Went in for dinner as a family of five. Our server was great. Everything else was NOT great. I immediately had reservations when the vestibule was a mess. The floor mats were folded up on top of the benches, there was trash lying around and (no kidding) a random pair of shorts. Against my better judgement, we stayed. They brought out our five entrees in about three different shifts. One of the wraps was completely wrong and had to be remade. I ordered naked tenders and the server advised they had "messed up" (how do you mess up naked tenders???) and it would be ten more minutes (by now, I'm the only one without food). 20 minutes later, my food came out. They were hot but also WAY over salted. The brisket tacos were drowning in BBQ sauce. Our server was super apologetic and said the kitchen is really slow and when we asked what the manager thinks, she said the manager is never there. There were a number of servers and runners in our area and they all seemed to be trying, but the kitchen and management may need a reboot. I have been hearing bad stories from others about this place and from reading yelp reviewers. I must admit that out of all the times I have been here my service has always been great, attentive, and food was good as it usually is. We have not yet had a bad experience here. So based on our current experience: 1) Food was good. Wings tasted as we expected them to. 2) They were busy that day but the food came out within an acceptable amount of time. 3) Waitress was attentive and friendly. Today is Mother's Day, my mom must be avenged. They somehow managed to serve her seasoning as a side dish. Also the burrito's tortilla was stale, the fries were 100% reheated. We have eaten here before but did not have wings. Food wasn't memorable and we haven't returned in a few years. Last week we ordered wings for delivery and were totally disappointed. Wings were dry and tough. We ordered celery and didn't receive it. Yesterday we decided to try the wings, this time at the restaurant hoping they would be fresher Our server, Kylie, was excellent. She brought 4 samples of wing sauce. We decided on what we wanted and our order arrived soon after. The wings were inconsistent. Some were warm and some were cold, dry and flavorless. None were hot. It was evident they were not "cooked" to order. We didn't complain but I did ask if the wings are "pre-cooked" as they tasted over done. She explained how they were prepared and I wasn't surprised. James the waiter came by and brought drinks and then....nothing. I watched as he served the same table three times- bringing one drink at a time to the same table then going to the next table and doing the same thing. Hey James buy a damn serving tray. It will save you taking 15 minutes going back and forth carrying one drink at a time from the bar. It took him literally 15 minutes to ring up an order for 2 people. For one, the service here is very unfriendly, and the takeout service is even worse. After ordering a simple meal of wings, along with some other goods, it arrived completely wrong, the fries were unseasoned, and the orders were completely incorrect. Service like this has happened to both me and friends, family etc. This happens more often than not, and it shows your stores true value towards your customers. They've completely remodeled this location, what an improvement. Everything is lightened up (yay!), and they've enclosed the patio. Service this time was pretty good, they weren't that busy, but sometimes that doesn't make much difference... compared to some of our recent experiences, this was great, therefore four stars. read more

This location is absolutely horrible from the host to the manager. I ordered wings and fries through their website and it was outsourced to door dash. Upon calling because my fries were missing along with my ranch and I was in a round about way told we don't care that we messed up your order and there's nothing we can do or are even willing to do to make it right. The girl on the phone gave me an attitude because I said I'd like them to contact door dash and send us our fries and ranch. We ordered through them because we had been drinking and we would rather be responsible and not drive. Now my girlfriend's daughter is going to bed hungry and all she wanted was fries. This place says they close at 12 :00 we walked in at 10:50 and 2 young ladies stopped us at the door and said that they where closed. I don't understand why hours say close time of today Thursday is at 12:00am if they stop customers at the door saying they "don't make food after 11:00" So BÚFALO WILD WINGS PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TIME if you won't be letting customers come in after "11:00 because your people in the kitchen don't want to cook after that time" I just wanted to enjoy a good time with a family member that is in the army and is leaving to Alaska this weekend. Poor management - new GM Peter Holley who is on a power trip should be fired and does not belong in management. As long as he is here this place will only suffer. Serving raw chicken, employees are missing tips that can not be recovered for some unknown reason for weeks..., treats his employees, especially those who are minors and female unfairly and talks to them very unprofessionally. Putting his teenage employees in unsafe work environments. As a parent of one of the minors who did work here with only one interaction with Peter, I knew I would not have her working for someone like this period. He refused to give any contact information to his boss. I will not recommend this establishment or trust what is served from here as long as he is running this store. Love the new remodel they have done on this location. It's you standard buffalo wild wing food but loving the new decor and they have added seating and raised the he divider between the regular seating and the bar seating. I think they even increased the number of tvs. The best thing they did was create a separate entrance for the to go orders. This makes for a much better and pleasant experience. I used to have to navigate around a ton of people just to get my food this system is a big improvement. read more

We came on football Sunday and were told there was a 40 minute wait. We found a table by the bar where there were at least 2 bartenders working. We were ignored for 30 minutes after having both bartenders walking by us along with other servers and employees. I got up to get my own menus. A server came by us and asked if we had been helped and said he would get us drinks but that he wasn't old enough to serve on the bar side. He found a way to ring in our food and drinks but then the bartenders took the table from him and transferred us back to them even though they ignored us and didn't serve us at all. We were still given very bad service from the bartenders. The server, Grafton was continuously checking on us even after we were taken away from being his table. He was amazing. Our check said Jeremy on the top and we have no clue who Jeremy is because he didn't come by our table one time. We understand the restaurant was busy but we were completely ignored without a manger in sight for us to even ask for help. We also had a newborn baby with us and spent an extra hour in the restaurant either being ignored or waiting to be closed out which isn't very ideal with a baby. This place has gotten so bad. I walked in to pick up takeout for family. I ordered one beer in bar area while waiting on my order. I spoke to the lady running the bar to place my order. Waited about 30 minutes for my order. A different lady brought my food out and left the tab on table. Fortunately I reviewed the receipt. They charge me for several drinks I did not order. I brought it to the attention of the second waitress. She states she didn't know who or why I was charged for the drinks. I only interacted with two people in the same area. *Note: my visit was before the C-19 restrictions. I had this in drafts, and forgot about it.* Being originally from Columbus, OH I guess been to the original restaurant long ago in the late 90's. Due to the closeness of the station, our private ambulance/EMS crews ate there a lot. They even gave us 50% off on duty, and 25% off other times. The family liked it too. I do recall some of the patrons calling it "Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck". I'll explain that at the end. But, times change; I now live in Midlothian, VA retired from EMS after 31 years. We haven't been to a BWW in years, so we used a gift card that was left over from Christmas. Though the decor was "sterile" looking, the restaurant was rather dirty. Especially for a weekend meal, with the restrooms needing a bit of attention. Both my wife's and I had very over cooked/dry wings. With the patronage load being quite low the server was slow and had enough facial piercings to set off metal detectors clear out at Richmond International- but he was quite pleasant and articulate. I'm sorry y'all, but our visit was not impressive. I don't know what has transpired in the last few years, but the food and surroundings need some spiffing up to say the least. Oh, the "Weck" that I mentioned above. I was told back in my Columbus Paramedic days that it was a beef sandwich with the bun soaked with au jus. I had one of these later in NY state. Our Paranormal Investigation team was doing a haunted dry docked US Navy ship, and the restaurant we ate at served them. After trying it, all I can say is "You need this BACK on your menu, BWW!". I ordered some wings and fries via Door Dash. The order was delivered but was missing the fries which I confirmed were on the receipt attached to the bag. I called the restaurant and advised something was missing and as soon as they heard it was through Door Dash they said there was nothing they could do. Could not send out the missing item or refund me my money. The person said they personally reviewed the order and everything was in the bag. I asked for a manager and the next person also refused to help and hung up on me. I called back again placed on hold and no one returned. So I called from a different number and got right through. Spoke with Tiffany who apparently from what she said answers to no one at the store. She said she's not the owner they live in FL. But she answers to no one. Her words. She also blamed Door Dash and said they need to make it right. She was rude and just as the others at the restaurant deflected blame to Door Dash. I won't ever order from this location ever again and I will research who the owners are so I can pass this information along. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. I come here a lot with my hubby for late night eats, and we always enjoy ourselves. We usually get good service as well, but we especially love Keith. He knows his regulars, and takes great care of them. Never have any complaints when he is our server or bartender. We love the wings here, and we also love the queso dip. This is definitely the worst run BWW I've ever been to and it's one of the worst run restaurants in the Midlothian area. None of the employees look or act like they want to be there and the service is slow even when they aren't crowded. One thing that really bothers me is that they are ALWAYS out of what's on special. This is especially true for the beer specials. Every time I've gone in there since COVID restrictions have lifted they've been out of whatever beer special is advertised and offer no alternative. While the COVID excuse worked for a while,other BWWs in the area do not seem to have the same issue. Speaking of specials, seems to never have any idea about current specials and couldn't care less.
