Unfortunately, though, it came out lukewarm temperature at best. It must have been sitting out for quite some time before it even got to our table. And the sauce, though flavorful, was extremely thin and watery. My fiancé got the ribs and shared some with me, and while we both enjoyed them, I found them to also be lukewarm, borderline cold. I can't help but wonder if our food had been prepped too quickly and ended up sitting for too long, so they had to make the call to serve it despite the other half of our table not receiving their food at the same time. The first few dishes did come out rather fast. I think this just points to a KOT issue- whoever the Expeditor is may need to revisit their process! Normal kinks of any newish restaurant! Overall, my experience was just fine. The food was good, our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurant itself was clean and well designed. I think they have some kinks to work through, but I look forward to seeing them flourish in the years to come once they figure some stuff out.
