The place wasn't too packed so we expected decent service. Boy were we let down! Our server eventually got to our table to take our drink and appetizer orders. We were watching the football game and going over the menu. The appetizers arrived in a timely fashion and was great. We ordered traditional wings as well as boneless. Our server utterly failed to refill our drinks and the wings took quite a long time. We flagged down the supervisor and pointed out our order was taking an unusually long time and our drinks needed refills. Only then did our server make an appearance. And after and hour of being here, they finally took our food order then it took another hour to come to our table and it was COLD! Poor service. I wish I could give this place 5 stars; but it's not quite there. First off: I truly wish you could get those beer glasses at other bars (do they sell these for home use?); the innovative laser etching at the bottom uses a patented design to keep creating bubbles in the beer, which means: it will never go flat. On the (fairly) rare occasions when I do decide I want a beer, I really appreciate the big tall glass and the laser etching that keeps my beer from going flat (and lets face it if you have enough to drink even watching the bubbles form on the bottom and stream up can be entertaining...) As for the wings: honey barbecue (for me) rules them all. I've tasted every wing flavor on the menu and I still end up coming back to the honey barbecue. The other flavors range from good to horrible. I strongly suggest finding out which night is "all you can eat wing night", going with a friend (or three) and than sampling your way through every flavor until you find the ones you like for yourself HUGE NOTE: the boneless wings are truly disgusting. Way over breaded, completely overpowers the chicken and the breading texture is gross. On top of that, even though the sauce flavor options are the same, they end up tasting different (worse) on the boneless because the breading absorbs far too much of it to be enjoyable. Stick with traditional bone-in wings. Different nights have different specials, you'll want to go on the traditional wing night, not the boneless wing night. Beyond the wings and the beer the other menu options are hit and miss. I've had some pretty good burgers here but the wraps were kind of meh. Other things were good but over priced. Ambiance and servers: Well, it's a chain sports bar, you either don't mind chain sports bars or you don't come here. The servers are hit and miss, some seem to genuinely care and give good service, others barely show up or engage at all. Overall I have very mixed feelings over the place, I've had some memorable moments here (the honey barbecue wings and the never flat beer, and some pretty decent burgers), on the other hand those boneless wings are some of the worst I've ever had and some of the menu prices make me question the sanity of whoever wrote it. I'm at a point now where I only go here if I'm really craving the honey barbecue wings and a beer; and if we manage to come on the all you can eat wing night I'll pick at a few other flavors for variety. I just can't justify the price for most of the other menu items. read more

I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings in general. The service is prompt and professional. The food is amazing! They have many televisions set up in multiple locations, so you can watch different games at once. Also they set them up to have some of the same channel so you don't miss out on your game no matter where you sit. I give this place four stars because the music is a bit too loud, and I end leaving with my ears ringing. Besides that they're are awesome! After five minutes standing at the front, a server asked how many in our party then acted like she was trying to find us a table when she just left and went about her business. The hostess finally comes up after several more minutes and finally seats us. We sit for 10 more minutes before the server finally comes over to greet us. We place our drink and food order all together, then waited another 10 minutes before we received our drinks. We ordered the fried pickles and they were actually really good and came out hot. After waiting quite a while for our main meal to come, fries were cold, mac and cheese was cold, and wings were so dry. We had to keep tracking down our server for refills. We have eaten at the Williston and Dickinson Buffalo Wild Wings and service has been terrible there, we were hoping minot would be different but it clearly is not. read more

Well. Here we are are again. I have to be a little forgiving coming from Vegas where there is about 100 of these places. Let's start with the bar. Well I've been in three separate times and 2 of the three bartenders were good. Very nice. Even with the biggest scumbag farm boys you can think of making passes at them constantly like they were in a contest of sorts. I will say that a lot of these women that work there can probably keep it down a couple notches on comments about the customers they are waiting on. It's pretty rude considering what they are complaining about isn't that big a deal. The Is very BWW. Nothing special. It's pretty consistent city to city. Don't go here. This deserves negative stars. My fiance and I rarely go here but we thought we'd give it a try. We went on a Saturday night at 5:30 before the dinner rush. We both ordered breaded chicken tenders and the waitress warned us that the cooks would have to take 5 minutes to bread each chicken strip and then 7 minutes to cook each order. We thought that was strange but went along with it. 40 minutes later still no food. I ventured off to the bathroom and two waitresses were hanging out doing their hair, putting on makeup, and dancing. By the time I came back from the filthy bathroom we received 1 order of what we ordered. The waitress explained that the cook was working on the other order so she thought we could have some of our food so it wouldn't get cold. 30 minutes later we received the other order. So they can only cook 5 tenders at a time?! And this was when the place was empty. So if you want to wait hours for chicken tenders that you could cook yourself in 10 minutes head to this place. People that had sat down well after us had come and gone by the time we did get our food, half of which was cold and hard as if it had been sitting in the window all day. We received absolutely no apology or explanation whatsoever and then received a bill for nearly $80 for 2 adults and 2 children for food that was inedible. This place is not good for kids as entertainment was oriented for young adults. There were several monitors to watch sports. There was no audio coming from the monitors. Instead intensely loud music came from speakers. The place was not clean and was covered up by a dark atmosphere. The waitress was scantly clad and was looking for tips based on a body as opposed to service. We saw the waitress few times. The only entertainment was the waitress. She did not get an extra tip for her lack of clothing. I think she deserved what the restaurant got for the bad food. At least she tried. That is more than what the resaurant provided with the poor greasy food. My wife and I wanted something that was good for you. This is not easy in this restaurant. Most things are deep fat fried. No vegetables are served in this restaurant. We did ask if there is low cholesterol items on the menu. She said there was nothing. We ordered some chicken thing and it talked back to us for a couple of days. I would recommend this restaurant for someone who does not care for their health. The carbs and cholesterol values are very high. I give this place a 2 as it is in Minot. In other communities, I would give it a 1 anywhere else. Lets get some good food there. read more

The last 2 experiences I had were the ones that set me off. First, I show up on a fight night and my server literally only comes to our table like once, plus my ONE beer took at least 30 minutes. I worked at buffalo wild wings. While I was there I had witnessed the clearly divided line of the "favorites" and the rest of us. If we weren't skinny and hot, we didn't get to work in the bar, and we got treated like crap. We would work 9-10 hours with no breaks, and weren't allowed to eat anything until off the clock, but the managers and their "favorites" I would see in the back eating. I called the owner and complained about the way the managers treated us. She said she had multiple girls call and complain about the managers and their attitudes towards them, and she said she would talk to them them next day, and the next day I was fired. I had never been written up, I had never had customers complain. In fact people told me everyday I was a good server and was very friendly and they would request me by name the next time they came in. The managers had never said anything to me about my work. In fact 2 hours before the GM said I was doing a good job helping out, because one girl forgot to greet a table and they complained and I took it for her and took care of them. 2 hours later I was fired. the GM said it was a team decision and he really liked me and understood, that when I complained about being stuck there doing side work for 3 hours, getting paid $4 an hour, and the other girls left without doing it. But he had to make the decision as a team. I want to sue them for discrimination, not getting our breaks. Making us work for hours on side work only getting paid $4 an hour. Then when I spoke up, I got fired. I would never go here. I would never recommend working here. read more

Is it a qualification to be a terrible sever to work at Buffalo Wild Wings? The only reason they're receiving two stars is because my food was decent. However my husband's wings were cold and we ordered the nachos with no jalapeños or chicken and our nachos were served with both. We weren't charged for the chicken (thankfully since we didn't order it) and we also weren't charged for one of our drinks. Lastly I ordered more water and received sprite and our dirty appetizer dishes were left the entire time we had our dinner. I think at this point BWW is just no longer a place I'll dine. read more
