It tasted like they put Chili's and water together and just dropped it all over the burger. Next time I would get the hot sauce on the side. First they ran out of menus and didn't have enough to hand out to tables. We had to wait for one and then was asked if we could hand one back not to mention the ones we received had food and crayon marks all over it. Next they ran out of tall glasses for the specialty beer they had on special for the evening. So we had to wait for our drinks or our glasses were refilled. We ordered a large order of wings and the waitress said it would come with 18 wings but when they came out there was only 14. The wings were mediocre for the price. First Yelp review ever! 1 star is still too good. Being a bartender/server for many years I understand what It's like to be in the weeds and to be under staffed (they were not busy at all.) However, waiting for a hostess while they sit on their phone is more than frustrating. Not a big deal we put our name in for a seat outside. When we were finished We had to hunt him down for our check. He and several other servers were playing around at the register. As we exited we could see into the kitchen where it seemed every employee was laughing, joking, having a great time. It was our son's 16th birthday dinner and we didnt want to ruin it for him so we tried to persereve and not complain about the poor service. Our son got fed up and went to the car while we paid. Well, this is the first place to be blessed from a 1 star review from me. I been here a couple times and both times, I had bad experiences. The wings hardly have any meat on them. I wonder what kind of chickens are being raised at where they get their wings from. The 2nd time we went, there was a long entangled hair in my mom's chicken. GROSS Deep fried hair. Moreover, the service just sucks here. Unfortunately, the wait staff is hard to get a hold of, they don't ask half way through your meal if everything is ok, they don't check from a distance if I need a refill, and when they got my mom's order wrong, the server was trying to make an excuse. When we asked for our check, it took 20+ minutes for the server to bring it to us, come back to us to pick up the c/c then bring it back to us - on top of that, it wasn't even busy during lunch time. The training for the servers here is the worst I've ever seen from a chain restaurant. If they want to look "loose" or "laid back" that's fine, but do the job right. If they want to give off that type of vibe and do their jobs right, maybe they should go get some customer service lessons from Hooters.
