Today just wasn't the day for BBW. Usually enjoy our visits but tonight wasn't it. Took an hour for food to arrive and onion rings were cold. Waitress gave me a second beer I didn't ask for and then charged me but we asked for them to take off as I didn't drink it and she complied no complaints. Would totally understand if it was jammed up but it wasn't even half full. Another table waited 40 minutes for their order to be taken but only 15 months for food to arrive. Crazy night.

All in all, a very enjoyable place. Loads of TVs: more than you'd find in Best Buy. Lots of sports to watch. I can't comment on the alcohol situation, but the seating and atmosphere were enjoyable. My server was very good. I think her name was Elizabeth; she kept my drink filled; she brought refills on my wings quickly (also compliments to the kitchen; I did the all-you-can-eat-boneless-wings Monday/Wednesday special). Very pleased with service. The food was good. Fries and wings all tasted great; I enjoyed sampling the different sauces on the wings. When all was said and done, I enjoyed the sweet BBQ, but with as many flavors as they have, should please anyone. Plenty of other burger options, too. Sorry, I didn't pay any mind to the vegetarian/gluten-free/special diet options. Bathrooms were clean. A shade smelly, and the soap dispenser was cracked, so certainly not spic-and-span, but given the nature of their clientele, pretty good. My one complaint is the volume of traffic around the place; as with any stop on the strip in Hiram, getting in and out can be an unpleasant experience because there's just too little road for too many cars. Just something to prep for and be aware of. I don't do sit-down-casual very often, but when I do, Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my go-tos. Good service, worth the money, good food. Recommended.

The Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Curds with Southwestern Ranch, is decent. Try it with caramel, it tastes like funnel cake thanks to our bartender! Street tacos are very tasty and yummy too.

Ultimate nachos - should be named super basic nachos with cold chicken. This was after I added pico to them.

We used to frequent this location of Buffalo wild wings maybe 6 to 10 years ago - I used to love it. I must say that since my last visit things have gone way downhill. They do have several signs explaining that their patio is closed because they cannot staff it adequately. But it looked run down. Service was okay with several errors. Food was not so great. And since arriving home our stomachs do not feel great. We started with the pretzels. They were quite good. Both the cheese and the mustard were tasty. For dinner, I ordered the ultimate nachos with chicken. I got a tray full of chips topped with cold chicken and a drizzle of Cheese - not very ultimate. It came with pico and salsa and peppers on the side. Still not very ultimate. My daughter got the tenders which she says taste as good as Publix (which is high praise in our house). She asked for ranch and mild - and got neither. We asked for them again and then got ranch and honey mustard. Asked again and got the mild. I had a beer and asked for a water which never came. It was disappointing at best and now I have a stomachache. Not ideal. Luckily I still had fun with my daughter!

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings several times and always had a great experience. On this specific night the wait time was a bit longer due to the football game being on (I assume). Once seated, our waitress was very nice and patient. I ordered the new Buffalo Bird Dawg and my daughter ordered wings. I requested all the food come out at the same time but the Buffalo Bird Dawg came out extremely fast. Other than that, the Buffalo Bird Dawg has become my absolute fav! It's a must try for sure. They have 3 different flavor options to choose from.

I enjoyed my server and the restaurant was great, but my food was just decent. It wasn't hot but I did try some special fries with a seasoning on them that really impressed me. Other than that you can eat a meal if that's what you're looking for here.

Long story short, they jacked our order up on a game night. The supervisor offered to make it better & they did! The 2nd time around, we ate at the restaurant & the server was super sweet. I appreciate their efforts in making sure that they got it right the 2nd time!

Let me tell you if I could give them a zero I would! We ordered the 20/20 bundle for delivery and while the traditional wings were on point the majority of my house eats boneless. The pictures show the pathetic excuse for boneless wings that we were sent. The second picture is a size comparison the largest nugget sent compared to their ranch cups. They were all rock hard, small, and not seasoned very well at all. Buffalo Wild Wings you have screwed up for the last time and have now lost a loyal customer.

We called ahead to see if a party of 13 would be feasible on their patio due to Covid. We were assured that would be okay. Upon arriving, they had 12 chairs jam packed around 4 tables. We requested an additional table (which was available) and were told no due to Covid protocols. Upon questioning what the issue is since we're all the same party, we got the response of "we have people waiting in the front to sit outside too". So it wasn't about our group size, but rather they wanted to cram more people on the patio. Instead of simply letting us have the extra table, they forced us to separate the group (by about 2 feet). This is nothing short of pettiness and bad management. Wouldn't recommend. However they're getting 1 Star (because they have to) and because our server was actually decent. The real issue seems to be management. Posted a picture of our tables adequately separated by BWW's standards.

Our waitress was on her own game. We never had to ask for a thing. Not even a refill of our drinks. She was sweet and very courteous.

Quite impressive. Short version, come here…read more Huey Luey's food is decent, but their real magic is their service. The servers give you a card promising to give you their best for a great experience, and, by and large, they strive to do it. Our server was Alisia, and I recommend asking for her by name if you can. She was friendly; she explained options to us; she got our coupon to work easily; she remembered our customizations and got them right. Very helpful. The food was good. I'll admit that to me, all Mexican food tastes the same whether it's from a Mom & Pop place, Chipotle, or Huey Luey's, but this stuff tasted just fine. As you can see, the decor is fun and welcoming. Another special feature: when a kid orders from the kids' menu, they get to pick a treasure for the treasure box; it's a decorated treasure chest "guarded" by a stuffed Octopus named Pablo. They can pick from candy or mini-toys like slinkies, little scorpions or snakes, rings, etc. Thanks to Katherine for pointing this feature out to us. One minor thing: you can get into this location from the main highway or the back; come in from the highway. The back is a one-car-wide entrance/exit, so it blocks up. As with anywhere in Hiram, turning out can be tough, so take the back exit around to get to a traffic light. Worthwhile stop. Friendly crew, good food, recommended.

We came in as the bridal party after rehearsal, good and hungry! Originally we were seated on the patio, but unfortunately I couldn't sit outside due to the amount of pollen. w/ no hesitation they moved us inside and began helping us with accommodations! We placed orders for drinks and appetizers, followed by the entrees! I ordered the Texas fajita burrito filled with steak and chicken with a side of rice and beans, very filling! I also ordered queso dip, and a sangrita swirl w/an extra shot, completely satisfied after my meal! I even had leftovers to carry home. The food was delicious and we will be back!

Me and my friend went here for a happy hour celebration. The catfish bites were OK. I just wished…read morethat maybe they would cut up two pieces of catfish instead of one for the nuggets, but it was only five dollars so you can't really beat that deal and it comes. I would definitely say my server could have done a better job and we got most of the things that we needed from Other service there because she was pretty absent however, overall our experience was a four out of five. The ambience is your typical lounge. It's pretty chill no thanks spectacular however, I would go back because the drinks were very good and you can't be a five dollar deal after work.

I've been for happy hour a few times. If you get there I'd say before 6 the music level is ok,…read moreespecially during the weekday. After 6, expect to have to yell at the person next to you. My friends have tried attending and found the music level too loud & left. If it's supposed to be a restaurant, then maybe save the loud music til after 9 for the club vibe? ‍ We came for dinner Sunday, 7/27/25. There was a good mix of R&B & hip hop, with more R&B, I'd say. My husband, "can't do boopity-boo," and was able to hang in there until bingo. I'l come back to that. I ordered the Baldwin Hills, which was fruity, but strong. The bartenders need to get on the same page tho, because the 1st one was definitely better than the 2nd one. I'm from LA & Baldwin Hills is above the area where I grew up, so I had to represent with that drink. Normally, I'm a whiskey/bourbon lady, but vodka is my white liquor preference so I was good. The food is good. We started with the jerk chicken eggrolls. It was definitely fried hard, or maybe refried from earlier? Idk. It was not as light as the picture. Due to the lighting & how hard they were fried, I had to do some editing to make them visible. The server said they weren't too spicy. They come in 4 pieces. The 1st piece I had was definitely mild. My husband said they had a kick when he bit into his, but I didn't get that...that is until I had the 2nd one! Whew! All the spice was in that piece! I'd say slightly spicier than a little kick. They were tasty tho. We both waited a while for our entrees. The table next to us, also only with a couple had their food come out before ours, though they came in as we were finishing our appetizer I think. We'd already placed our entree order by the time they came. The server apologized for the delay on our food and said it would be out in a few minutes. It was more like 10-15 minutes before they brought out his entree. The person who brought it out, maybe the manager?, said she didn't want his food to get cold waiting on mine to come out. It took another 10-15 minutes, if not longer, for my food to come out, with no explanation. My husband ordered the fried catfish entreè with spinach & rice pilaf. He enjoyed his food. His only issue was not having 2 fillets. As you can see the piece you get is sizable, soooo, if you have a big appetite, maybe also get the catfish on the happy hour too to supplement the meal. ‍ I'm trying to get into salmon & the honey bourbon salmon was good. It wasn't overly sweet and it didn't taste fishy, like salmon sometimes can. The spinach is good also. I had to send the potatoes back because they were not hot. As long as I waited for my food, I wasn't expecting lukewarm food. The server quickly brought out some hot potatoes and they were good. They have bingo on Sunday night @ 8; or at least it was 8-something that's night. Initially, the dj said it was an R&B bingo, but when the bingo paper was passed out, it had hip hop on it too. I'm familiar with some hip hop, but don't know all the artists' names, lol. It was still fun, but I knew I probably wasn't going to win lol. We sang during the songs (had to ID the artist on the bingo card), and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I'm glad to have this option in Douglasville and glad it's still here after a few years when some other restaurants have closed. They are also open late, which is good, as most restaurants in the area close at 9 or 10. I'd ask the owner to consider a grown and sexy night or an over 35 night with good R&B music that's played at a level that can be enjoyed and allowed conversation to flow. A line dance night would also be good. I met the owner when the 1st location in Atlanta opened on Edgewood. It just so happened we had family in town visiting from LA. They gave him the business lol about the drink names and the place, but really enjoyed the vibe. I'm glad to see the business flourishing and in multiple states. I wish continued success and that there will be some acceptance of the feedback provided.
