loaded ice cream, my son ordered some hot wings, which he enjoys. Why 2 stars, well sadly the service was less than stellar. Since my son was eating hot wings (2nd or 3rd hottest they offered) Mango Habanero if I recall correctly. We had to get the attention of our waitress on at least 3 occasions as she was sitting at a table with other guests we presume. There was only 3 tables outside and we were one of them. I wouldn't think it would be that hard to keep an eye on what was going on. I still left a nice tip, only because I hate to be that guy. My son said the wings were good, so the real issue here was the quality of the service, which would ruin it for many people I am sure. read more

Not super impressed with this location. The service was mediocre. Our server was focused on one other table and sat down multiple times to chit chat with them. We asked for blue cheese and celery more than once, and didn't get it. We asked for crispy wings, they were soggy. Regarding the flavors, we tried honey bbq which is a favorite. The 2nd batch was Teriyaki, it was too sweet and not really enjoyable to eat. The 3rd batch was garlic parmesan, and this one i highly recommend. Ordered 22 wings for carry out at 6:45 PM. Told to pick up at 7:20 PM. Arrived at 7:20 and was told it wasn't ready. Watched two families of 4 each walk in and be seated at 7:20 PM. They ordered their dinners and had them delivered to their table as I stood waiting. Burgers, wings, drinks, etc. All prepared and delivered to their table while my order was being "worked on". Dozens of people (including Grub Hub) came in and picked up their orders. Still waiting. At 7:45 PM the order came out. "Sorry for the wait." I don't blame the counter girl, I blame the kitchen staff. And the manager (who I never saw) for letting a customer wait on an order that was 25 minutes past the pickup time. Have used carry out at this establishment a few times, and never have had hot food. The wings are always luke warm or cold. My husband suggested going inside and dining in, hoping it would be a better experience, but it was anything but. The wings were cold and hard, so I sent them back, only to have them come back cold again. It was a Friday night and they were busy, but not slammed busy. The manager tried to comp my wings and made them himself for the third time, however my husband had already finished his meal, and my appetite was pretty ruined by this point. I would give them negative stars if that were a thing, but seeing as how I have to leave at least one star, I guess that's what they get. They do not deserve one star. It's sad when they want to charge almost 12 bucks for cold wings that they had to remake 3 times to get them to be hot. Came in for lunch on a Tuesday and had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh. The best part of our experience was our server Mariah. She took great care of us. First of all, this place smells like dirty mop water. Both times I've eaten there I've been nauseated but I was with groups both times so there was little choice I had in choosing. I went here with 3 kids and everything was wonderful. The host seated us quickly and seated us at a booth as requested. Our server was prompt and attentive; he took our drink and appetizer order, then came back to take our food order. The mozzarella sticks are some of the best I've ever had. Two kids ordered the mac and cheese, which, when asked, it's a stouffers version (not Kraft with the powder cheese) - they loved it and it was all gone. I wasn't as hungry and wanted to try their boneless wings, but the smallest order someone could get was 10 boneless wings for about $9; I knew I couldn't eat all that and the server could see it on my face probably. He suggested that I order the kids meal since the 3rd child ordered an appetizer as his meal. I was so grateful because the kids meal was 4 boneless wings, which was much more manageable for me. The boneless wings were really good; I liked them better than the actual wings. All-in-all, the mac and cheese was gone, the mini corn dogs the 3rd child ordered was gone, mozzarella sticks gone, and the boneless wings were gone. The only thing we didn't eat were the french fries and it wasn't because we didn't like them, it was because we were all full! When we cashed out the server rounded DOWN and gave me two quarters back rather than a whole bunch of coins, which would have included a number of pennies. Every time we've gotten take out from this location they forget parts of our order. Definitely check and double check your order before you leave. We tried calling in to cancel our order (we decided on something else), and the restaurant line was busy for over 40min. We still picked up our food obviously. All the wings have minimal sauce. Very solid service. Generally frequent here for takeout on the way home from work. Wings are pretty good and stay hot for the 15 minute ride home. Takeout only takes about 15 minutes and most of the time it's less than that. A lot of folks come here for big Bengals games, UFC fights and other big games from the local teams in the area. I wouldn't be caught dead here on a UFC fight night. If you would like to watch fights here or you're wanting to watch a prime-time Bengals game, make sure you show up a couple hours early to secure a table. read more
