Came here on a Friday night & it was slightly busy! We waited for a while but that was because the kitchen was backed up with a large amount of orders so we essentially waited longer than communicated. It seemed like a minor fluke but I mention this because if you come during busy hours then you may or may not experience this. However, our overall experience was great which is why I feel like they deserve the 4 stars. Our food was hot/fresh & tasted great! We received the BEST quality of service from Lacey! She is probably one of the sweetest waitress' I've experienced. I believe that girl should get a raise, ha! As stated, all of the food was delicious but if I had to change one thing it would be the Shrimp & Lobster Chowder; the corn was overbearing and I wasn't able to fully enjoy the seafood that was in it. The Wild West Shrimp was by far my fav! The orange sauce in the photo I ordered a side of (can't remember the name) but this sauce is typically tossed in the chicken dish that's on their appetizer menu. Mixed both sauces with the shrimp and it was divine! On top of that, you get so many! The spinach dip was so fresh, cheesy, & flavorful so I also highly recommend getting that as an app as well! I placed an order online at 7:53pm, and was told my order would be ready around 9:00pm. I started driving to the restaurant, and received a call at 8:50m from Longhorn's, and he told me that they were out of ribs. My order had consisted of 3 orders of ribs. He asked if we wanted anything else, but then told us that would be an up charge for our second choice. Since we waited for 57 minutes , believing our order items to be available, we chose to cancel. We came on a Thursday night and it was bustling for dinner. I ordered the strawberry lemonade (which was fantastic) and the salmon with a loaded baked potato and Brussel sprouts. Dirty old printed sign on window saying their a/c was being replaced(2nd red flag) it might be warm inside. First time trying out longhorn in Hiram. Took over 10 minutes for waitress to come to table. First thing I noticed she didn't even have a name tags on. My 3 year old was playing with the sugar packets and the server reached over and snatched them from her and said "they will be everywhere". Waitress was really rude. She then took our drink order and it was another 10 minutes before we got them. Not to mention it was over 20 minutes to get the fresh bread. I had lobster with my steak and the first lobster to come out wasn't even cooked all the way. I sent it back. We never once got refills on our soft drinks after the waitress said she would be back. We dined in at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Hiram a few weeks ago on a Saturday for dinner around 5:30 PM with a party of four. There was a lengthy wait, but the online wait list option helped shorten the time. The customer service was lacking. My mother in law ordered brussel sprouts and a sweet potato. My husband ordered a 6 oz sirloin with a baked potato (with honey mustard on the side) and a Caesar salad and my son ordered the sirloin kids meal with steak fries (with a side of ranch). I ordered the 10 oz Atlantic salmon with a baked potato and broccoli. The salmon and included rice were pretty flavorful. However, my baked potato was dry and needed more butter and the broccoli lacked flavor and needed more cook time. I sent the broccoli back and swapped it out for french fries due to the amount of time it took for the server to come back to check on us after we received our entrees. We felt forgotten about a few times throughout the experience. The server forgot to bring out my husband's honey mustard and my son's side of ranch. It took a while for us to get both sauces after receiving our food. Overall, the food and experience could have been better. read more

It was the most beige I've felt at a restaurant in a while. Staff seemed, like most places these days, understaffed. Suggesting a daiquiri as a non alcoholic beverage, fail. Telling me about the garlic butter you die over when you Dip your steak in it, then not providing that butter. Fail. Loaded potato soup, Luke warm. Fail. Just, they weren't big fail. Clean friendly environment. Of our two filets, my husbands was cooked correctly. I got a med when asking for med rare. The whole experience was just ok. We asked for food we got food. Trust me, I could have been persuaded to order appetizers and dessert. Wasn't offered. I even started saying it was a special occasion, waitress was too busy. Just when I was beginning to trust this place, it fails. It's never a good sign when curbside patrons are walking out with their order. As if to say, " It was taking too long so I went in". And, yes. I did the same. It was taking way too long for me to get my order. It was supposed to be ready at 2:45 p.m. and it probably was because when I got it, it was cold. The fries and the(medium???? Not) burger. Cold and overcooked. Thus Longhorns location is good for salads and appetizers bit nothing else. Must be a difficult task to ve good and consistent. Customer service was good. Although my order had been sitting g in the back for awhile. I saw the employee bring orders to the front. I thought "wow! Good timing! " I was wrong. There are some things you cannot heat. A hamburger is one if them. I don't recommend if you ordering something that needs to ve cooked. There are other restaurants nearby where I could have ordered by lunch today. I chose Longhorns. Longhorn Steak house has some of the best steak I've ever tasted, the ambience and vibe around cowboys and the frontier and various bull-like animals is rivaled by none other. Steak is great, juicy, tender, and always hot. Broccoli is seasoned great and cooked for just long enough. Fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just how I like it. 2:15 Saturday. Hiram, GA -- an area filled with practically every chain restaurant known to man. Treating my mom and friend Linda to lunch. Their choice. So we ended up at LongHorn. The lunch menu isn't particularly extensive, but there's enough to fill the basic categories of beef-chicken-salad. -- Cheeseburger and baked potato: not bad. Cooked medium rare as requested. The potato looked good with crisp skin! -- Prime rib sandwich and Caesar salad: thin slice of roast beef topped with cheese (which Linda thought added nothing to the sandwich.) -- Grilled chicken sandwich and house salad: Why did they do away with their house dressing -- a really tasty vinaigrette with olives?! The sandwich was average. It was fine. The restaurant is sort of Covid-compliant. Guests were by-and-large separated with some tables left empty. Servers all wore masks, though some -- not ours -- had loose-fitting masks that slipped below their noses. All in all, a pleasant meal -- but possibly because I enjoyed the company and our server -- a friendly gal who works the bar area -- was great! read more

Our waiter Sebastian and food was wonderful, but it was obvious he was hot just like everyone there. We paid around $140 to eat here tonight and we were sweating while trying to enjoy our food. Every table close to us was talking about how hot it was. I have never sweat while eating a meal at a sit down restaurant. It felt like I was eating outside. Pros: Service was wonderful. They were pretty busy yesterday with a few graduation parties and our waitress was attentive and the food came out pretty fast considering the amount of people there. That's really it. Cons: My daughter and I went to Longhorn yesterday on a little lunch date. Our food came out quick. I had the chopped steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. She had the ribeye with onions, mushrooms and mashed potatoes and we shared a spinach dip app. 30 mins after I left I had the worst cramps that was quickly followed by nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I work from home and couldn't even finish a meeting. That's when I realized we got food poisoning. I have NEVER gotten so sick so quickly!! My daughter got sick today, she's diabetic so it's a big deal if she can't eat. I also still can't eat a day later. I've always had good experiences, but I will NEVER eat here again. This location is excellent. Currently, they are enforcing social distancing. Tables are clearly marked for no seating and the staff is wearing mask . My GF has a severe Gluten allergy and the staff made sure that she didn't receive anything that may have come in contact with gluten containing items. Our server, Brandy , was phenomenal as well. I paid $17 for a salmon Caesar salad. I don't even know how much I paid for the small piece of salmon but I will never go back for the amount of food that I get. That piece is not worth more than $5 and it's over cooked. I know this salad alone is not worth $12. Ridiculous. This should have been $10 max. To-go server was very friendly. Lettuce is fresh but barely cut up. Croutons are fresh. The salmon is sad, And dry so it brings an odd consistency. When salmon is overcooked the flavor is dismissed. It turns the experience into dread The fact you feel like you need to eat it because you paid for it. This is why I just prefer to cook my own food. I can cook so much better than that. This has to be the most unorganized Longhorns on the face of the earth. Customer Service was horrible. They told me that my family of 6 and I had a 25 minute wait but it turned into a 1 hour and 15 minutes wait. I asked the hostess why large groups that came in AFTER us were able to be seated before us and he said some of them called in. Wow... I didn't even know you could reserve tables. Anywho, i come to find out, the hostess is the manager and he was the one seating people ahead of us. Don't get me wrong, I understand when restaurants are busy and they have a staff shortage but this was just unnecessary. We stayed because I hated to have wasted my time. They did offer us a free appetizer or dessert but I really want to say that was just a little bit too late. We wont be patronizing this Longhorn ever again. read more

After all the past problems, in early 2018 I'd said there was no reason to try again... and I'd stuck to it, for over three years. But I really wanted a steak, one evening in late 2021, and my daughter mentioned that it was a shame we couldn't eat Longhorns, since it had been so long. (Over 9 years since our last successful meal here!) SO, we decided to give it one more shot. AND... it seems that there have been some improvements! Much to our surprise, we were cheerfully greeted and seated, and had someone asking us what we wanted to drink in just a couple minutes, followed by asking if we were ready to order, just a few minutes later when they brought our drinks. We were already off to a good start! Just like it used to be. Our steaks were cooked to our specs and absolutely delicious, as expected. Drinks were great, as were the sides. Service was everything it should be, all around. We've actually eaten there twice now, and it's back on the rotation, as far as that goes. This makes me SO happy. There are only a couple 'regular' steakhouses near me, so it's nice to be able to switch it up every now and then. Taking it back up to 5 stars, for now. Keep it up! read more
