I was seated in a timely manner and the hostess was even smiley and nice. My server got my drinks out almost immediately, my food came out in only about 15 minutes and was very good. I ordered 10 buffalo wings and had it delivered thru uber eats. Apon delivery I was disappointed to find they did not utilize their safety seal they way it was intended to seal food close. Which I feel would be very important considering current events (covid 19). Not only was my food not sealed closed but ranch was open as well and spilled into bag. However my wings where hot and good to taste.. just really wish they had been more cautious in their packaging. read more

We dined in on Friday. When we were seated they recommended order from the QR code on the table as there was very little staff. Someone did take our order because the online wasn't working. Food was decent. When it was time to leave the waitress recommended we figure out how to pay via QR code as she didn't have time to take our money. Not a great experience. I almost always have issues at this B-Dubs. This time I ordered the small mango habenero boneless wings and them came out with almost no sauce (see picture). I asked for more sauce and I was brought so little it covered 2 boneless wings. Did get the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious! I like b-dubs, just not this one. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I'm traveling from out of town and wanted to go to a familiar place that I've been before. Wrong place to go. I should have gone to the local gas station. We arrived and ordered. They didn't seem very personable. The first order came out in 20 minutes, the next two orders came out 45 minutes later. one of the second orders was luke warm. We also noticed several groups that came in after us received there order before us. They didn't even say anything when they dropped the orders off. We said thank you, but didn't even acknowledge that. We asked why several other customers received their orders first. They just said, I don't know, and left. Not sure they were trained very well. They should have at least apologized. I am a United Airlines 2 Million miler and a Marriott Platinum member for life. I've travel for work at least 3 weeks a month and alot overseas. We are from Texas, so huge Dallas Cowboy fans. Our son goes to school in Sterling so we have spent quite a few Sundays watching games at BWW. Everyone is always super friendly when we are sitting there for 3 to4 hours. Of our multiple trips (at least 10) to this location only once has a server kind of forgotten about us. The food is always pretty good, with exception of one time our wings were a little dried out. 1 out of 10 isn't bad! We will keep coming back! read more

After sitting there for another 20-30 minutes after we had finished eating, our waitress asked how we were doing and we were obviously ready for the check. My visit to the BWW Hutchinson location validated my reason for not visiting the entire chain. The food was good while it was hot. Afterwards, all my food tasted like lard. My boneless wings with honey bbq sauce were dry, while my boneless wings with the chipotle spice was so over seasonsed they were dry as well. More importantly, the service was horrible. I placed my order at 6:30 pm and waited for approx 20 minutes. Normally, this would not be an issue however I walked in to BWW to see SEVERAL EMPLOYEES standing at the hostess stand doing nothing AND left with an employee sitting on a bench on his phone. OBVIOUSLY they were not busy. I had to ask the new Hispanic employee ( I don't have her name) for utensil when she asked the previous customer if she needed any. The way she gave my food to me, one would have thought she was doing me a favor. After eating some of the food, I threw it all away and any memories I have of BWW! read more

I just recently went to the one in Hutchinson Kansas. I was alone so sat at the bar was so pleased with the bartender a very professional yet pleasant with a very warm smile that immediately made me feel very comfortable her name was Stephani she was very knowledgeable in all the beers and after listening to what I like came up with an amazing drink for me. We went to our home town restaurant (Hutchinson) and ordered an All American Burgers w/ no onions times two. When we received the burgers, there was only one patty on each. When brought to the waitresses attention, she said it comes with choice of 1 or 2 patties. I asked for a menu and showed the waitress ( who has worked there a long time). Lupe (server/bartender) is amazing! When he sees us walk in he puts a couple beer glasses in the freezer for us and trades them out when we get a new beer. He goes above and beyond every time! We drive over an hour to hutch and we try to stop every time he's working. Tuesday's buy 1 get 1 on the boneless is hard to beat! Quick take: It's a poorly-managed chain restaurant, no more, no less. I usually try to review local and unique places to give people an idea of what to expect when visiting somewhere new. You don't have to do that with chains because, by design, every one of them should be exactly the same and if you've been to one, then you've been to them all. Unfortunately that's not quite the case with this BWW. I'm not sure what the cause is but it's like chain restaurants come to Hutch to die a slow death. Applebee's is sad, Chili's is sad, Olive Garden is OK but has its sad moments, and now BWW is entering the same decline in service and quality. I walked in on a Saturday at lunch and it was like I entered the Twilight Zone. There was not a single host, server, or bartender in sight, but the seating area was probably 2/3rds full. We stood around for several minutes before we finally saw an employee but we're ignored for several more minutes until finally someone came from the kitchen area to seat us. We sat down and waited more, ordered drinks that took forever, tried to order more drinks that never came, got food that was OK at best, all the time dealing with a server that made it clear he didn't want to be there. The icing on the cake is the newer design of these places. Whatever genius thought that high ceilings with no acoustic panels in a sports-themed restaurant was a good idea should be publicly shamed. When this place is busy and there are games on, good luck doing anything but staring at a TV screen because your conversation will get lost in the cacophony of noise. read more

Got off work one day last week. Thought hey let's go to B dubbs for a drink go there at 10:30pm after seated they told me the bar is close. Call tonight to place an Togo order after checking hours of operation they close at midnight. I called at 11pm. Guess what the kitchen is close. Let me start by saying that myself and my boyfriend are huge fans of Buffalo Wild Wings. We have been hoping to get one in Hutch for years, so we were really excited when this one opened up in July. Problem is, this location SUCKS. Having worked in restaurants so long, we know that it takes time to get everyone trained, but this place still hasn't even come close to that and it's been almost 3 months. The individual servers we've had, about a dozen different ones, and the captains are all trying to make it a good experience, but upper management is doing something wrong. No matter how slow or busy they are, it takes an absolute minimum of 10 minutes to get a beer. Usually closer to and sometimes over 20 minutes. It just seems like no one has been trained properly and they can't be bothered to staff it fully, ever. Last night we were told that they didn't expect to be busy... uh it's wing Thursday and the first game of the ALDS playoffs with the Royals in it, of course it was going to be busy! I apologize to anyone who's now read to this point in my rant, but it's so frustrating to have to take a full 2 hours just to get 2-3 beers each and an order of wings every single time we go due to the incredible slowness. Food is okay; as good as any other B-dubs when they get the orders right and when they actually get the whole wing covered in sauce. Worst experience. I have gave this place several tries thinking it will it get better. But it has never changed. We ordered our sauces on the side. One of the two meals had it right. My son ordered honey barbecue and received hot barbecue. While we where waiting a couple got up and walked off because they never received help. Another couple came in and sat down next to us. If you wanna feel like you're eating under a spotlight, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere was so much different than any other B-Dubs I've ever been in. It was blindingly bright and the music was SO loud. It just seemed really "off". I didn't see anyone in their waitstaff that looked older than 18. It was 9:30 pm on a Saturday when we were there, and the place was mostly empty. They had obviously been busier during the day/evening, because the floor was filthy. There were a lot of "kids" in uniform, but I didn't see too much working. I did witness a lot of standing around. After ordering, it took a long time to get our drinks, and the beer I got was not even full-(Applebees for the win there). The two food items we ordered were delivered to us by two other waiters, and then the initial waitress brought our ticket just shortly after that. Really?! No "How is everything? Do you need any drink refills? How about some extra napkins?" Nope. Nothing. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this establishment again. read more

So while visiting my parents by this location we came at 11:10 pm (website says open until 1am) with our 4 adult children to eat and drink. I made an online order that was to be ready at 8 pm. I was there to pick it up at that time. The order was "not ready". I waited and waited and waited. A person came in after I did with a huge order and received their order while I was left waiting. Another person came in complaining about their order being wrong. After 40 minutes, they found my order in their heating oven for online orders. I received a simple, "Oh I'm sorry" and that was it. Then when I went to eat the now old, cold food I find out that I didn't even get my full order. Call the restaurant but call was never answered. Will never go there again! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I went there for dinner on 1/19/19. We were seated very quickly, but it went downhill from there. The dining area was absolutely filthy, we were freezing cold and it was extremely loud. I can only imagine the chaos and filth in the kitchen if this is what they let the customers see in the dining area. We sat and sat waiting to be acknowledged at the very least...finally, tired of waiting we got up and left to go eat somewhere else.
