Made the mistake of going on a very busy Friday evening little more than a week ago. The poor server, she had every table in the bar area with several large parties. No one helped her until about the time we left. She was friendly enough but spread very thin, so our wait time was longer than necessary. Food was pretty good, but more expensive than some other chains. Boneless wings with honey BBQ were nice. I may try again on a day when it is not so busy. Like I said, my mistake, but that is always good for business to be so busy. read more

Terrible place. Our service was nearly non existent. Appetizer showed up after our food was served. Our order was totally incorrect... 4 of us ordered, all 4 orders were wrong. New food brought out eventually was cold. The burger was cold and the cheese on it was cold and not melted. The manager gave us 1 burger free... But 3 still sucked. I went out at 1am to get wings with my boyfriend and we waited for at least an hour and our wings still were not ready so we decided to leave. We had fried pickles and drinks while we waited, our waitress went back twice to check on why our wings weren't there yet. As i left i asked for a manager and told him that we were so upset to be leaving with no wings when there was only 7 tables in the whole bar. He nodded and said sorry and that was it. I will never go back to this bw3 location ever again. This is the second time i have had problems here with food coming out slow and not great service. read more

Went there around 1pm for lunch on a tuesday. A little busily, but seemed well staffed. I saw every server on the area (at least) walk by and never acknowledged me. Not even a "I'll be right with you. " so after 10 min I had to leave so I could get food elsewhere and get back to work. read more

It took literally 45 minutes to get two small orders of wings with buffalo chips. When we finally received our food, it was barely warm. Maybe it was sitting in the server window a while, I dunno, but we didn't say anything bc by the time the server came back to check on us it was another 10+ minutes. It was not crowded at all. Used to be such an awesome place, but the last few times have sucked. Went in there tonight around midnight, and they were really slow. But the waitress was extremely inattentive, and more worried about complaining to us about the other staff than our needs. The chili con queso came out within 3 minutes of us ordering, and didn't deserve its name. Also didn't come with enough chips for the whole bowl. The honey BBQ wings were mediocre at best, and lukewarm. The pepperjack wrap was a very small portion compared to its price, and again, mediocre. All in all, it was a horrible experience, and its safe to say we won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Our healthcare team placed a multiple person order tonight from work and one of our girls picked it up. Upon receiving my order, it was incorrect. I called and spoke with Ashley, and we not only kept the incorrect order, which a hungry patient wound up eating, but they made it right. Accidents happen, especially on busy nights like tonights NFL draft, but it was handled well and I appreciate it, as does the patient. Thank you! read more

The server said we looked over 21 (local legal drinking age) when ordering a couple of pints. She then refused to serve us when showing valid passports and driver's licenses from UK. The manager also refused. Bartender seemed competent and served us though. Food/service isn't worth the hassle, so going to Hooters for wings and drinks in the future. Save time and headache by avoiding this place. The food is standard BDubs fare. Like McD, always generally the same. The people are really what makes a place worth going to. And this place was awful. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday during college football season with Purdue playing out of town and the place was about 1/3 full. The stage being set... there were dirty tables everywhere. I waited ten minutes in an empty restaurant to be seated. There were 4 managers on duty and there was no hustle to do anything. We finally got seated and waited another 10 mintes while two servers fought over who was going to have to take the table. Someone came over, apparently we got the nice one. She was fine. But Te experience only went downhill. Don't do it... for the love of everything worth eating. There is another BDUBS down the road. read more

I visited here on 10/18 while traveling for business. I frequent this location numerous time during. Maverick the bartender was very inattentive and when called upon to order, was very rude, not only to me, but to others sitting at the bar. When I was ready to order, I could not get his attention, so I asked the manager who was also behind the bar if I could order. He said he was unable to take my order, as a manager mind you, that the bartender would take it. Later, when I needed a refill, Maverick gave me the wave saying he would be with me in a minute. He proceeded to put the trivia machines away, put clean glasses away and then refill the dishwasher without acknowledging me or my needs. When the manager Nelson appeared with my food, I declined due to rudeness and poor service and left after paying for my drink. I will NEVER EVER step foot into that establishment as long as Nelson and Maverick remain there!! I love BWW, but HATE this location. I will do my best to post this on any and every social media outlet available as this is unacceptable. read more

Great food and great service! now that it is non-smoking the atmosphere is second to none! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Food tasted alright, we ordered a wings combo meal and a chicken salad. We asked the waiter specifically about the number of wings included in the combo meal, and he said that there were 6 of both types. The combo meal also included fries and coleslaw. When it came out, it only had 4 wings of both types, so we were given only 2/3 of our wings. We asked the waiter about it, and he said he was mistaken and didn't offer to do anything about it. They didn't even give us the coleslaw that was supposed to go with the meal. Over all, we paid way more for 8 wings and fries in the combo than we would have if we purchased 10 wings and fries separately. I don't think we'll go to this location again. read more

new years eve, stopped in for a beer and waited for our carry out order of medium wings to arrive. after an HOUR gave up and asked for our money back.. No explanation of why the wait, got short changed on the refund as the manager I think did not know how to do it so they kept the tax. Beer was good and bartender apologized several times for the wait but also told us for over 30 minutes our order should be up anytime, after a while I think she was too embarrassed to come back and apologize anymore. they were busy but not that busy read more

We decided to go to the Lafayette one instead of the West Lafayette one because they usually have better service. We got seated pretty fast and the waiter got us our drinks and told us we would get straws. We never got them, another waiter had to bring them. When he took our order, he never wrote it down. As people were still coming in the other waiters were taking their orders as well. After waiting 30 minutes our food was still not out. The people that had showed up after we did, received their food almost 10 minutes after ordering, when we had been sitting for almost an hour. Two guys across the restaurant order beers and the guy went and got them. The people behind us were waiting for the waiter to come take there order way before the two guys showed up and when the waiter came to take their order, he declined him alcohol because they were not selling it at that time. After it had been forever since we order, our food finally came out... ALL WRONG. I assume since the guy never wrote down our order, he put the whole thing in the computer wrong, he put down one of them and said "sorry that was supposed to be plain." And left it there, but took the other one back to be fixed. So, we got up and left. read more

Went to dinner with three coworkers after work on a Tuesday night. We were seated right away and the host gave us menus. We were chatting away for more than five minutes before I noticed our server hasn't acknowledged us... Anyways, the service was super slow. Everything our server did, it would take her at least 10 minutes or longer to do each thing and I believe we were the only table she had. It took her 10 minutes to get our drinks, 10 minutes to get our checks, 10 minutes to get our debit cards back and even longer for our food to come out. The restaurant itself was very messy, there were napkins and straw wrappers on the floor and there were quite a few dirty tables around us while 4-5 servers just stood around chatting. I definitely wouldn't come back here on a regular basis if the service and restaurant was THIS bad on a Tuesday night at 10 PM, I can't image what it would be like on a Saturday during rush hour. read more

The owner of this BW's should not be proud of the establishment. We have noticed the quality of service has been going down hill for a while. We decided to give them another try last night, we were greeted nicely and sat down quickly. Then we sat and sat and noticed that many people the were seated after us have been waited on and chips showing up to their table. We watched many waitress's just talking to people but not caring that we were just sitting there waiting to be served. Finally a girl stopped after we got her attention, we asked if we were going to be waited on and she replied your not my area but I can help you. Funny how all the other tables around us was being waited on by her. She did apologize for the wait and said she would have a manager come out and speak to us. We saw the manager standing around and just talking to other employees, so we figured she would stop by to offer her apologizes. Our waitress came back and said that the manager is to busy to come out but wanted to offer us a free desert. As I sat there watching the manager stand against the wall near the entrance I replied no thank you. CUSTOMER SERVICE and CLEANLINESS IS LACKING AT THIS RESTAURANT !!! read more
