Absolute worst food for any chain restaurant. Wings are not any better than the next wing joint. I like this place to watch tv basically, tvs everywhere and big ones! Awful beer selection, can't even order a bunch of drinks at one time, even have been cut off after a few weak ass beers. Always sit at bar because the table service is just terrible. I'd compare the food to 7-Eleven. I guessing all the garbage food is pre cooked and sitting under a heat lamp for hours. You can not even order a certain temperature on your burger, the wings come one way which sucks because i like crispy wings. When you order a burger or wings it comes out within seconds, let's you know is all precooked sitting there in the back. You would think this place would put out the computing but no. It's horrible. The food is dry and cold. The servers are in another world. I couldn't get a manger to come and take care of the cold food that I paid for. The server I will not mention smelt like smoke and was under the influence. Cold beer and the service was great. Food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the sampler special platter. Got 6 boneless wings with Korean BBQ, nachos, fried pickles and fried mushrooms. Korean BBQ wasn't even close to an Asian inspired sauce. More like regular BBQ with soy sauce added. Fried mushrooms were AMAZING. Fried pickles...well, I guess that's what it was. The flavor of the breading mixed with the pickle was just weird. We ate 3 of them and left the rest to go to the trash. Nachos were on par with taco Bell. But they added 3 fresh jalapeno slices. Like a third of the tvs in the restaurant were just showing the DirecTV logo. Our server was awesome! We sat at the bar last night, sweet black lady was bar tending. I want to say her name was Elisha? But I'm not 100% on that. I'd come back for a few beers as those prices were reasonable, beer was cold and they had a pretty decent, but small selection of craft brews. Also, how do you almost run out of wings? We were pressured into boneless wings, which we later found out that y'all were down to your last hundred when we came in, running out by the time we left. So, I went here with my boyfriend and our Corgi puppy. We called ahead of time to ensure they allow dogs on the patio. NOT a service dog. We always emphasize this because different restaurants have different policies, and we respect when they do not allow dogs. However we get there, receive dirty looks from everyone on staff, who explain that only service animals can be there. They did not ask us to leave, but told us not to advertise they allowed our dog here. I told our waiter we called beforehand, but it was just ridiculous. Does this place even have hosts? You know the ones that's really supposed to stay in the front and seat people?? Sure it's past 10 and maybe the hosts go home and the servers seat themselves then but it's super annoying having to wait a while just to be sat. We were looking forward to a better alternative than Ale House...too bad for us though. We arrived at 5:20 Fri night as a party of 7. The place was busy, but not full, or on a wait. They had 4 host staff on, so one would think they could get something together for us quickly...it took almost 10 minutes, and they didn't communicate to us in the interim so we could understand what was taking so long as we looked at empty tables. Their "zone" system was not working very quickly either. From the time we walked in at 5:20, it was almost 45 mins before we ordered our entrees. Our 2 beers took 15 mins from the time we were seated. The waiter was nice, but seemed like he had too many tables to take care of us properly. The food was very average. The fries were tasty but not hot enough. The wings were perfectly cooked, but the sauce was so glopped on, too messy. I suggest ordering that on the side. The "boneless" wings were more like nuggets than small chicken tenders. Too heavy on the crust for my liking. The garlic parm sauce; I just did not like it. Hurricanes version is much better. Ale House has better service, but the food quality is about the same. The other Dad splitting the check with me said he actually preferred Ale House wings, which is tough for me to say because I am not a big fan of Ale House in Jensen. The place is really loud, which I have found to be the case for Buffalo WW everywhere- it's a sports bar, so I guess you need to account for that when you go in. They did turn the music down shortly after we arrived, so evidently someone else complained be fore my wife could:) Because of convenience we'll probably go back for games, or maybe happy hour (great deal on apps!) read more

I have had two very good experiences here, the staff was good, food was what I expected (good) and was brought out in a reasonable amount of time, I can't speak for the beer as I don't drink, but the atmosphere is that of a sports bar, very family friendly and was not expensive, I gave them 4 stars due to the complete opposite of what I've read in the reviews. With any new restaurant it takes time to get firing on all cylinders. Happy customer here. read more

Was wanting to go watch the games other then the normal Duffy's or Ale House so we decided to go back to BWW. Our 1st visit the food and service was terrible. Wings were over cooked and just a spoon full of sauce over top of them not even tossed in sauce. My wife's Cheeseburger was like a hockey puck. Anyways that was when they 1st opened so we let them work out the kinks since we love the Bdub in Orlando. Well this was a mistake, I will say the TV's are excellent but when the service and food is that bad no wonder the place was only half full. You can't even walk into Duffy's in SLW much less find a seat at the bar. My sandwich came with no sauce and was just a mess. Sent it back to have the pulled pork that was supposed to have this trio of different sauces on it to be put on correctly. He brings it back with a side of spicy ranch telling me that's all they have right now. My wife orders a crispy chicken sand. Asked for pickles (which they list as an option) the guy says "all we have are spears" even though my sandwich came with pickles on it. She had to cut all the edges off the chicken it was so hard and over cooked. Then to top it off my buddy gets his wings and they come out not even tossed in any sauce. Of course by the time he gets them back they are cold. All we could do was laugh it was so bad. We asked for a bucket of BL because the service was terrible "company policy we don't do buckets" oh yea....$4 for a bud light on a Sunday is insanely overpriced. How do you have ZERO drink specials for football games??? After all the screw ups not 1 manager came over or not as much as 1 beer or anything taken off the tab. We left at halftime and stood 2 deep at the Duffys bar in SLW, still got better drinks and service for less $$. I feel violated. Yes, I know full well before entering this establishment that it is a chain but, my daughter loves wings & our favorite" Mom & Pop" wing joint in Jensen Beach has closed it's doors so, we look to replace our weekly fetish. SO incredibly disappointed on every human level. You are assaulted by 42 TV's upon entering. The music is so loud, you'd think it was a night club. ( It's 3 in the afternoon on a Monday) The service is haughty & unkind for a brand new place that should be ultra friendly. The food....Oh My God, the food! Save yourself some $$ and go buy a frozen box of frozen wings from Publix. They actually might be a step above. Boring, ordinary & sad. Like Martin County needs another sub--par chain that serves up garbage food & corporate profits while actual good places go out of business because they don't have TV's. That is what is wrong with this country. Eating is supposed to be a mindful experience, not an assault of the senses with 42 TV's & blaring, God-awful pop music. I predict it will last through the season because unknowing tourists will flock to something new instead of something good. Food is too expensive for the substandard quality. Service is terrible. Asked the waitresses MANY times for tablets and wing sauce before finally getting them. Asked to see the manager at the beginning, but had to ask again after we were done eating. FYI: The "gluten-free" food is NOT gluten free, since the same fryers and equipment are used. One star for the big wings, we ordered the chicken quesadilla and I asked for extra sour cream, the waitress says ok comes back later and ask me did I get the extra sour cream, DUH if you did not bring it to me I did not get it, but here is the kicker she has a tray in her and then says ok well you can have this one and I swear she gives me a used container of sour cream, you could actually tell where someone had used it. First and last time I will never go back there again. I can go to Lefty's and get better service and better wings with real dishes (I hated the paper trays to eat out). read more

If you want to come in to a bar for cold beer and sports then this bar is even just ok. The beer starts at $4.50 for 22 oz and goes higher in price for craft beer. The food is horrendous. For a place known for its wings these wings were awful. They tasted dry and chewy and like they have been frozen for while. The fried mushrooms were penny sized and I have had better at my high school cafeteria. Such a disappointment!!! I was so excited to finally get a BW3's in Jensen Beach but do not plan on returning. Went around 7pm Friday. Positive-short wait for a table for 5. All the food is great. Negative- waitress had an attitude and we felt unwelcome. We approximately sat down around 7:15 and ordered drinks and food right away. Drinks came 5 minutes later but didn't receive food until 1 hour later. When the food was brought out she checked on us and started describing why she was having a bad night and how she did not want to work at BWW anymore. Last time we saw our waitress until the check. Finished eating 20 minutes later. Did get seen for another 35 minutes. We paid 3 on one check, and the other 2 separate checks. She took the 2 credit cards and cash and mistakenly charged a the other credit card for the cash check. She took another 15 minutes to bring back the checks and another 20 minutes to find a manager to fix the problem. While she was trying to find the manager she was passing drinks to her new table, as there was not a problem that needed to be addressed. We finally had the checks resolved and she did apologize for the inconvenience and her manager was making smart remarks next to her like,"you know how to screw up don't you". Whatever that means. It was unpleasant and I would recommend take out. We didn't walk out of there until 9:40pm. It was especially frustrating when you have a 3 year old. Worst service but great food. read more

I have been to this location a couple of times, and I have never left having a completely positive experience. I understand it's a sports bar and that means it's going to be noisy. However, I can't even hold a conversation without yelling which I prefer not to do; so, I always end up sitting in silence. On top of that, the food is subpar and the restaurant always smells a little rancid. Tonight I dined here with my family and it will be my last night dining at this restaurant. I ordered a Mediterranean salad which comes with hummus and pita chips. When our meals came, I received no hummus because they apparently had run out of it and was instantly disappointed. It was one of the main reasons I ordered the dish to begin with. If the server had let me know of this earlier, I would have ordered something else. Instead she didn't tell me until the food was already at the table, and I'm not about to wait for another meal to finish cooking. When my dissatisfaction was made known to our server she didn't take the opportunity to make the moment right. I didn't receive my meal in its entirety and was still forced to pay full price.
