Came on a Friday evening --- it was as you'd expect it: crowded and busy. However, the wait wasn't as unpleasant as I thought it would be, and we were seated unusually quick, thank the Lord. My party ordered everything from the very beginning --- we didn't want to take a chance that our food may "take too long", seeing how busy the restaurant was. I had forgotten the name of our waiter, but he was very kind and pleasant during our duration there. We ordered the Cactus Blossom for our appetizer, and it was even more delicious than usual. It was oily at all, perfectly fried, with a nice crisp all around. My only complaint is that they need to give us more of that horseradish dipping sauce! It's never enough with them giving you a whole fried onion. On to my main: I ordered the Country Fried Sirloin ($18.99) which included two sides: I got the Caesar Salad and the Loaded Baked Potato. This was my first attempt veering off from ordering a steak, and I was pleasantly surprised. First, the salad was dressed WELL, and topped it off with black pepper was pure nostalgia. On to the country fried sirloin: the dish came out piping hot, and the crust and crunch on it was impeccable. The only complaint? More crust than sirloin, lol! There were pockets of "air" in my meal and I was left wondering, "where's the meat"? In any case, when I did have meat --- the combo with the fry and the white gravy was an elite-tier combo. The Loaded Potato never disappoints, either. All-in-all, while I have some "observations" --- Texas Roadhouse, wherever they may be located, have never let me down! 5/5! read more

Our 3 previous visits to this location were fantastic. Last night was a little disappointing. Our granddaughter ordered the All American Burger. She said it was extremely salty as well as the bottom bun was so soggy it fell apart as soon as she picked it up. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin. It was a lot smaller than previous visits and extremely dry. Our server was very good. We have always had excellent service at this location. I am curious to know why the servers aren't required to have their hair pulled back?? I'm not happy with someone carrying a tray full of food at their shoulder and their hair is hanging all over it. They even brought out extra rolls (which are always a win), and my steak was cooked absolutely perfectly--honestly one of the best I've had in a while. My wife and I recently dined here last night and, unfortunately, our experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Our server seemed completely checked out from the moment he approached the table. He appeared uninterested, lacked enthusiasm, and gave the impression that taking our order was more of an inconvenience than part of the job. After placing our order, the wait was noticeably longer than expected. My wife's meal was prepared incorrectly and had to be sent back, while my meal arrived overcooked. Things became even more awkward when it came time to pay. We paid with cash, and our server lingered near the table as if he was waiting to see exactly how much I was pulling from my wallet. He then walked away to another table before returning for the payment, told me how much change he would bring back, and left again. Despite the issues throughout the meal, my wife and I still left roughly a 20% tip because we understand that everyone can have an off night. However, our server grabbed the tip rather abruptly, walked away counting it, and my wife overheard him say, "ungrateful assholes." If that's what he considers ungrateful, I'd hate to see his reaction to an actual bad tip. I was prepared to address the situation with management, but my wife preferred not to make a scene. We picked Texas Roadhouse because we order here multiple times a year with no major issues. We ordered two porterhouse T-Bones meals, the tater skins appetizer, and a sweet potato loaded with honey cinnamon caramel sauce and toasted marshmallows, brown sugar, and butter and a extra side of rolls. I added the receipt so it could show our individual preferences for our meals. Tater skins: $9.99 6/10 They weren't bad but weren't great either. Would try again but maybe in the restaurant because they were lukewarm. Fresh baked bread with honey butter: $4.99 10/10 Delicious both the bread and the honey butter. My only complaint is the bag they put them in rips extremely easily and the bread gets squashed, taste wise though, perfection. Loaded sweet potato: $3.49 3/10 It didn't have everything on it and with it I asked for. And tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. Would not order again. Porterhouse T-Bones: $37.99 1/10 I order mine no pink and my husband ordered his medium. Both steaks were extremely rare, I ended up having to put our steaks in the oven to cook them, mine longer than my husband's steak of course but not something I wanted to have to do. Both steaks tasted unseasoned, which has never happened here before. Our sides with the meal were fine, I really loved the broccoli and how it was cooked. We had 7 people there and they wouldn't let us sit until the others got there even though I said I had people that needed to sit and get water and at least get an appetizer. They said no. Incredible food and fast service! The hostess was super kind and asked us how our day was while she walked us to our table. It might not sound like a lot, but it stuck out to me and gave me a little glimmer of hope - that the world isn't all bad and that not everyone is robotic! Once seated our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. So we shared the Rattlesnake Bites with Cajun Ranch, which set the perfect stage our meal. Makes you wonder what the rest of the plates you are served on are like. Food is good. No problem with the servers, they all work very hard and take good care of the customers. This Texas Roadhouse was the worst one I've ever been to. The service was horrible; we asked for rolls ( took forever to come ) and came back very soft in the middle ( raw ). But we weren't the only ones. There were many other people with raw rolls. I asked for sirloin steak with shrimp and a baked potato . I only got the sirloin steak and baked potato. The server was horrible, we had to ask her for our straws and plates; she seemed like she didn't know what the hell she was doing. She was not the only clueless sever either.
