I'm not sure this place is even worth 1 star. Have been there a few times and have always had problems. Our party of 8 waited for 25 minutes or so for 3 of us to get food, with cold fries, waited another 10 or 15 minutes for 3 more orders to come out, then another 5 minutes for the rest of our party's food. Boneless wings tasted like chicken nuggets and service was not good, If our server said honey or hon one more time my head would've burst and she was so fake! They charge for hot sauce, WHAT?? Never heard of that before, minimal charge but it's the principle and bad business especially when there was barely any sauce on them in the first place. While the food was what I expected from other BDubs, the waitstaff was great. The manager, on the other hand, needs to really calm down and stop berating their employees. While I understand that St Patty's Day can be somewhat hectic, there should be no reason why, what I am assuming is the manager, berate his employees...especially in front of customers. That argument then leaked into the doorway/parking lot where there was more berating and cursing. Needless to say, it was really unprofessional and really shines a horrible light on the way these young employees are treated. Unless there is a culture change in that establishment, I am going to recommend to everyone I know not to dine there. read more

The restaurant itself it's the most modern one with the best Tv screens, the down fall is they never play any irrelevant games on. You always have to ask to play a game on, they never play the commentary, they prefer the music, even if the USA is playing they are choosing music over the game. They got our order wrong not once, but twice. Forgot my daughters drink, no silverware or napkins with our $75 worth of takeout. They put queso on my wedges instead of shredded Colby Jack, which was specified... when they remade them it took about 15 minutes and they came out with queso yet again! I could not wait any longer for yet another remake. Didn't offer any condolences, or a credit for the next visit. They didn't seem to care at all. I ordered 10 wings all flaps and received 1/2 legs. The wings were luke warm with some being cold. Once again the wings were really small. There's no consistency at this place. One time you come in and the wings are good size another time they are extremely small. Sometimes the servers are fast other times you have to wait 20 minutes to get helped. We walked out one day because the service was horrible. Like I said before there is no consistency in this place with the food or the staff. I love the Huge Big screen TV's and patrons. However, I didn't appreciate the service I received from the bartender. Ticket said "Sam Malone" Either that's a joke or it's funny. Get it, Sam Malone "Cheers TV Show". First of all I waited for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged I was there. Then, I waited another 10 minutes before he took my order. This is the best part. When I finished eating I told him I was ready to cash out and he said ok. However he never came back to my side of the bar. The wife and I went for a late lunch. She got the burger and I got cobb salad and both were terrible. She said the patties had several bits of bone or hard gristle in them. The onion rings had very heavy breading and very little onion as well as being overcooked and hard. The cobb salad had lots of shredded chicken that was tasteless. The lettuce had lots of dark green bitter pieces mixed in. I had asked for blue cheese dressing and it was the worst tasting stuff i've ever had, ate 4 bites and left the rest. The waiter asked if we want to go boxes and we said no that the food was terrible. He didn't say anything and proceeded to bring us the check for the full amount. First impressions were how there was silverware and food throughout the restaurant, and not one of the staff included busser cleaned it. Ordered the fried pickles and there was seriously the smallest amount for 8$. Received my bone in chicken, and it was extremely over cooked and hard. The suave was only under it on the plate. The ranch was bright white with no hint of ranch. This all was so disappointing because as a life long local, I was so excited to finally have one here! Maybe it's me...sit down order wrong...take out order wrong. 6 items total order in a take out order...3 missing. I don't know what else to do. They literally write down or print out the order. Food is good but I never get what I order. This place is struggling. Recommend you order one item. Also if you dine in for lunch and get a lunch combo that includes a drink you will still get charged 3.50 for a drink. I got the same thing at lunch 3 times and all 3 times have been different. 17 dollars one time 23 the next and 19. 25 May 23 at around 8pm I might have had the worst meal of my life! Started with the waitress talking to her friends for 10 mins rather than taking our order, she finally comes back and takes our order, we ordered the nachos which had almost no cheese on them! I had the double cheeseburger and fries! 20 minutes later my meal arrives, the fries were cold, old and wrinkled, def been just sitting around the burger was flavorless and cold. i've been to the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Navarre, FL. Today, Hannah was my waitress and she made me and my friend very comfortable by the way she did things, and how she talked to us. She was very courteous and respectful towards us. She knew the menu well and made some suggestions. she gave us time to look and came back and took our order. Great TVs. That's it. Had to ask for a cleaning and wipe down of previous customers before we could sit. Worst service in any restaurant in the area. Glasses sat empty. Servers seemed frustrated and inattentive. Garbage everywhere on tables. No busing. No barbacks. Bar tenders barely spoke and didn't notice empty glasses and you had to beg for service. Tried out this new location on 19 Mar 23. Service was fast but the food was cold and orders were incorrect. The final straw was when my girlfriend and I ordered non-alcoholic beers. I'm on a strict "no alcohol" diet for reasons I'll leave unexplained, but they brought us alcoholic beers. Not realizing this, I took a big drink and wouldn't have even noticed the difference until my girlfriend pointed out that we indeed were served alcoholic drinks. They comped the drinks, but this is completely unacceptable. Will not visit this location again. Wings were tiny little shriveled up things, fries were cold, and they couldn't even get the drink orders right. read more

When we visited this location we were prepared for subpar service due to them just opening up and working out the kinks. And believe me when I say our patience was definitely tested. We ordered drinks and our appetizer right away as it was quite busy. After about 10 minutes our chips and queso arrived but we still did not have our drinks. When our waitress finally appeared my husband inquired about our drinks she advised the bar was backed up and would go check on them. Before heading to the bar she stopped at the table next us and they ordered another round of drinks. She then came by and said our drinks should be on the way soon and took our order for mains. While still waiting for our beers to appear the table next to us that ordered another round of drinks were being served their drinks. While still waiting on our drinks our waitress notices that they had not been delivered and we get a visit from one of the trainer managers who said he would get us our drinks asap. Another 5 minutes later our mains have now arrived and still no drinks. Drinks finally appear and instead of tall beers they came as short one's, husband explains they should've been talls and instead of them leaving the drinks and adjusting the bill we were left to wait another 5 minutes for our drinks. Husband got 10 wings with celery and ranch and a basket of wedges. I got a side salad in which I had to wait on as well after husband received his food. Again as I said in the beginning we went there expecting some mishap as they've been open less than a week. But the kicker of it all was when we received our check I noticed there was an additional charge for the celery and ranch. When I questioned our waitress on whether BDubs was now charging for it she said she didn't know but she was trained to ring it in that way. I than explained if I had ordered takeout on the app there was no charge for celery or ranch. She proceeded to try to justify that they aren't corporate but franchised so the owner probably has chosen to charge his customers for it. The food was cooked and sauced perfectly and husband enjoyed his wings. The tomatoes on my salad had seen better days but the lettuce was fresh. We will give this location another try in hopes the kinks get worked out. And definitely will be asking if there is an additional charge for celery and ranch in the future! As others have mentioned as well the wait staff does seem to socialize quite a bit with known customers which is fine but a bit more moderation mya help them be more attentive to their other customers. read more
