A chain restaurant of great wings. Our favorites are : garlic parm, spicy barbecue and mango habanero. They have family night once a week , i think its either Tuesday or Wednesday night where they have a face painter, arts and crafts and a balloonist. read more

We love BWW has it is known in my group. We go at least once a week and the service is always great. Plus the food comes out fast unless they or busy in which case it may take some time but well worth the wait. My fav sauce is Asian Zing or Honey BBQ. And if you're a beer drinker get a nice cold draft. Its also a kid friendly place!! read more

My family and friends has been going to this location every week for over a year and never had any issue. Always go between 10-20 people so food usually takes a while to come but never paid any mind to it, it's to be expected. Pretty upset the last time we were here. After we were done with our meals and paid ready to go home. A gentlemen holding a glass of beer comes up to our table talking nonsense, at first we didn't pay any mind to it. A drunk person at a bar, who pays attention to that right? But he kept walking around our table saying the same thing over and over. I had to get up and and ask, "excuse me, who are you talking to?" That's when he got hostile and end up pushing one of the person against the tables and chairs ending up with an altercation outside. The following day we heard that we were banned from coming back because of the incident. Then we come to found out the the person that we had altercation with is an old employee at s different location and our waitress's boyfriend.... How does the waitress even have her boyfriend create an altercation with their costumer is beyond me. We heard she wasn't happy how one of us was talking to her. She was told specifically what was under who's tab, but when the bill came there was 2 extra beer that wasn't accounted for and to take them off. Then we found out it was one of our friend's beers. We told her to forget it and leave the beer on but next time she should ask us before doing so because again we told her who was under each tab. She made the mistake and we wanted to make sure she doesn't make that mistake again. Being in the service industry, I know there's you have to service a lot of different customer but this shouldn't be a reason for anything to occur... We reached out to the GM of the establishment name Joey and he explained to us that we are not banned but he just wants to situation to settle down before we go back. No one has been back for the past 3 weeks but the GM said he hope that we'd give them another chance. That chance was last night, came in used the restroom and ready to go sit down and eat but the manager Rick which was in duty at the time said we're not allowed to be there and if we didn't leave they'd call the cops. After that, we will not be returning. We were asked to give them another chance then when we do, they threaten to call the cops? How do I reach corporate to discuss this issue? A weekly regular paying customers being treated this way. I'm truly disgusted by the actions that has been taken by this establishment. read more

Red flag number one was when we pulled up and saw two employees having a beer and a cigarette outside. My husband and I laughed it off. We walked up to the hostess stand where two female employees were having an intense conversation and didn't once look up to greet us. Another employee slowly walked up and proceeded to seat us. He seemed stoned. He walked us through the entire restaurant where just about EVERY TABLE was dirty. It was disgusting. He finally found one that was clean and sat my family of four in the bar. I took all these signs as an omen of what was to come so I told my crew to get back up, we're eating somewhere else! Normally, I would give BWW's five stars, being one of my favorite restaurants. However, I had the worst service and server possible that completely ruined my experience today. If I could give negative stars, I surely would, over my dissatisfaction with Amber around 4:30/5pm on the bar-side today. Amber didn't even have the decency to refill any of our waters, after asking politely, nor checked on my table at all, as we literally watched her sitting down a few tables over. I had to send back my veggie boat to a bartender because they were completely soaked in water, after not even receiving all the sauces we ordered. I then had to ask around to get our checks. I left extremely unhappy. Service this bad will be affecting my decision on ever going back to this location again. read more

I ordered some wings yesterday evening at 5:30 pick up time said 6:00. But they made me wait an hour for my wings cause they said they haven't came up yet. Turned out they did but they lost the ticket so I sat there for an hour for my wings when they were already ready. They didn't offer to compensate me in anyway. I walk in and the greeter is coughing and looks to be sick, the place was freezing cold. The wait took longer than expected Had the cheese burger slider combo for lunch. I got the sliders. I don't know if it's only the one in Lafayette, but in Texas, the wings never tasted overcooked or dry, for some reason the first time I went to this one they tasted like that. I thought it was only that day so I gave the benefit of the doubt but I have been there two times after that and it is the same thing. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night. We have been many times before and always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was always decent. Not sure what was wrong last night but it was the worst experience we've ever had and I can tell you we will never be going back. We got seated and our server took forever to come to the table. Not sure if her section was slammed that bad but she very much neglected us. We ordered a sampler for an appetizer and it came to the table cold!! Of course we ate it because we had both worked all day and hadn't eaten. As soon as we were almost done I immediately started feeling sick. I felt like I could've puked all over. Both our stomached started hurting as well. We ordered burgers for our meal and just asked for them to go once they came to the table because I was afraid I would throw up everywhere. Again when the burgers came to the table they were cold. Once we had got home and started to feel okay we opened the burgers to eat and they were so dry. They literally looked like a defrosted patty that was frozen. It was not real bacon on the burger either. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this place and I promise you I will never be back and I will share my experience with friends that eat here. read more

Went to watch Sunday football as i can only get one local game at home and they had EVERY game that was playing right in front of me!!! I couldn't have asked for more, got to watch every game and had someone serve me great food and drinks all day!!! Very friendly staff and I was there so long the manager even came and thanked me for my business. I will be back every Sunday as long as my wife lets!!! read more

I usually stop by here after work to get a beer and relax, but tonight was a bad experience. I sat at the bar, as I always do, and was probably there for about ten minutes before the bartender asked if I needed anything. When she noticed me, she said she was "in the zone putting away dishes." I said it was okay and ordered a pint. At this point I'm frustrated, but at least I'm getting my beer. She poured it from the tap STRAIGHT INTO THE GLASS. All foam. So instead of pouring it out and trying again, she let it sit til the foam was just at the top, then served it to me. It was a tall glass of flat wheat juice. Nasty. Ended up leaving it outside and left. I manage a restaurant myself. I know that you don't ever leave a guest waiting for ten minutes, and then serve inferior product. The worst part is that a manager was about ten feet away while I was being ignored.
