Came here on a Friday night & it was slightly busy! We waited for a while but that was because the kitchen was backed up with a large amount of orders so we essentially waited longer than communicated. It seemed like a minor fluke but I mention this because if you come during busy hours then you may or may not experience this. However, our overall experience was great which is why I feel like they deserve the 4 stars. Our food was hot/fresh & tasted great! We received the BEST quality of service from Lacey! She is probably one of the sweetest waitress' I've experienced. I believe that girl should get a raise, ha! As stated, all of the food was delicious but if I had to change one thing it would be the Shrimp & Lobster Chowder; the corn was overbearing and I wasn't able to fully enjoy the seafood that was in it. The Wild West Shrimp was by far my fav! The orange sauce in the photo I ordered a side of (can't remember the name) but this sauce is typically tossed in the chicken dish that's on their appetizer menu. Mixed both sauces with the shrimp and it was divine! On top of that, you get so many! The spinach dip was so fresh, cheesy, & flavorful so I also highly recommend getting that as an app as well! Overall, once we got seated, we had a solid experience.

We came on a Thursday night and it was bustling for dinner. I ordered the strawberry lemonade (which was fantastic) and the salmon with a loaded baked potato and Brussel sprouts. We had a bit of trouble getting service (like drink refills and dirty silverware). Our waiter was not very attentive and we basically had to hunt him down for the check. The food was good but the service wasn't great.

Had the flo's filet, it was very tender and satisfying. The star was the fire corn though, omg. It was so juicy and fresh, and the Parmesan cream on top was soooop good!

Salmon and loaded baked potato.. Fried Onion appetizer and we already had our salads

We dined in at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Hiram a few weeks ago on a Saturday for dinner around 5:30 PM with a party of four. There was a lengthy wait, but the online wait list option helped shorten the time. The customer service was lacking. My mother in law ordered brussel sprouts and a sweet potato. My husband ordered a 6 oz sirloin with a baked potato (with honey mustard on the side) and a Caesar salad and my son ordered the sirloin kids meal with steak fries (with a side of ranch). I ordered the 10 oz Atlantic salmon with a baked potato and broccoli. The salmon and included rice were pretty flavorful. However, my baked potato was dry and needed more butter and the broccoli lacked flavor and needed more cook time. I sent the broccoli back and swapped it out for french fries due to the amount of time it took for the server to come back to check on us after we received our entrees. We felt forgotten about a few times throughout the experience. The server forgot to bring out my husband's honey mustard and my son's side of ranch. It took a while for us to get both sauces after receiving our food. Overall, the food and experience could have been better.

3.5... if I could split the difference. Went here for a low key 14th wedding anniversary lunch. We wanted a steak. We got a steak. We needed a waitress, we got a waitress. It was the most beige I've felt at a restaurant in a while. Staff seemed, like most places these days, understaffed. Suggesting a daiquiri as a non alcoholic beverage, fail. Telling me about the garlic butter you die over when you Dip your steak in it, then not providing that butter. Fail. Loaded potato soup, Luke warm. Fail. Just, they weren't big fail. Clean friendly environment. Of our two filets, my husbands was cooked correctly. I got a med when asking for med rare. The whole experience was just ok. We asked for food we got food. Trust me, I could have been persuaded to order appetizers and dessert. Wasn't offered. I even started saying it was a special occasion, waitress was too busy. I'll dine here again when I I'm ok with ok. Does make me want for more steak houses in the area.

Excellent place to go and have a delicious dinner! Great services, and a good place to go with the family.

What are my complaints about Cindy's? Well, let me tell you…read more Their sign is hard to find/read. That's it. What do I like about Cindy's? Everything else! Between my wife and I, we had the catfish, pork chops, green beans, mac & cheese, fried squash, purple hull peas, and cornbread. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted great! And the entree portions were huge! I was considering getting the all you can eat catfish, but after I ate the 2 fillets they brought me, I was done. Done, I tell you! The cornbread was cooked on griddle and was fantastic. Likewise, the other sides were tasty as well. The pork chops were HUGE! Easily something that could be shared. Honestly, if I was forced to come up with any complaint at all, it's that maybe, MAYBE, the pork chops were a touch on the salty side. Do yourself a favor...stop in!!

This isn't the first time I've had A Taste of Cindy's Kitchen…read more Lackluster. Don't look for perfection. Small town diner, small town diner feel. A positive was the catfish dinner meal. While the slaw was not very good, the fish was crunchy and filling. A decent portion, too. On all our visits, they've burned the cornbread. That must be their norm. The table okra and the greens went down well. No one at the table enjoyed the corn/cob claiming a boring, bland, stale taste that even butter and salt couldn't save. The server was full of piss and vinegar. It wasn't just us, the next table over commented the same. This is probably a good place to avoid when busy. I guess I expected a better experience and feel a bit jaded with this place. At least we gave it a few attempts. 10/24

We had a great time at Texas Roadhouse on Father's Day…read more It was crowded and we had to wait. But it was Father's Day afternoon. We used the app and joined the waitlist at 4:30 pm. The app said 55 to 65 min wait so we arrived at 5:15. We did not get seated until 6:30. That was irritating and we tried to use the app and wait at home. But the restaurant was absolutely packed. We had to park in the mud of an adjacent lot because there was no parking available. The staff were doing a terrific job handling the crowd. The hostess station was very patient with their endless line of people waiting and like they explained, it's Father's Day and a lot of tables are just sitting around talking after they eat. Every table was full and the second they became available they were bussed and refilled. So even with that the food was amazing. The service fast and responsive. The food came out quick and it was a great meal. I treated myself because it was Father's Day and got steak and ribs and both were amazing. Even with the crowd this is a great place and has a great staff. 5 stars.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the young hostess being…read moreunprofessional, to the poor food and service, the entire visit was disappointing. Our appetizer didn't come out until it was basically time for our entrees. My husband's salad sat on the table for almost 10 minutes because we had no silverware or utensils to eat with. The food tasted cold and old, and when I received my chili, it even had green beans mixed inside of it. The Long Island drinks were terrible -- basically sour mix and Coca-Cola. Our waitress disappeared several times throughout the night, which is why I only left a $10 tip, and honestly that was being generous. To make matters worse, on our way out my 7-year-old son almost slipped and fell on butter that was on the floor. The manager picked up the container but left the butter spread across the floor, which was extremely unsafe. I live less than a minute away and will probably never return to this location again. Texas Roadhouse, do better. Whoever is managing the night crew seriously needs to revamp the entire team.
