Walked in to see 3 people at the host station talking. Waited a few minutes for them to notice us. Once they realized we were there they had to decide who would seat us. This was a game of "Not it!" We were taken to a small corner table when most of the restaurant was open. I get it that they need to use specific tables but one next to it was open an we asked for that. They were accommodating and I was thankful. That was the end of the good things to say. We ordered 3 meals and drinks. First thing that was unacceptable was that my husband's soup was brought in a chipped bowl. It was not a little chip. It was missing a dime size chunk of the rim and the bowl should definitely be discarded. Secondly, my son had iced tea. He was served with a huge crack across his glass. What?! Why are they serving in broken dishes? Our server took the dish and got a new glass, said he would let his manager know. The rest of our food was ok. They missed making a baked potato loaded but we just wanted to get out of there by then. A woman walks by and says-"everything good?" while walking by. No stop and introduction or apology for the broken dishes. We didn't even know she was the manager until we heard her speak to a server. She was wearing an athletic jacket and black pants so she looked like she was a customer. It's time to pay and they use a kiosk at the table. It was filthy! Gross. They have some serious quality issues. Gave 2 stars for the server being nice and the food being average. read more

SERVICE (3/5): I seem to always sit at the bar when I come, but the bartenders/servers always seemed overwhelmed. Unless you flag them, they don't pay much attention. FOOD (3/5): $11 BLOOMING ONION: the parts that are crispy are delicious! Some parts seemed undercooked and I could taste the flour. The spicy aioli sauce they serve it with makes the dish. It's SO GOOD! 6 OZ CENTER CUT SIRLOIN: it comes with 2 signature sides, I upgraded both of mine to "premium sides". I got a wedge salad, which was HUGE for a side and loaded mashed potatoes. Food was not it! The salad was just like any iceberg lettuce salad. But the coconut shrimp was a little too crispy & dry. I didn't taste any coconut. Now the service was amazing. 12/31...Today is my husband's birthday, yayyy! :-) So, since we were in the area, he decided to dine at Outback Steakhouse. Aubrie was our waitress, and she was very attentive and pleasant. We had a large party, but she took care of us really quickly one remembered everyone's orders. The appetizers were delicious, and the entree was as well. The majority of our party ordered steaks. I had a steak and brocolli. My husband had steak, a baked potato and broccoli. We will definitely be back, and dine again. :-) read more

My wife and I stopped in here at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon, thinking that the crowd shouldn't be too bad. It wasn't...but my first clues to how our early dinner was going to be should have been that the host/hostess had their big drink sitting on the divider (which looked unprofessional), and the host had us wait five minutes while he went to clean a table for us, since there were many tables sitting uncleaned. Once we were finally seated, we waited for five minutes before John came by and said that he would be right back with us. We didn't see John for another 10 minutes as he served many other tables. When he got to ours, he immediately apologized for the long wait, and before we could even speak offered us a free dessert for our troubles. This wasn't his first rodeo. I ordered the Kingsland Pasta and my wife ordered a 6 oz. filet. The wait on food was as tiring as the wait on our initial service. My wife was reasonably satisfied with her filet, but my Kingslan Pasta was tired and uninspired. The "bold alfredo sauce" was almost non-existent and the noodles were barely wet and, in fact, looked air-dried and had a firmness as if from being under heat lamps. The grilled steak was cooked to a good temperature but lacked flavor. THe highlight of the dish was the shrimp, which I ate alone, because there really was no flavor added from the pasta. We quietly paid on the electronic device at the table, left John a decent tip anyway, and slid out of the restaurant. Both of us had no desire to stay any longer to cash in on our free dessert. I remember The Outback in the days when there was a 2-3 hour wait and it was completely awesome, and was hoping for one of those experiences again. Went to this location today 3/23/2026 @ 2:33 pm. My husband and I waited 10 minutes to be seated. They were not busy, no servers in sight except for 2 that completely ignored us ,wouldn't even look at us. Finally a lady come from the kitchen area, and seated us. She told us that our server would be right with us. No I'm sorry, for your wait, nothing. Again we waited and waited. No one showed. So we got up and left. On our way out the same woman that seated us was on the phone at the front, looked at us, didn't stop us, didn't apologize for anything. Nothing. My husband and I use to frequent this Outback a lot. Great lunch. We sat in a booth, in the bar area, and were attended to by the bartender Will. He provided awesome service. We did not experience issues on this visit. The food was fresh and very good. The Nashville hot wings were very tasty. My wife's salmon was cooked to perfection. My burger was good, it came out more medium, than medium rare, but it did taste good. I would order it again. Hey. I really can't complain at all. Our waitress was super nice, accommodating and noticed that we brought our two little kids who don't really know how to sit still. She offered more paper for them to color on and even caught a few drinks for us as the kids accidentally almost pushed them over. She also listened to every request we made in regard to our food and smiled the whole time. The food was actually pretty good too! I didn't really have any expectations (this was my first time to an Outback), but now I do have expectations because my salmon is very tasty, even for being *naked* (no sauce/no butter). My husband enjoyed his t-bone and friggin loved the bloomin' shrimp. My kids liked their macaroni too, so over all, win win! Truly no complaints! I could see myself going back. read more

We walked up to the door and two ladies opened the doors for us and greeted us with a sincerely warm greeting. That was really nice. Our waiter was Malik. We went for a belated Father's Day lunch on the following Sunday. We were seated fairly quickly, not as busy as we had expected for a Sunday afternoon. Table was clean and ready for us, the atmosphere was overall pleasant. The server acted like we were a bother and he took our order impatiently. Food was hot -- bloomin' onion was delivered to our table piping hot and delicious, but we had to ask for all drink refills. The hamburgers and steak were overdone. The Peachtree City Outback used to be great: great food and great service. The past few times I have been there though, that has not been the case. The bread (when it is fresh), and that delicious, whipped butter are always a treat, but the food and service lately have been lacking. The last time we went, the salmon was overcooked, and the mixed veggies were so bland. Our server never came back to check on the food or refill our drinks, just to cash us out, of course. Plus, the hostess (who has the easiest job in the restaurant) had zero personality. No smile, no greeting, just walking us over to the table, and giving us the most unenthusiastic, "Enjoy your meal." Can anyone check if there are signs of life in that young woman? LOL! I am not sure if it is just a sign of the times, since these places are usually run by young people, but here's the deal. I am a generous tipper, but I tip the bare minimum for bare minimum service. Other industries don't get tips, so if you are working for tips, put on your best customer service face (even if you are not feeling it on the inside). Make your customers feel valued, especially when they are being nice and patient. I worked in customer service for 10 years, and it is not hard to fake it to make it. Just sayin'. read more

Stressful week and I needed a self date. I haven't been to outback in years !!! I have not seen a commercial or anything. So, when I made a trip to Peachtree that when I seen it and said WHY NOT! I went inside staff were friendly and I was seated in a big booth , which was no problem to me. It's just two things the worried me, the menus are not paperless and since the booths are high there no social distancing back to back but across there is, so I guess that's understandable. My waiter was so sweet and attentive and made me feel welcome ........ SO! To the good part, the food. Amazing I love the crunchy skin on the chicken and the chicken was so moist. I wonder if it was oven fried . Anywho, mash potatoes were also good. There was this sauce on the side that I couldn't figure out but it was bomb too. Probably should be 2.5 stars but you can't do that on here. Trying to be patient with pandemic conditions, but I felt service was really C+ at best. It literally took our server 12 minutes to do everything. Telling guests that they are very shorthanded but still accepting call ahead seating doesn't make sense to me. If you are that shorthanded, then it should be first come first serve. The only beer they had was Miller lite and they were charging six dollars for a big bloke which is outrageous for Miller light. My daughter ordered off the kids menu and we were charged $10.75 for a sirloin steak that was no bigger than a hamburger patty and some broccoli with cheese sprinkled on it for $.75 extra. My steak had very little taste. I understand that there are supplier issues but to run out of the essentials is quite concerning. No salt, no sugar and the side salad was incredibly small. My hubby's burger was not med rare but he said it was still juicy and the salmon was cooked med so wasnt dried out and a good size piece. Will was our server and he was fantastic! The server was very short when taking our orders; even with an empty restaurant she proceeded to ignore our table and shout across several tables to get our attention. And yup, your consistent incompetence again prevailed as my order was missing when he got home. He went back leaving everyone else's food getting cold. Did they offer to discount or comp even the missing entree? No. Offer a dessert? No. I get that service seems to be lacking everywhere but the prices are higher and I spent over 100.00 tonight and added a nice gratuity only to have Outback continue to dissatisfy.
