I originally ordered a Lienenkugal seasonal and the waitress had no idea what I was talking about. Another waitress came back and asked me what beer I asked for and I told her Lienenkugal. Another waitress came back to inform me that they were out. I then ordered an apple jack cider and the waitress brought me and a regular Apple cider. When I asked her if it was an apple jack cider she said yes. Poor listening skills. I'm just going to drink this cider. Old waiter told us she was leaving and introduced us to a new waiter but our old waiter is still here serving people. (Hmm) We ordered an appetizer and the person bringing it out didn't even know which table to take it to. (Hmm) Been 30 minutes and we are still waiting for our order. People, for real, Listen to the reviews! They aren't lying! Slow service, wings overcooked, dry, and hard enough to break rocks with. So much breading. If you have to eat here, just order some bread and sauce, it's pretty much the same, and less money, and for God sakes, stay away from the dry sauces, lemon pepper? More like plain wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. When the server finally came back after our food got delivered, I ended up getting teriyaki, and drowning my wings in them to counter the dryness. I've been here dozens of times, and sometimes good, sometimes very mediocre. Order a 29 ounce beer and they give you 22 ounces of beer and 7 ounces of foam. Contacted them about the big fight, because I got an email from them reminding me to come. Called to ask about a cover charge, and was told to arrive early because it would be busy. Arrived early and was asked if I had a reservation. What? Was never told to make one. Asked for a manager, but was told they were busy. So I called. Waited 12 minutes before they disconnected. Called back and they apologized, put me on hold again. 9 minutes later a manager came on the line, apologized and said it was because she was outside...where I was. And she wasn't there. Long story short, she gave half hearted apologies, but frankly didn't care. The website didn't mention cover charges or reservations. This is a prime reason why this company is failing. The service is horrible, the managers don't care and customer loyalty means nothing to them. read more

This restaurant was a welcome addition to the Newnan area but had failed on customer service and cleanliness. The food is hit or miss, and today will be the last time we will give it a chance. Arrived at lunch and place was dirty (floors littered with food, food on seats and tables not adequately cleaned before seating guests). We waited over 10 minutes to find a hostess, finally having to go find the manager who instead of apologizing said the hostess was probably clearing a table. After being seated we waited another 10 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us. Poor customer service, mediocre food, and inconsistent in cleanliness. read more

After getting seated and waiting for ten minutes for service we had to ask a waitress if we could get some service. When our server finally showed up she smelled of cigarettes and was hard to get ahold of for the entire meal. Ordered the queso dip--it was a cheese sauce and not very good. Also ordered some boneless wings. They were only partially covered in sauce as if the cook was in too much of a hurry to get them out. Living in Nashville For 7 years, I went to b-dubs weekly. I even been to the Buffalo Wild Wings Columbus Ohio many times because I'm a big fan of the restaurant chain. However the newnan location is a big disappointment. The customer service sucks. We were turned away the week of opening because it was too busy and tonight we were turned away because we didn't purchase tickets to see the McGregor Floyd Mayweather fight. It was really disappointing because I've never been turned away to see any pay-per-view fight before at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Isn't Buffalo Wild Wings supposed to be a neighborhood gathering spot ? why do you have to buy tickets in order to see the fight...that's the whole point of going out to a restaurant. I'm not a fan of a restaurant that has turned me way twice when I'm spending money. read more

The customer service at this location is the worst of any restaurant I have experienced. 2+ hours to get 35 wings and a salad with around 10 occupied tables. This location is grossly mismanaged and the management isn't willing to offer anything to customers who rightfully complain about poor treatment. We had three different servers and the one we were supposed to have never even offered refills and charged our cards to the wrong checks. He acted inconvenienced to have a manager void his mistake. Me and husband have eaten at Buffalo Wings on several occasions and the service is the best I Love the wings, with the Queso chili cheese dip, and potatoes wedges oh my goodness we enjoy it every time, the atmosphere and customer service is Great. As a matter of fact we ate their yesterday after Church, and even if theirs a problem with our orders its always handled in a professional manner and we are grateful an we appreciate every encounter. We love going to BWW in other towns, but I was very disappointed with my experience here. Things started out great - polite server, fast service, and food brought out in acceptable time frame. Then things went sour. I ordered crispy tenders and fries, but they brought out naked tenders. I tried to eat them instead, but they were tough and I don't believe they were cooked all the way. The server did not come check on us for several minutes after the food runner brought the meal, so when he finally came over, I asked for the crispy tenders. My husband's food was fine. It took over 30 minutes for me to get 4 chicken tenders. I told him I did not need new fries, just some different chicken, and it still took that long. When the new food came out, they did include fresh fries, which was thoughtful. The chicken still wasn't that great. And they tried to bring my husband another meal that was exactly like mine when he had been done eating for half an hour at this point. I asked for 2 different sauces on the side and only got one. Tea glasses ran out frequently as well, and it appeared they had someone only refilling drinks. Wish I had read the reviews before I visited. I hope this is just new business kinks, but it's evident they need to overhaul the kitchen. Probably won't be back. I'll save my business for Macon. read more

went on Wed afternoon; table was dirty; garlic mushroom appetizer was good; ordered sangrias, had "fireball"/cinnamon in it, wth?; and $7.10 each!! what's the dime for? got 1/2 lemon pepper, 1/2 buffalo, both dry; wings are huge, but no flavor; cook missed most of wings with the lemon pepper, heavy on the buffalo; onion rings were basic frozen; went to bathroom to wash up (as we were only given the napkin that came around silverware), it looked like it was Fri night closing; waitress must be a zombie stand in for Walking Dead; so disappointed after being excited that BWW's was coming; for wings, you still can't beat American Deli!! oh well.... read more
