Wings are decent, not the best. If you want to watch sports be prepared for a headache, this is by far the worst managed tv setup I have ever seen. They have no designated tvs for each game on Sunday our Saturday. Be prepared to have your channel changed multiple times in the middle of the game. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Got my order wrong and instead of them apologizing after I already paid they decided to over charge me $2 for there mess up. Came out finally after 45 minutes for a large traditional fried and pickles. No sauce at all no celery nothing. I asked for a bigger thing of ranch to be able to dip my traditional wings in since the little cups it's impossible they said sure we'll get you ranch since oh I'm pretty sure it comes with. They put it in the bag didn't show me I trusted them got home and got nothing but a couple small things of ranch. Will not be going back at all my family doesn't need B-Dubs that bad. Not the best BWW location I've been to, but it was good and comparable to the rest. I hate the projectors - I wish they would stop doing that. We went during the day to watch basketball and could hardly see the projector screen because the sun was out. Stupid! But other than that the service was great and the wings are always the same, which is what we are looking for at chains like these. read more

Just the normal fare for this chain restaurant and a great place to meet up with friends. All the servers seemed to be apathetic at best. If they don't enjoy their job then quit, but at least pretend to like it and be amiable to customers. The manager, however, is very personable and genuine. This is the first time I'm visiting this location and it didn't leave anything to be desired. For the first time in my life, I had to wait for over 40 mins for wings at BDub. And the place wasn't anywhere near busy. There was about less than 10 tables occupied by visiting patrons. I have to park in Walmart parking lot cause idiots park in the 15 min pick up spots cause they are to lazy to walk. this is my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and I didn't know what to expect except just to have some good wings. The place was crowded and the waitress told us straight up that is going to take a while for our food but our food came out pretty early. However, they gave us the wrong food. I had asked for boneless wings and traditional wings but they gave me chicken tenders? I didn't know what to expect except my dad had pointed out that that wasn't my order, but I had already started eating so I didn't ask for my original one. The food at these is usually the same so always 3 stars there. Service is what separates them. Went there and ordered to go, and was told about 20 minute wait. Also, no it was not busy at this time unless you consider them trying to clean up and go home 2 hours before they close busy. My family and I have been to the BUffalo Wild Wings multiple times now. The service is always outstanding at this location. The staff is so nice to me and especially courteous and considerate of my children. Multiple of the servers on staff came up and spoke with my young boys throughout the meals, which helped to keep them occupied! My children love the wings just plain and I get a variety of flavors (all very good! My favorite is the Asian Zing.) This place is very kid friendly. They have tablets you can give your children to keep them occupied so that the adults can enjoy a little bit of conversation with friends and even some sports. :-) I highly recommend you take your family here! read more

Worst service in minot. Stood at the front door for 10 mins while staff after staff just walked by. Main dining area was almost completely empty, so staff had not reason to ignore me and my gf. Great food! The waitress we had was not so great. she seemed bothered by our group which included 3 children. She didn't bring everything we had ordered until reminded, dropped all the silverware in front of the 1 year old, and forgot to give our debit card back. I come to this location alot but this last time I went left me with no desire to go back. This is the first time I have been since Bdubbs got their makeover. Personally, I think they made it too bright. I liked the ambiance before with the dimness. Ok, so first the greeter ignored us for two minutes just shuffling stuff around and they weren't busy at all. Then she said hi and asked us a if we would like a booth or table but before I could I say she told me to hold on then wrote on that lil board with the seating forever when there was clearly many places to be seated! So, after a minute of that nonsense, she looked up and then proceeded to seat us. Fast forward...we got our food, the wings barely had sauce on them and we ordered this special appetizer with potato slices (its like a potato nacho platter.) They put way too much seasoning on it! It was actually inedible that's how salty it was. I told the waitress she asked if I would like another and I said no thank you but she still charged me. That was not good service for only eating or trying one chip from that platter. I'll try Wings and Rings now (I've never been since I was a loyal Bdubbs customer), after working a long hard day, I deserve and expect at least decent service...so I'll go where I can get that. read more

This was the place for me to watch football and enjoy wings and beer every Sundays. Call-in service as a whole was good whenever I ordered something to go. I craved the Asian Zing and Mango Habanero Wings. I moved out of Minot and back to San Diego last Fall and am surprised that San Diego doesn't have a B-dubs. The closest one to me is 73 miles away. Typical BWW menu and the wings are great. Service is so, so and it was a little dirty on my last visit. The BWW has to have the worst acoustics of any restaurant I have been in. Fine for watching a game and having a few, but not pleasant for just having a meal. read more

Just in town for a couple days for work. The service was great, attentive with out being a pain, the service deserves 5 stars. The boneless wings are horrible, they are flavored rocks. I ordered the "snack" 7 boneless wings. 4 of the were all breading and had no meat inside at all. Please order anything else, your dentist will thank you. read more
