After leaving the ND State fair our 5 grandkids & my husband had dinner there. Place was busy but one young waiter did an excellent job of taking care of us. Yes we had to wait for 45 minutes but well worth it. He came back to our table many times to see if we needed anything more & to apologize for longer wait! Went in to watch my yearly football game. Lots of screens, personally would've liked some larger screens with less distractions. Bartender was a bit overwhelmed, and it took quite a while to get a drink and my food order . Asked for a plain iced tea and got sweet tea. The food was About what I expected. Pickle chips were pretty good with enough for probably three or four people. The buffalo chicken sandwich was extremely dry and overcooked, the onion rings, which you would think would be a staple, were as well way overcooked. Bartenders changed and was replaced by a guy who was really rude and took off the college game that the room was watching and copped an attitude when several people asked to have it changed it back. Ended up on two small screens. He never offered to refill my tea and basically ignored me. I won't be back. read more

Awesome! I totally recommend the food. The chicken and appetizers are delicious! The waitress was kind and friendly. I will be going in there, and the arcade was a fun little thing for the kids. The mood in there was jolly and fun. In Wings and Rings the noise level was not to quiet and not to loud; the noise level was perfect. I enjoyed it, my husband, and kids did. I was charged three times on my credit card and talked to a supposedly manager twice and told I would be refunded for the error and has yet to happen. Moving forward with bank dispute now. This place is good if you want to eat and watch the game, but it's not especially chat friendly. Between the music and the main game playing it can get very loud. Bar is well stocked and lots of nonalcoholic options as well. Food is good, but service can be slow. read more

The place wasn't bad and the food was good but SERVICE!!! They literally had one server who I'm assuming she hated her job because she seemed irritated. If you want to feel unwelcome then I would say go here and ask for the server Emma. I don't know how you have a pretty decent size crowd in the restaurant and ONE server and a rude server to boot. First time here. We ordered 20 traditional wings, chips & salsa, and onion rings. I mean, when eating at a place called wings & rings, why not order the wings and rings?? The chips & salsa came out first. It's described as "fire roasted" which to me means flavorful. That it was not. Neither was this nowhere in the realm of spicy. I understand we're in a predominantly Caucasian area, but how can salsa be so damn mild? Calling it mild makes actual mild seem like it's habanero hot. It was essentially fire roasted tomato dip. The wings were a whole process to order. You choose what kind of wings you want (traditional, boneless or vegan cauliflower), then you choose the count. From there, you pick sauces. After that, you choose spice level. We chose mild for sweet BBQ, mild mild, hot original (tasted like black pepper) and very hot peach habanero. Allllllll of the spice levels were at least two or three notches lower than what we had assumed. Again, this could be because of the area we are in. The rings were okay. I like this place more than any other wing places. For one -- the wings are bigger. For two - you can get the wings grilled :). Thirdly, the garlic sauce and barbecue flavors are the BEST. Also -- the beer list is good and they offer local North Dakota beers which is always a plus. I have never had to wait for a long time here and only once has the waitress messed up my order but they are always EXTREMELY nice and cheerful. Sat at the bar where they were diligent in assuring that we were 21. The drinks were refilled promptly and the food was good. My lemon pepper boneless wings weren't what I expected but they were good regardless. They had a bit of a buffalo sauce on them instead of the dry rubs you may expect. Staff is super friendly and eager to please. I asked for Traditional Bone In Wings Grilled, as that is an option on the menu only to have the server tell us that ALL the wings are PRE COOKED at the beginning of each day and then REHEATED when served so I couldn't order them grilled. What a shame! And also...gross! Grilled wings would have been AMAZING! I still ordered wings even after finding out they are PRE COOKED. I got 10 wings, half Rajun' Cajun and half Buffalo. I have to say the Rajun Cajun sauce is AWESOME! The Buffalo Sauce is your standard Buffalo Sauce, nothing special. However, despite the awesomeness of the sauce, these were the SMALLEST Wings I've ever seen!! Add that to the fact they are PRE COOKED and...well...I won't be back. What a shame! The sauce was so good! The Husband and my son ordered the Boneless BBQ Wings and said they were good. They appeared to be a fair size. We also ordered appetizers. Potato Skins, which were good but like the wings, really small. The Spinach Dip was cold. So cold in fact the cheese on top was already hardened into a sheet of cheese atop the dip. It was served with some strange BBQ Pita Chips. What a strange combination!! However, the server promptly offered plain pita chips or tortilla chips. Unfortunately, we won't be back. He practically threw our silverware at us and was asked to "make his job easier" by all ordering the same drink. We also asked if we could get a free dessert because one of our party member's had her birthday.
