Visited BWW for the first time in probably 5 years after reading some negative reviews on NextDoor. We always used to enjoy it so we thought we would give it a chance. We arrived Noon and we're the only ones sitting in the bar side. Our bartender/server promptly came over and took our drink order. I ordered a tall Yuengling Flight since I don't see it in draft very often. As I put it up to my mouth, I could tell by the smell that something was off. I took a couple sips of it thinking that I had to condition my palate. I was wrong. The beer has the fruity/skunky flavor of beer lines that hadn't been cleaned in a while. I let the bartender know about it and she gladly poured me an Ultra. To my displeasure, ttis beer had that same sort of 'off' flavor to it. I originally thought that the Flight was off because not a lot of people order it, but I can not imagine it is the same for the Ultra. My bartender gave me a Diet Pepsi and we were not charged for either beer. (I did not, however, see the bartender or manager take those two beers out of service) It took approx 30 minutes to receive our food, which was pretty good. My Triple Bacon Cheeseburger was tasty as well as my wife's Teriyaki Chicken sandwich. The restaurant itself, needs some attention. All of the seats at the bar have copious amount of food crumbs in them and the parking lot is falling apart in multiple places. The business certainly needs some TLC. I never go to BWW for the food, but was impressed by it. I usually just go for the beer which was very disappointing. read more

The new manager reached out to me today. He explained that he is from the Kokomo store, which is doing great, and said he wad asked to come and help the Lafayette store. He did apologize for the weird experience there, and he's going to talk to the bartender who obviously forgot to put our order in. If she had come and told me what was going on or at least checked on us at all, she mat have realized her mistake. I'm usually super patient, but being ignored for 45 minutes was a bit extreme. The other waitress had all happy customers who were getting their food and refills. She checked on them often. I wish we had sat at her table that day! read more

Just awful. Did a pick up order and they tried to give us the wrong order. Yeah, stuff happens, sure. But why was everything chewy? Traditional bone in wings were tough and chewy. There were random hard bits in it and very little chicken. There were some new potato bacon cheese giant tots. Those were ok, but again super chewy though hunks of bacon. This place has just went more and more downhill over the years. I stopped coming for a long time because of it and decided to try my luck again but shouldn't have wasted the money. I ask for wings wet on my to-go order and get this. There is even a sticker that says "ex-wet" on the outside of the box. Not sure how you miss or mess that up. The staff are great, but the wings I ordered to go were tiny and dry. I suspect they must have been sitting under a heat lamp. Had I dined in, I would have sent them back to the kitchen and I NEVER do that, having worked the industry for many years. Wings are supposed to be their specialty; how they managed to ruin what they're supposedly famous for is beyond me, and I can't understand any self-respecting cook sending that garbage out of their kitchen. The woman working the counter/host on 1/14/25 6pm creates an absolutely miserable experience. As this is our 2nd interaction with her in the past week, I fear that she will discourage guests to return. This woman may thrive in a BOH role, but the no eye contact, lazy responses, failure to double check orders, and obvious annoyance when a guest wants to sit in the dining room rather than walk back to the bar doesn't cut it for any FOH position. Like most of the community, we stopped visiting bdubs during COVID. We have recently been able to put this place back into our restaurant rotation as we feel the service from servers and the food quality has taken a turn for the better. We will return, but really hope corrective action is taken for that employee as they are the first interaction for all guests entering the restaurant. read more

We were seated at our table for 20 minutes until we managed to flag someone down, asking if they could get a waitress to come to our table. We waited another 10 minutes, waitress finally came, took our order. Appetizers arrived after 15+ minutes. After another 20 minutes passed, we asked our waitress when the main food would be coming, within 5 minutes we had our food---- boneless wings and they were basically room temperature. Complained about that, waitress said she would ask a manager to come over. The manager never did, but the waitress came back to tell us our options. No way should anyone need to be in a restaurant for over 1.5 hours, most of the time spent waiting on service and food!! It was a bad experience from start to finish. Our server gave us BLAZIN wings when we ordered HONEY BBQ, she said it was the cooks mistake and she did give us another house sampler on the house for the mistake but it was too big of a fuck up for me to ever go back, I have never had something so hot in my life, you have to sign a waiver to eat those wings. read more

Stopped by for lunch and sat in the bar area, where it was half full. There was only one person working the room. They quickly brought a menu and took my drink order, and soon returned with the drink and took my order. The food came out quickly and the server said they would be back with silverware and napkins. That was the last I saw of them until I was done eating. The food was good, but napkins would have been helpful. I ended up getting paper towels from the bathroom. I saw other diners grabbing napkins from tables where other diners had finished and left. One other went to the kitchen. Pickup was terrible. Lady said she'd check the order. Goes back and you can see her surfing her phone via the window. Kitchen crew saw the crowd noticing and put up paper to block the window. Signed back into the Buffalo Wild Wings app with the same email as I used previously but they did not send me an email for free birthday wings for my birthday today. I went inside and was still denied because they didn't send me an email even after I offered to show my ID for proof. The female manager with glasses at this location is very unnecessarily rude and has a bad tone. She was very unhelpful in fixing their error. Won't be coming back due to bad customer service. read more

This facility is large and great for groups. The bar area is large. I'm not sure when it was updated last. It felt a little dark and out of date but clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall a decent place to try. As for the food...I love BWW sauces. I think they are the best in the industry. This makes them the best wing choice in my book. On this visit all the wings in my small traditional order were small. Really too small for the price. Speaking of price...BWW prices are really too high. Tried to order food to go. When our food was delivered the restaurant had put the wrong order in the bag. They gave us a 6 piece wing with fries instead of a huge order of food. We called to complain, drove all the way back to town to have them correct it and they put the wrong order in the bag again!!! 2 hours later we are about to eat dinner. I suppose the bright side is our dinner that wasted our entire evening will now be reimbursed. I think they may need to find staff who can read a ticket???? read more

Half priced wings are gone, prices are up on everything, zero nutrition changes, and a meager rewards program - this location has treated us well above the West Lafayette and Springfield, IL B-dubs I have tried. Not just once but my last couple times at this location have been well above the average BWW treatment I'm used to. I've never had a good experience here, but it's been 2 years, so I thought I'd give it another try. Entered the restaurant and stood there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Waitress gave us menus and returned to get our order, then informs us they're out of several items. Hubby got an unsweetened tea and there were no sugars subs on the table nor did she return for 10 min so we could ask for some. Wings & fries were lukewarm, celery was stringy & pithy, had to ask twice for ranch dressing... As usual, a disappointing experience AGAIN, especially for their prices.
