I downloaded this app just to give this place one star, they said 20 minutes, I was here for an hour, waiting on just honey barbecue wings.

Terrible service! So it's Friday night and the place is maybe 70% full so we expected a little slowness but nothing like this. It was 45 minutes in before we got our appetizer. It takes like 5 minutes to fry so what was happening the other 40. It was delivered with no plates or napkins. Just awesome. Another 20 minutes later we're told our food is almost ready. I wouldn't exactly call it piping hot when it came out. Some of the wings were cold. Sauces were wrong or forgotten. The wrong drink was delivered. We had to ask for silverware to eat things supposed to be eaten with utensils. I guess everything they serve is supposed to be eaten with your fingers. After an hour an a half, we finally got out of there. Maybe she was new, high, had boyfriend problems or the kitchen was slow, but it was completely ridiculous to wait as long as we did. read more

Tried to make a reservation for our friend's birthday party. We reserved one table for ten, then tried to reserve another. Apparently they didn't write one of them down so they said they only had a reservation for 10. Terrible service. read more

Every time we go to BBW we have a bad experience but we love the wings so we try to come back. We were just there for an hour and a large table and two small tables seated near us got there around the same time. All the tables got their food except us (not even our app) and the waiter comes up to us after 45 minutes of waiting on our food to say the back had "lost everyone's orders". He said all the tables orders were lost but everyone around us was already eating and that we had to place our order with him again. Instead we ate the appetizer he brought when he told us that, paid for the appetizer and left. We are never going back to a BWWs again. Why didn't he just tell us when they lost the order so we would place it again before waiting 45 minutes? read more

Probably shouldn't have bartenders on a Sunday night who don't want to listen to/watch football

I have given them three chances to get my order RIGHT. This time they did not give me the french fries or the boneless wings. The have know ideal what they are doing. Last time the boneless wings were cold. The time before the order was to be done by 5:00PM. Order was not done UNTIL 6:15PM. STAY ALWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I do not want a food credit which they offer. I want my money back! I will dispute this charge with my bank. read more

I actually like this place. Not sure why the service over the last year and a half has gone to shit but it has. Shouldn't be waiting on a chicken wrap longer than it takes to get a steak. Managment should be replaced. They obviously have no idea how to run a restaurant. I'll be going to Wings Etc for the time being. read more

Unsure why this location struggles with service speed. They have been slow my last 3 visits. Even though it was wing night (buy one get one free), they were not overly busy even in the bar which was where we sat. Beer came fairly quickly, but that was the exception. Ordered mozzarella sticks and had to ask about them 20 minutes later. They came out steaming hot which means they were probably forgotten. Manager stopped by about a half hour later to ask how we were doing. We had to say our wings had not arrived. He brought them out a few minutes later with no explanation why it took so long and no offer of compensation for our inconvenience. While the food will probably take me back, I sure hope they can get their act together and speed up the service. read more

VERY sad. I didn't even want to give 1 star. I wanted to go there for lunch today. I stood at the UNATTENDED hostess stand for over 10 minutes while the same server walked by at least 3 times. At NO time was I, or the others standing behind me, even acknowledged. There is no sign to say "Seat yourself" or "Please wait to be seated". Most people are on a limited time for their lunch. There should be NO REASON for the host/hostess stand to not be staffed unless they just stepped away to seat someone. A server could at least say "Hi. Let me get the gist/hostess for you." I even tried to call & there was no answer even letting it ring more than 10 times. Not sure when/if I will go back... read more

I came here a year ago to watch the US Women's Soccer game at the bar and there were two belligerent men there very loudly describing women in their lives as c***s. The bartenders did nothing to stop this or asking them to quiet down. In fact, the bartenders continued to serve them drinks as they continued to get louder. Eventually I walked up and ask if they could keep their voices down because some people didnt appreciate those offensive words and then one of the men got up and followed me, came to my table, and began to raise his voice. I removed myself and went to the bathroom and he stood outside of the women's bathroom for roughly 15 minutes screaming c**** waiting for me to come out. It was a horrifying experience and my friend said many of the workers seemed to be laughing while I was scared and trapped in a bathroom. Also, their wings aren't great and the manager who discussed this matter with me couldn't even spell my name right on our emails back and forth even though my name signed at the bottom. I will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings because it's not about having a good experience to them, and if they have to do any work outside of the minimum they won't. This location needs new management, and some training on when to cut people off at the bar. Don't waste your time here. read more

What a horrible place to watch Sunday Night Football. With 5 minutes left until halftime, the bar staff turns the game's audio off and starts playing music. Pretty frustrated, I go to the bar and ask if they could at least wait to play music until halftime. The bartender rolled his eyes at me and said "sure" as if I was making the most annoying request in the world. On top of that, the service was horrendous. Disgusting and not worth a return trip - ever! Salad had spoiled lettuce sprinkled throughout. The croutons were stale. The garlic bread had probably been made yesterday and was cold, dry and tasteless. The $.65 wings were mostly breading, dry and under sauced. Wings is part of their name - you would think they would at least get that right. Nope! If the restaurant isn't making any effort, then why should you? BW3 under delivers, over charges and doesn't give a whit. I'm done. Keep driving and choose one of the alternatives close by - you'll be far happier. read more

I came here last night, waited almost an hour to be seated. Almost 20 mins to even be acknowledged by the staff. Okay I understand they are busy. I work in food so I completely understand that. We finally get seated and get to order, we had to wait another hour for our food. We get our food and have no silverware. Have to wait another 15 mins just for that. I got chicken tenders so I didn't need a fork so I started eating. All of our food was ICE COLD. Never again. I got there at 8:40 pm and by the time everything was said and done it was 11:20. Mind you shortly after we were seated most of the tables were cleared out, and most of the waitresses were just huddled around in the back talking. We were not allowed to have out group of 7 sit at the same table. After arguing with the GM we sat apart and just did our best to converse the best we could. 30 min after we ordered another group this time 13 came in they were given a table of 6 and a table of 7. Yes thats how many were in my group. An hour after we had ordered our food came out but was cold. A discount was given but just doesn't seem enough after being forced to sit apart while another group was allowed to have a table with the same amount we had all sitting together. All this after the GM told us he didn't want to lose his Job. He sucks at it anyway. read more

Ordered carry out via their iOS app. Went in and picked up food. Got home and one of the boxes had no sauce at all on the wings. Called them and went back in (15 min each way, cold, rainy). Person at the counter implied it was my fault because I said she didn't have to check the order. Terrible service. Rude staff. Manager never bothered to talk to me. Wouldn't mind so much, but the wings are overpriced and they really didn't care at all that a customer was inconvenienced. Luckily Wings Etc is opening near me. The online ordering system is a skewed...when I placed my order it changed my pick up time from the original time given by 40 minutes. Once I received my food the cheese on my fries were congealed and the chicken I purchased was dry and over sauced for compensation. This was the worst experience for the amount of money I spent. Oh this place. As I am currently sitting at the table I once again ask myself why I even bother coming here. The service is mediocre at best and the food is the same. It doesn't matter if the restaurant is full or if there is only a handful of people present, plan to wait 45 minutes at least to receive your food. When you finally receive your food, assuming it's correct, most likely it will be cold. In which you have to send it back again. It'd almost be more productive to send the food back as soon as it comes out. Don't even bother with this place drive up the road to Texas Roadhouse or even the DQ next door to receive better food and better service. read more

Looked like a social gathering when you walked in with all the employees, and really no one wanted to help us when it came to seating us waited a hot minute for anyone to acknowledge us. It took me by surprise and he said I used to Play ball with you like 20 plus years ago! That's what you call a memory and a bartender that pays attention to who he is serving! Rip Off. I went to this BW3 with a group. Asked to pay my tab and was told '"no I'm not allowed to bill you separately" then about 30 minutes later was presented with a bill for $47. Later I compared my bill with the guy who paid for the group and I found out my host was also billed for the items I had. Double billed, ripped off. I hope the wait person chokes on that $47. F.U. Do yourself a huge favor. SKIP THIS PLACE. the waitstaff was horrible. My husband and I walked in around 4 on a Sunday afternoon, and a bored-looking hostess told us "sit wherever you want". ooooook. So we pulled up a booth and looked at the menu. On their specials menu were these southwest bites, so we ordered those to split, a side salad, and my husband got wings. So my meal was going to be the southwest bites and the salad. So comes back TEN MINUTES later (apparently it took her that long to figure this out) and said they were out of the southwest bites, so I needed to pick something else. Then she stood there waiting for me to look at the menu. I asked her if she could come back in 2 minutes. She sighed SO loud and stalked away. Meanwhile someone else delivered my husband's food and he was halfway done when she came back. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I waited and waited and waited for it. My husband had been done eating for about 15 minutes by this point--oh, and she was nowhere to be seen. Finally, I walked up to the kitchen to find her, and told her to cancel my order. She looked at me like I was crazy and said "but it'll be done in a sec". I told her I didn't care, I was no longer hungry, and take it off my bill. Then she slammed down the check and practically ran away. Worst.service.ever. There is seriously no reason to ever go back to this place again. read more

This is one of my favorite places to come during a busy day at work. I tried calling to order a to go order & it would say it was busy, i tried going to online ordering once i was going to check out it said it would be ready tomorrow Wednesday at 11 am. I came in to order a to go since neither the phone nor the online form was working. The to go lady took my order and said I'd be about 25 minute. Waited a little longer since i know they were busy. Once it was 40 minutes later i come in to see if it was ready & it wasn't she said they were waiting on wings for mine and another to go order. I waited 25 more minutes, wings were not hot. Keep in mind she said my order wasn't ready due to waiting for fresh wings. I got home and looked at my wings they looked too dark for mild and medium sauce. I took a bite of one of my wings and hmm takes like Asian zing mixed with mild, i tried the other and tasted like honey bbq mixed with medium sauce. My wedges weren't fresh at all !!!! I come back & tell her they don't taste right so she goes in and tells me it'll be 25 minutes for fresh wings. So i am currently waiting for my FRESH wings. This is the go-to dining place for my friends and me on Sunday nights. The food is good and the service is not quick, but it doesn't usually take too long to get our food. As college students who are already spending a decent amount of money on the food, some of us try to save some money by ordering a water instead of a soda. Unfortunately, each of us was charged $3.19 for a cup of water!! When we asked the waitress about this, she said something about water only being included between the hours of 2-5! That's outrageous and unacceptable; looks like we'll be finding a new Sunday night dinner place. read more

This is a great place to get wings and meet your friends for a drink or two after work. The only thing that would make it better would be for Lafayette to go smoke free. Worst buffalo wild wings i've ever been to. Took over an hour for food, not busy at all. Wings came back with almost no sauce on them and dry like they've been left out. We had a party of 11. The server was accommodating, but little else. Our food took almost a half an hour but as usual our food was cold. I mean my fries were cold, my burger was cold and so was my boyfriend's burger. This was my third attempt at this location usually due to friends desire to go there...never ever again. The server took all of our cards at once and as she was handing them back said she didn't know whose cards went with what check . We should have just went to Steak and Shake about the same quality and at least their food is hot. read more

sitting here grabbing some food with my kids and all i can hear is someone in the kitchen yelling the servers name to come run their food. i get making sure food is ran but literally yelling their names over and over to where the dining room full of people can hear it every 3 or 4 min is completely unnecessary and disrespectful to their servers and customers. instead of yelling their names loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear why not work on training them to make loops through the kitchen to check on their food. for years i have worked in restaurants and never talked to my staff like that!!!!!!i wont be back because of the way they treat their staff during this visit. you wont gain the respect of your staff by treating them this way. in addition watched managers walk right past tables and didn't pick up dishes from tables. let me just state our server desiree was great and attentive. read more

Used to be such a big fan of this place but I'd say in the past year it's gone downhill drastically. Went to watch a football game and as I knew it'd be it was a bit busy but it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally got a booth and our waiter was friendly but forgot things from our order, and had to keep returning to the table and apologizing. He tried so I won't dock him too much. What happened to the infamous wings, they are tasteless and hard to eat. I hate leaving bad reviews but between the service and food unfortunately I'll just go for the drinks at the bar. read more

I once had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant which prevented me from returning. However on Saturday I decided to give it another chance and I was blown away with great food and excellent service. We had an outstanding waitress named Tiffani. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality I would recommend requesting her! She made my experience one to remember and I will be returning to this restraint due to her service and the amazing meal that I had. I had the chili con queso dip for an appetizer and it was great! It was very flavorful and it came out very quickly. Then I had some of the boneless mild wings which were the prefect level of spice for me. Overall great place to dine! read more

Been coming here for years, downloaded Yelp just to leave a review. I can honestly deal with the slow service, lackluster food, and long waits. But the past 3 times we have tried to walk in, they have turned us away. The first two time we had come in an hour and a half before close and they would not seat us because there was only one server and they were "too busy". We would've waited patiently any amount of time to even to be sat, but they said for the rest of the night no more dine in. At this time there were 6 tables. Then tonight we tried a third and final time hoping to be able to even sit down, but were denied two whole hours before close because " the carpet was being cleaned later that night". I have over 100 dollars in gift cards to spend there and haven't been able to use them. But hey if you like gambling, this place is a toss up of whether or not you'll: 1. Get good food, 2. Not wait forever for that food, and 3. Even be able to walk in at all. read more
