This store is fairly new and I've never been there before. I ordered online and asked to pick it up at 5 o'clock. When I got there it wasn't quite ready yet but the two ladies running the pick up register were super helpful and very kind. They answered all of my questions and help me sign up for the new Blazing Rewards and they had the general air of knowing what they were doing. I ordered the sampler; it was a lot of food for the price I paid and it was piping hot when I got it. I super appreciate how fast efficient they were and I can't wait to go back. read more

I was there on a busy night. It was packed. The staff never stopped moving and the Managers were busing tables and making it happen. The food is bar food but was hot and served timely. Our server who was slammed made sure we got our drinks and at one point yelled to a Manager we needed refills and the manager (Sarah) went straight to the bar got the beers for the table and walked them over herself. BW's is a sports pub and while I don't prefer chains Middletown has got it going on. read more

Went with my family just after lunch hour. We walked in and were seated promptly, however; after we were seated we waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. We were approached by a server who asked if we had been helped yet (our table was not in her section). There were 3 employees discussing (Server "B") in front of us; not knowing where she was and they seemed to debate who would actually take our table. Server took our drink order and got them wrong. She then took our food order, and after we received the order we realized almost nothing was correct. My Husband ordered a basic cheeseburger with everything except tomato and the condiments weren't correct. He said his fries tasted cold and stale. I ordered grilled chicken tortillas which came with tortilla chips and salsa (I received no salsa...server blew us off when we mentioned we didn't get it). Only after asking for a manager did the server start to bring basket fries and salsa. Once we asked for the manager, manager was despondent and made us feel like the bad service was our fault. The owner came out as we were getting ready to pay and was nice, saying we did not have to pay. We live in Franklin and will start going to the Bdubs in Springboro. We think the wings sit too long and the fries sit too long in order to meet 12 minute timelines in Middletown. The middle manager tried to convince us that they meet a standard. Got it, but that standard should also combine great service, fresh food, and being attentive to the customer. The middle manager has no people skills, but it's expected: she seems to want to buddy up and placate the servers. read more

Freezing freezing freezing in there! I said something to the staff and they said "we have 2 settings, very hot and very cold". I had 2 young children clinging to me to stay warm and wanted to finish their lunch at home. We will be back because we had good hot food and service was good also. Very slow night, maybe 1/4 of the bar area had guests and no other seat in the restaurant was filled. I have been to many locations, and never have I had service as poor as I had tonight. My buddy and I waited over 10 minutes for our drink order, which took another 10 minutes to get to us. We then ordered appetizers and entrées. Two different orders were brought to our table, neither of which was what we had ordered. The third time around they got our food right, but brought it out before our appetizers. By the time out appetizers had been given to us, they were cold. We watched as the bartender ate behind the bar, severs we standing around talking to each other, and others were sitting in empty booths on their phones. It took my friend and I about 15 minutes to get our check after the waitress said she would get it, and then at least 10 more before she came around to get our payment. It was needless to say, a very disappointing experience especially since this location is much more upscale and just opened up on October 24th. Gabriele was the absolute worst server ever. An hour after ordering an appetizer it still hadn't arrived. She offered multiple excuses. Took 20 minutes for our son to receive milk. To start with, our server took close to 6-7 minutes. Then to the drinks. .... server was not educated about beer sales. And some drinks they have not received yet but have added to their drink menu. Then my wife had gotten a mix drink. Midori and pineapple. 8$ for the Midori and 2$ for a can of pineapple. And it was only a pint glass. Then to the meal. Burgers were very over cooked. Appetizer was the best part. While all this was going on server was very annoyed by our questions and when she made some attempt to see how things were she was very cocky with her hand jesters. Most of the time spent there i had to ask other employees for sauces and drink refills. Our server was mostly no where to be found. All food was also brought out by other servers. Our courses were halfway gone by the time she had come up to ask if everything goes was ok. So to conclude this reveiw. I was there for happy hour with some coworkers. And either the bartender or server had brought their 3 or 4 year child to work... Well the child got up on the bar, and was crawling on the bar barefoot. No one ever wiped off the bar after the child was crawling on the bar with her bare feet. I've been to BDubs before so I knew what to expect food-wise. With it being relatively new I didn't know what to expect service wise but my server was awesome! Her name was something like Sequoya (please forgive me for butchering the spelling) and she was so awesome! She was so sweet and very attentive and got me my food very quick.
