Even though Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain, I still feel like its food is a step up from other chain wing joints. To be completely fair, the day I stopped in at this particular BWW, I hadn't eaten in about 12 hours so it's possible that my opinion was slightly skewed. Despite the fact that I attacked the food like a ravenous wildebeest, I remember it being pretty good. The room is set up with TVs literally everywhere. I don't think there's a seat in the joint from which you can't see 3 or 4 screens. They also have free trivia using those little electronic machines, but since that just seems like an excuse to avoid talking to your friends, we skipped it and went straight to the noshing. We started with chips and salsa, mostly because they seemed like the fastest possible app. The salsa was a little weird, it has some sort of chili powder or smoky thing happening, and the texture was more like chunky spaghetti sauce than salsa. Despite this slightly strange salsa, we ate every bite. For the main course, I went with the Asian Zing wings and they were awesome! Nice kick, sweet and spicy with a little tang of soy sauce and zippy ginger. They were seriously so good, I was really happy to eat the leftover the next day. My friend went with classic medium and it was good but nowhere near as good as my Asian zing wings. Solid wings place, and the service was reasonably good. Bad service! Came into this Buffalo Wild Wing Hiram location at 400pm and ordered our appetizers and food. Appetizers came out soon after ordering, my husband had Dr. Pepper and was wondering when it would be refilled, he was about to get up and get the drink himself when the waitress showed up. After our appetizers had been consumed we sat waiting for our meals. Only AFTER my husband went asking for it did they deliver it to the table. It is food that has obviously been sitting in the window for a while, as we were not served our meal until 45 minutes after ordering it....When we started eating the food, it is cold! Now, if you guys were busy, I could understand the slow service! But, you guys, maybe, MAYBE, have 3 other couples or families in here.....Think twice before choosing this location.... read more

BTW, I AM NOT FROM San Francisco. I am local and live a few miles away from this restaurant. My past experience with them is through DoorDash. Every time I ordered the order was incorrect, cold or otherwise unacceptable. I decided to try them in person when 2 other restaurants were slammed and had long wait times. So, I showed up last Saturday night with my kids. The outside smelled like an open sewer. Everyone was commenting on the stench. Smelled like a broken sewer line, or a grease trap that was open. We walked inside. The restaurant had roughly 20 empty tables in plain view. 3 girls were chatting at the host stand. One was on her phone. I was then told there was 15 minute wait. I said there are empty tables, and asked why is there a wait. They said they weren't servers, so they couldn't do anything about it. Walked away and spent my money elsewhere. They were lucky to get me inside when it smelled like a sewer, but to follow it up with a ridiculous reason for a wait was too much. Hiram location rocked it for the family night out. Torrance was our waiter. Ask For him as he was awesome. Everything we ordered was fast, hot and good. Games kept not only the kids entertained but we played the trivia against each other for great family interaction instead of everyone on their phone. My girlfriend and I have sort of informally adopted this place as "our spot" We eat here at least once every couple of weeks and if we can't decide(or agree) on where to go we usually just say "hey lets go to Wild Wings" We both always know what we want to eat going in and the beer & drink selection is great. The only thing that holds "our spot" back from getting 5 stars is the service. Now let me explain. The service isn't bad in fact it's quite good, usually. It really is hit or miss in terms of service. Some of the waitresses are great and we have actually complimented them on their service. Others on the other hand are just plain awful. They are totally inattentive and have snotty attitudes and seem to be disdainful of any customer who lacks a "Y" chromosome and isn't single. All that aside I really like this place. And I'm sure that this will be mine and my girlfriend's place for the foreseeable future. Word to the wise this place is LOUD!!!!! Especially on game days or on a UFC fight night. And from personal experience fight nights are beyond crowded so be prepared for a suuuper long wait. i love the wing flavors that bww has, and i frequent this location due to closeness to my home, but after last night i will not go back to this location. anytime i order wings from here they are never cooked right, ever!!!! when i order i stress to them the most important part of my order is cooking my wings extra extra crispy, but for some reason these idiot cooks do not comprehend what that even means. then last night i get bbq when i ordered asian zing. its ridiculous that people spend their money and can't get what they order the way they want it to be. you all really need to step the game up with the cooks and teach them the meaning behind extra extra crispy. i will choose a different location from now on and hope they actually have cooks who know what they are doing. read more

So as an update, we tried them again last night. I can sum it up in 2words. JUST DON'T. 45 minutes for the drinks?? Then my water is sitting empty at the hour and 20 minute mark, from initial order time, and after asking for my lemons and Splenda four times I finally get them. In the same cup... he just dropped the packets of Splenda into the cup with the lemons.. thanks buddy "oh by the way my waters empty"! And that still doesn't address the food. The burger was so dry, I needed more water. Where is that waiter again? Spoke to the manager. That helped about as much as a broken button. So I pulled up with my main piece to get a quick 10 piece. What should've been a quick bite leading to a lit night turned out to be a frustrating inning at bat in the World Series of eatery. The host who seated us with a cold shoulder didn't even bother to make sure we had a waiter. For 15 minutes we sat in silence, so long actually that we became the waiters. A party of 6 came in during our wait and were catered to immediately. Next, a party of 30 who ordered AFTER us. Both parties got their food BEFORE us! (A total of 36 people!) Both we're getting ready to leave just as we got our food. To make matters worse, my bae's 10 piece came out lukewarm. Her bleu cheese was "who cheese?" My main squeeze also ordered a lemomade that didn't come until the food arrived. Pathetic. The waiter we had seemed nice and informed us that we'd received a 25% discount due to the extreme wait period. It was the least we could expect after wasting 75% of our time. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The waitress had no sense of urgency whatsoever. It took 25+ minutes for our lunch food to come out. After being seated for an hour and a half (for lunch) I noticed their "15 minute or less" policy for receiving your lunch order or it's free. I spoke to my server about it and she sent over the manager. The manager came over and to my surprise, began to argue with me about how long it took for my food to come out! She told me the timer on the food in the back said it was ready 4 minutes after the order was put into the system. I told her I don't know how long it took to make but it took over 25 minutes to come out to my table. She then rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away from me, never to return to the table. I had to get back to work, so I walked to the front to speak with her (or another manager) and on the way I noticed she was in the middle of conducting an interview with a potential employee! I couldn't believe it. She had never come back to my table to let me know what her decision was on honoring their 15 minute lunch policy. This location seems to be VERY poorly managed. Great place to catch a game and have a couple of drinks. Not a very fast service place so make sure you aren't on lunch. Go when you have time. They even have drink specials. So I've since figured out how to get the most from a visit to BWW. Go on a Tuesday for 65 cent wings and order them extra crispy. Wings turn out pretty good this way and won't break the bank. This location has a nice patio that's great for kids (and smokers, unfortunately). Because of local ordinance, however, this store can't offer happy hour specials on food or drink like others around Atlanta can. On several different occasions I've had bad experiences here. First time being here to watch a UFC fight sitting next to the drink area where we could listen to our horrible servers complain about the night and hating their job while my drink stayed empty for 20 minutes... and when they noticed us looking laughed and played dumb to their comments about the customers... tried giving a chance to them during football and baseball season but now as the manager tells me we can't have the sound on for the Stanley cup finals game with 9 other people in the bar per a district manager because baseball and hockey "cannot have sound on" quoted... then ask my server that proceeds to tell me that the sound was on for baseball that day... would rather have honesty than lies! And considering our tabs involve 15 people of tabs no less than 150 because of sports, y'all should invest in better staffing that can match eachothers lies! We eat wings here often. It's close to our home, the wings are good and there are plenty of tv's for sports. It's loud on the weekends with lots of children. It's a sportsbar with games for kids. We have never had bad service. The manager always comes around to see that we are happy. We get a lot of free wings by filling out a survey on the bottom of our sales receipt too. It has been a year since I visited here. I ordered the 12 count boneless mango habanero wings. The sweet tea seemed watered down with little taste. When the wings arrived they were barely coated on on of the sides with the sauce. I guess $10 don't cover the entire wing just half. I have had better. Well the wings have improved since I was late here a year ago I brought my daughter here for graduation and they where very helpful.

It usually takes a lot of things to go wrong before I get angry and today everything seemed to go wrong! My coworkers and I came in on a Monday for lunch. It wasn't very packed, in fact it was downright empty. We sat down and got drinks and waited on the rest of our party. Two guys ordered and got their meals in a timely manner, but when another guy and I ordered, it seemed to take forever. Our server came by to refill our drinks and let us know it would be a few more minutes. The manager came by to check how everything was going and noticed that we still hadn't been served. A few minutes later, our server came out and said the fries were just about half a minute from finishing. About 5-10 minutes later, we had our food. Actually the manager brought the food out and gave us half price off our meals. The food was pretty good. It was typical wings and things! When it was time to pay, our server neglected to bring out a ticket and just collected our credit cards. After I finished signing the receipt, I went up to the manager to ask about the ticket and found out that what I was charged and what the actually amount was were two different numbers. I was charged about 50 cents extra. I don't really live close to this restaurant so I don't feel bad about not giving this restaurant another shot, but I hope this was just a rare occurrence. I am a frequent at this BWW & have been many times. There's only been a time or two that I didn't care for the waiter because of taking too long but they've never messed up an order and generally the slacker waiter's don't last long. They said mine was running late because it was so crowded. My husband met us up there. He ordered corn dogs, 20 minutes after the rest of my table received their food. I received my food, the same time he received his corn dogs. I ordered wings and french fries, so nothing fancy. The server was not that into our service, the food did not taste that good in flavor, we had to wait for 4 minutes to even eat when the food came out due to not having silverware, it took 10 minutes to get to go boxes, and another 5 minutes to get the check all while we told her we were kind of in a rush to go to a movie at the beginning of the meal. Food is about what you expect from a chain sports bar. Nothing great, but eatable. Drinks are weak, but that's what you get from chain restaurants. Staff is friendly, but too busy to pay much attention to customers. Not their fault really. Again, it's a chain and its understaffed. They could upgrade some of the TV's for watching games. The only reason I ocassionally go there instead other sports bars is for the trivia game. I have had friends tell me the cops hang out in the parking lot and pull people over as the leave. I have noticed this as well so make sure youre careful if you have more than one beer. read more

The servers and Bartenders are polite, the food is decent but the Management staffs a joke. They turn over managers every 6 months to a year but won't get rid of the root of the problem, The GM Patrick. I've never heard so many employees and customers complain about on individual, it ruins the mood and atmosphere. This location is by far the worst I visit. I decided to return to BWW after about 4 years. I'd stopped because the quality had slipped and the wings had gotten really small. Thought I'd give it another try to see if they had addressed the quality. Upon arriving on Friday Dec 1, I was promptly greeted by two hostesses who sat me at a nearby booth. A server approached and spoke, so I replied. I guess she wasn't talking to me because she walked past me to talk to the gentleman sitting at the booth next to me. She left without acknowledging me at all. Moments later, two other servers walked past and spoke to this same man. They even sat down in the booth across from him for maybe 3 minutes, ever paying any attention to me. Then server #1 and a 4th server emerge from the kitchen with trays carrying several drinks for a large party that was seated nearby. That party had been there before I arrived so that was fine. I figured they'd tend to me next. After distributing the beverages, server #4 disappeared and once again server #1 walked in my direction. She once again failed to acknowledge my presence and spoke the man in the booth next to me again. She left without a word to me so I decided they my business wasn't important to them. I was hoping to give their food another chance, but I never got the opportunity. BTW I went to Taco Mac instead and was attended to quickly and properly. read more
