My review a few years ago deserves an update. Due to lack of viable options in MHC that we weren't tired of, we decided to give B dubs a shot again. I must say we were quite surprised. Gone is the puke and mold smelling carpet replaced by concrete which cant absorb the traffic of people spilling stuff on it. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Wow! BWW was always a place to go for really good food til and of course, good wings. What we got out of this location on vw was pure disappointment. Not sure if these were chicken wings or Cornish hens. They were the tiniest wings I've ever seen! And after we realized they were wings, we couldn't decipher if they were chicken or Styrofoam! THE MOST dry, overcooked wings I've ever had! Nothing, seriously, nothing was satisfactory! What has happened to this brand of consistency? Maybe it's this location. I certainly hope for BWW that this is the isolated case and maybe will change rather than the overall brand that has failed. After spending $90+ on a meal that consisted of three orders of 10 piece wings, onion rings and wings, nothing, really, nothing was satisfactory! We contacted the manager and it was met with blatant disconcern and no followup reparation to remedy the situation. I can only hope that maybe, perhaps, they read this and realize that their 2 star reviews for this location is something that is concerning enough to their brand to address why this is and improve upon it. Over the course of the last 3 weeks or so Sundays have gone down hill. Not the servers or bar tenders. But managments fault. From taking the papers down on the TVs that allowed patrons to see what games were going to be on what that. To extending wait times to get a table or seat at open bar or table due to kitchen back ups. Hire more staff.....this isnt a new thing. It's lunch time on a Sunday. Come in for some beer, wings, pub fare, and to watch the game with fellow fans. BWW is known for its wings. I'm one of those that like clean hands after a meal. I like wings, but I'm not a fan of sticky fingers. I normally get their boneless wings. They are akin to mini tenders. They aren't great. The onion rings weren't crispy; they were wet. I did like their black pepper-seasoned fries, their fried pickles, and the variety of sauces. Next time, I will get regular wings. This location had one local beer. I will start by saying the lady we had was very nice! Upon walking in, the place had a sour smell to it but I couldn't put my finger on as to what it was. The floor was sticky as well and I have to question if the rest of the place was also very dirty. I only stayed because of my friends. In most experiences here it takes forever to have things done with one visit taking 3 hours from coming in to receiving the check and having to wait 45 minutes and multiple times asking to get the check. We walked in and there were only 2 people sitting at one table and the waitress only gave us one menu. I asked can we have another menu she stated we only give one when it's busy. Well the service got worse from there, I had to ask for plates for our appetizer and were not given any utensils. My friend had a burger, from across the table I could see several streams of grease dripping fast. The grease from that burger caused a puddle in the beat up pan we were served our food on. This has to be the worst BW3 ever. We arrived at 1250 onSunday to watch a game with a bite and a brew. There were 5 couples waiting when we walked in. The hostess said it'd be a 10 minute wait . After five minutes I went to the bathroom and noticed 4 tables and a booth that were empty and clean. I asked the hostess why she couldn't seat the people waiting at those tables. She replied that the kitchen was backed up. I said fine just seat us and we'll order a drink while waiting. No that wasn't possible she replied. Why not I inquired, just following orders she replied. We waited another five minutes with none of the waiting parties being seated so we left and found a place has a better concept of business sense and customer satisfaction.
