Food was good, prices were reasonable, and the service was fine. However, what really disappointed me was that they started vacuuming during the fourth quarter of a big game (Knicks vs. Cleveland in the playoffs) while there were still 50+ people watching. Even though they were vacuuming in a neighboring section that had already closed, the noise was loud and distracting enough to take away from the experience. It seemed like poor timing, especially during the most important part of the game. Overall, the food and value were solid, but if you're trying to create a place where people come to watch big sporting events, this wasn't a great look. I wish there were a better spot to watch a game in Kingston. First of all, I'd like to say that I've had good experiences at this establishment before, so this experience is unique. Ordered several things through Ubereats again, having had positive experiences in the past. This time I had a gluten-free concern, but didn't see an option through the order, so I called the establishment to clarify what i was looking for. This Buffalo Wild Wings sucks. It was okay when it first opened, but it has since gone way down hill. I don't know why I keep going. So hopefully this review will serve as my reminder not to return ever again. Everything was great when this place first opened. The wings had their nice crispy fried skin and there was more sauce than the wing could soak up. There wasn't a time where you didn't have to lick your tasty fingers after eating each and every wing. Then comes present day. Where the wings have their crispy skin removed and replaced with latex bubble gum. The chef gets out their eye dropper and places precisely one drop of sauce on each and every wing. Making sure those things have no flavor whatsoever. Seriously, I don't know what their problem is. The waiter only came over to take our order and did not check on us to ask how our food was and all that like waiters/waitresses usually do in America. Then when we got our food, half of the Lemon Pepper (dry-rub) Wings was 90% just breading and very minimal chicken, also with way TOO much salt. Also they put the Lemon Pepper Wings right next to the Nashville Hot Wings which caused contamination with Nashville sauce on the Lemon Pepper wings and my dad could not have the Nashville Hot Wings which meant he couldn't eat the Lemon Pepper Wings that had come in the slightest contact with it. Usually they never ever serve those two types of wings on the same plate. When we complained about half of the Lemon Pepper Wings being just bread for the most part, they didn't even take part of the money off the bill, meaning we would of paid the same exact price if we came on Monday, which means it was NOT buy one get one. We paid full price just to not get our free part of the BOGO deal because those half of the Lemon Pepper Wings were not good enough to take home. Very disappointing! Then to top off the night, I get my tab and told that they automatically add a 30% tip!! Never again!! Upon getting home, we discovered that they were boneless, priced at about $4 less than traditional. We immediately called and were refused a partial/full refund or even an EXCHANGE of the right item because WE didn't confirm the order, which was not specified in their advertisement. Bartender was very nice and friendly. The problem was this is the most incompetent BWW I've ever visited in regards to watching games on TV. It seemed like they didn't have the ability to change any of the channels from what was showing. They couldn't put the big college football games on an of the large screen TVs. I am disappointed. Yesterday I placed an order online and after paying, was told that my order would be ready for pickup at 6:40 pm. When I arrived at 6:45 pm, I was told that my order would take another 5 minutes. I relecutantly stood there waiting for my order while the staff ran around consistently leaving the front unattended.
