Yesterday I stopped in the Lebanon, Ohio location on Columbus Ave. for lunch. I ordered 6 boneless wings, hot and fry's, with a water. The waitress brought me 6 bone-in wings which she attempted to correct. I received 6 chicken chunks that I literally, seriously were so hard I couldn't stick my fork in!! It's a rough time for a lot of restaurants, but it seems to have hit this one the worst. If you can get the food,, it's consistent, wings are good, and some of the burgers are legit. I've placed three orders for delivery and had three failures. They've not delivered items, not delivered at all, or screwed up the food if they do in face delivery something. I had ordered thru the app so when i got there at the requested time, the order had just been completed so kudos for that but the main reason I was completely blown away was Carter, that employee was super attentive and friendly. I think the managers should give the kid a raise. So the Doritos boneless wings were actually really tasty. I got half my order with this special edition sauce and the other half with Parmesan garlic and they were incredible as well! With being a new customer(used to go before all this app stuff?) and downloading the app I got a free appetizer to decided to use on mozzarella sticks because I could try them and save the rest for the lovely Mrs. as she lives then. They were okay but I would probably not order them again as they were a bit $pendy for what you get. I don't get all the really bad reviews? We typically order carry out from this Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is usually good. However, over the past year we have ordered takeout maybe 9 or 10 times. We have rarely had everything we ordered in the bag and would have to go back. Second, the sauces must be gold because we have never had the sauces in the bag, even when we would order extra sauce and pay for it. How hard can it be to make sure what someone ordered is in the bag before they leave? Apparently, beyond the capabilities of the staff at this location. Now when we order from here we check the bag before leaving the restaurant. Guess what. There is still either something missing or no sauces in the bag. read more

We ate at BW3 in Lebanon on a Saturday afternoon in September. Most of the experience was pure poo. Actually, the problem is the seating environment and the behavior of ignorant, rude, stupid loud mouthed locals. All of the dining room is solid bedlam of noise from multiple TVs with scratchy blaring sound so conversation is difficult. So we asked to sit outside on the patio. We actually got waited on reasonably promptly. The problem on the patio began when a very loudmouthed family was seated right next to us. The mom and dad were obviously drunk and in Lebanon white trash manner were yelling and talking loudly and making jokes about nothing. We moved to the opposite end of the patio and that helped some. Food was fine, fried pickles and wings were pretty good, everything is hella expensive but it's Biden's amurrica so what do you expect? When we left and walked by the loud family they started mocking us by saying "we hope we weren't too loud" and they were training their kids to find rudeness funny. Overall a shyte experience. Came in again after a not so great visit last time. We sat at the bar for a few minutes with out anyone to wait on us. Few wait staff eating in the corner and someone else wandering around. We decided to go up the street for Mexican when Michaila (spelling??). Came up, she was waiting on the floor also to tending the bar. Guess the other three were busy?? She made amends and did a wonderful job taking care of us. They have a new menu of burgers. My fiancée was having a visitation with her girls at Frisch's and I've decided to come here and watch the ball game.. Bengals vs Chiefs... where Dey at? It's wasn't packed and it was slow. It's football Sunday afternoon and the 1:00 game is just about to start. It's an unusually attended location, which makes watching the game and eating wings especially enjoyable. This location is usually very busy and very noisy, but this is a welcomed change. This location is very similar to the other locations in the area, but we like this one because it's sort of out of the main stream shopping areas and it's easy to get in and out. Service is always quick, pleasant and responsive. There really isn't much to say about the food. It's a chain restaurant- probably frozen meals warmed up in the microwave, but it's a great place to watch a game, have a beer and be with friends and family. Caution though, when visiting on a weekend evening or a summer night during the week when sports let out, it could be very crowded. This is a place for wings, burgers, beer and really not much of anything else. It's just another Applebees, in a sense. Of course, there are other menu items, such as pretzels, salads, wraps, ribs and more, but for the price, you could get a better meal someplace else. It's the sports aspect of the place that really keeps people going time and time again. Tip: Don't forget to try their onion rings - they are the best thing on the menu. read more

Horrible service tonight if I could give 0 stars I would! First our server took our order and that was the last we saw of her until she brought us the check. Then we were brought out food with no forks so we had to sit there and wait with our food in front of us until we finally saw a manager and told him we didn't have forks so we couldn't eat our food. He brought us forks with no apology. Then when we are done we sit and wait and the waitress finally brought us our checks. She then proceeded to mix up our credit cards even though we handed them to her right with our checks. She starts to walk away without a "good night" or anything and I quickly flag her down to let her know about the error. She then goes to fix it and brings them back correctly with out any apology. The service is very slow, on good day. The wait staff is more interested in pickup tips from an empty table than waiting on customers. The food is great as with all Buffalo Wild Wings! They are very consistent in quality. I'm updating my original review because their service has improved and become great! This is my go to bdubs now! They are always quick to greet you, take your order, and serve you. I also drink a LOT of soda (probably have a problem...) and they keep up with my refills even when busy. As with all bdubs they have good prices, great food, and fun atmosphere! No matter what sport you like it's on the tv! Also if you don't have their Blazin rewards app get it! This was not my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings, kinda dissapointed. First, the positives: I went in with my family on 1/1/15 and it was decently busy because of some game going on, but there was no wait for my family of 6. Our waitress was great, she checked to make sure drinks were filled and friendly. Those two things score major points with me. I started my order wanting to try a new beer. They had Modelo as the monthly special so I figured I would try it. BUT they were out. Waitress recommended another beer to try and it was excellent, probably my new favorite. We ordered the same thing we order any time we eat at B-Dubs. Traditional wings, medium sauce and buffalo chips. They were awful. So bad, I couldn't eat them. They were so greasy they were slippery, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Same goes for the buffalo chips. They were soggy and looked like they had been sitting a long time. I've been a huge fan of the franchise since it was BW3s. I do enjoy their food, they have a great beer selection, and it's a generally fun place to go. Except in Lebanon. It just seems every time we try to support this local establishment, they find some way to aggravate me. Whether it's a miscommunication over the bill, incorrectly prepared food, forgotten items from the kitchen, or putting the mango-habanero on the wings which were supposed to be mild. Last night, we were all tired and decided to call in an order to go. We could just pick it up on the way home and eat dinner when we walked in the door. One item: Boneless Chicken Wings. Three sauces: Honey BBQ, Mango-Habanero, and Caribbean Jerk. We arrived, our order was ready, and the manager apologized profusely for causing us to wait for him to authorize a discount. Mind you, we were only in the building for less than five minutes, and he seemed to be the only one flustered over the "long wait." We took our wings, and our mouths watered the entire way home because of the smell of fresh chicken wings in the car. We arrived home, and as we were getting ready to eat, our son asks, "Where are the rest of the wings?" You know that sinking feeling of alarm you get when you know something's wrong? That's the feeling I had as I opened the bag to see we had only half our order. I called back and heard the same manager offering the same apology, but all I heard was "C'mon back and we'll get it right this time, I promise!" So, I made the trip back out, heard the same apology from the same manager, and I drove back home to eat my cold wings. In defense of the restaurant, the manager did offer a credit, but since you can't eat a credit, I had to make the trip back. The manager could have given us the box with the original wings in it; however, he did have the kitchen refire, so at least half our order was hot and fresh.
