This afternoon an older woman employee at the register, was glaring at me as I placed my order with a younger, polite employee. The old hag's menacing stare made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed when placing my order. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, with half shiitaki mushroom. We wanted to eat on the patio but there was a delivery truck parked on the side making lots of noise. So we decided to get carry out. We were told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes but it took 30. Waiting was a pain. Indoors was too chilly and outdoors was humid and hot. The pizza wasn't as embellished as usual and it was substantially less tasty. It had waaay too much crust and butter. I was offered parmesan cheese but no ranch dip to compensate for the excessive crust. I love consistency in food. Maybe they have new cooks. Who knows? As a customer, though, my ordinary expectations were not met. In short, I won't be going back. read more

Dropped into the "Mellow Mushroom" during my visit to Peach City for some exquisite pizza, calzones and pretzel bites. Oh, boy what can I say? Everything was vegan even though plant based isn't their primary niche. Super good job! Sydney was our server for the evening and she was such a doll. Great service and pleasant company. The place was busy but the staff were amazing and friendly. The ambiance was mellow as the name implies. This restaurant, like many others, does not care about take out orders. They know you don't always look at it until you get home, and then won't bother to go back. We always get a pizza and one more thing, or a couple of calzones and one more thing. This last time the one more thing was a Steak and Cheese Hoagie. It says it is shaved steak, but what we got was a crumbled up way overdone hamburger that only took up half of the dried up stale roll. Last time we ordered a meatball hoagie and there were 2 smashed up meatballs and the roll was burned. If either of these was sent to a table, it would have been sent back. With take out they just don't care. It's too expensive to spend money at a restaurant that lets this happen. read more

This is my second time being there, and the pizza was so much better than what I remember. It's hard to find a pizza restaurant that's vegan friendly, because most pizzas have some form of dairy on them. Thank God I was able to find this one. The service was great, my server Jaden even tried to help me find a vegan dessert, but that was to no result. It's a welcoming, friendly environment, with plenty of TVs if you wanted to watch sports. Ordered catering from Mellow Mushroom (10 pizzas, 30 chicken wings, large salad with grilled chicken). Everything came exactly how I asked it to, right at the time I asked it to arrive (we did delivery catering)... And all of our guests were THRILLED (we fed about 30-40 people) with the feast... However, I had a few "issues". One of the issues was -- the grilled chicken I ordered for the salad, was EXPENSIVE for what we got... And also, the chicken was FATTY. Had lots of hunks of FAT on it as opposed to actual meat. No one complained but I definitely noticed that the fat to meat ratio was totally off. Second issue -- the wings were fine but just not crispy enough. Otherwise everyone was VERY HAPPY, and now we have 2 pizzas left over for the next day or two! read more

We went to Mellow Mushroom in PTC after soccer, with our daughter and 3- and 7-year-old grandsons in tow. Everyone was hungry. We were not advised by the hostess or by our waitress that there would be an hour wait for food once we put our order in. We ordered cheese bread so the kids would have something to eat- and that took 15 minutes. When the manager came by and asked how everything was, I told her we had not been advised of the long wait. She apologized and said two people had failed to do their job by not advising us of the long wait: the hostess and the server. The people at the table across from us delivered the same complaint to the manager. I submit three people did not do their job: the manager did not retrain anyone before we left. If I were manager, I would have comped the cheese bread and immediately advised the hostess station and all wait staff to be transparent with guests about wait times. read more

From weekly customer to not returning. Visited this location today as we do on average once a week. We asked for our normal server and the girl at the front who seemed like she had no idea what she was doing told us her section was full and it would be a 25 minute wait. We told her that would be fine. After waiting and our normal server asking if we were having our normal drinks the host who just had a fight with another host sits a group who arrived after us in our servers section. Even one of the ladies they were sitting asked me "weren't you here before us?". My family will not be returning to this location... kids were upset. read more

My husband and I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza without olives and two drinks to go. First things first, the pizza presentation was beautiful. The pizza was hot and delicious! We ate a slice in the parking lot. Who could wait? LOL! We loved the taste of the stone baked crust and the thinly sliced fresh veggies. The staff was very friendly. Stay away!! I ordered a pizza on line 15-20 minutes. I got there @ 25 minutes no pizza. The guy said give me 10 minutes. So back to the car waited 15 minutes later. The order came out and of course it was wrong. He said let me fix it give 10 minutes. Now its late ok back to the car when I went in again they could not fine the pizza... OMG !!! Really !! The G.M came over so she said she was stated she will have a new pizza out in 10 minutes. I told her that this is unacceptable its been over an hour. She apologized and stated she will refund my credit card back and the original pizza I could have. I told her its the principle of the mater its doesn't help me with a dried-out pizza that's been cooked now it's over an hour. I told her my time is more important than a free pizza. I received the Pizza not the greatest by far. Well, it's been two weeks this Friday and no refund on my credit card. She lied to me just to make me happy. We where seated quickly , the server came over quickly . We ordered , the wings came out . Then came the 1/2 meat ball sub , on a plate with no side , no lettuce leaf nothing . On Monday evening, February 3, 2025 I walked into this MMP location in PTC GA on assignment from my wife to get a Steakhouse pizza To Go. There were two clerks at the To Go order station. I explained I was on an assignment from my wife who's ill but her appetite was coming back and she wanted a Steakhouse pizza. The clerks were young adults, a male and a female. The female was empathetic to my wife's condition. I appreciated that. Specifically, I asked them not to skimp on the steak and mushrooms. The pizza order came back. I looked at the pizza. It was pretty, but it had very little of what I asked for. In fact, they "skimped" on the steak and mushrooms. Since my wife was sick at home, I did not take any extra time to complain or have the pie remade. I left. This pizza cost $30+! In today's economy VALUE is very important. This WAS NOT worth $30 imo. The pizza was made opposite of my request. This was my 1st time at this MMP locationin PTC GA and it may be my last because 1st impression was lackluster to say the least. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
