Bdubs! I came there on 01/27/2020, for by brothers 17th bday. I decided to try the boneless garlic Parmesan wings since I saw an advertisement saying they revamped the boneless chicken....well they were okay. I'm not a huge fan of boneless, but there was nothing special about them at all. The only reason why have them a 3 instead of a 2 is because i ordered an Irish trashcan and it was delicious, made right, and the waiter was very attentive and thoughtful. So, a few months back we ordered and it was a total of $60 something dollars. We never received out food. Called and complained, manager stated it was not the local food error and it need to be brought up higher. Continued to call once a week for three months, yet nothing was done. Ordered again for my kids two weeks ago. AGAIN, disappointed but not a HUGE deal. Missing (6) dressings and (4) orders of (2) each carrots and (2) each celery. It is located downtown not far from MacArthur mall. There is street and garage parking available. We went on a Friday night around 10 pm. It was not really packed. It just seemed like they were short staffed. We waited forever to be seated. Then they took us to a dirty booth. The menus were sticky and there was trash and food all over the floor. We had the host wipe off the table, but it was still sticky and disgusting. After about 10 minutes of sitting there waiting on our server, she finally came over with an attitude. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there, and at that point neither did we. I was starving, so I was gonna try to deal with her attitude. My friend was against it though. So, we left without ordering and walked down the street to a soul food restaurant. I see now why they have such a low Yelp rating. Where to start on the long list of why to not even bother coming here? First, I'm not sure why our waitress even has a job as a waitress. 2 people in our group had to put in their order 3 DIFFERENT TIMES after everyone but them received their food they ordered. It would have been more understandable if it was a super busy night or hey maybe she was having a bad night but you would think she would have remembered the 2nd time they had to put their order in. Then, what's the point of having a waitress since I had to find the soda machine myself and got my own refill on multiple occassions. I'm sure it's policy that the soda machine is for "employee use only" but when you wait for 45 minutes for a refill I figured maybe I have to do it myself. She brought out my appetizer about 1 minute before I got my meal. The chips were burnt, the spinach artichoke dip was cold and had that "skin" on it that dips tend to get when they sit there forever. At one point some special came on where shots were $2 during the shot clock or something like that. Would have been awesome if all the waitresses didn't disappear during that time. No biggie, just went up to the bar but the bartender was extremely rude and told me there was a line and I'd have to wait. I would have completely understood that had there actually been a line and she didn't just stand their doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING after she told me that. If there was a line you would think she would be talking to a customer to get their order or making a drink that was ordered but nope, just stood there. It's all good though, guess I really didn't want to spend money on those shots anyways. Then for some reason I said hey, the rest of the night was terrible, but I'm going to order dessert anyways. Don't worry, the waitress didn't disappoint. She said, "your dessert is going to take too long so I'll just bring you your check." It's going to take too long or your out? If your out I understand but if it's going to take too long, what else is new as we have been waiting way too long for our crappy cold food and drinks refills the entire night. Do yourself a favor, go to the gas station down the road or even knock on someone's front door and offer them $10 if you can join in on their dinner.....you will get better food there and way better service than you would receive if you went to this Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped in here after the WWE event at Scope on the 23rd of March. There was about 10 or 11 of us all together and we ended up sitting at the long table in the bar. I've reviewed this place a couple of times before so I won't waste your time with that. However I did want to point out that we did have exceptional customer service that evening in my opinion. Our servers name was Cristen and she was able to get our orders out to us quick and accurately. This is the first bdubs ive had where i thought the food was at least ok. Our server was great! His 5 th day on the job and he was fantastic!! Definitely tried hard. The molten dip was actually really good (kinda surprised). The jerk chix sandwich was not good. Waaayy too much blackened seasoning. I immediately became worried when a second confused order of fried pickles came out. A group of 4-5 guys sat down 20 minutes after us and received their food 20 minutes before us. Think about that. 45 minutes for 18 wings. The entire time of waiting we only saw Alexis once to bring me another beer. Tracking her down to ask about our food was impossible as she ghosted on us. The wings tasted good- but they gave my boyfriend food poisoning later that night. I will say, however, we saw Alexis a whole bunch when we got our check and it was time to pay. Then my wife called saying if she left a big tip could we get to order and she said yes as this was at 10:30. I really feel bad for the people that got turned away in front of us, as they were a big family and were left to figure out what to eat for the kids. A trip to this location prior to attending Wicked the Musical was wicked. First when we got there we had to wait to be seated which was fine. Then we got seated and it was a good 15 minutes before the server even came to the table. We were on a time crunch so we ordered our food and drinks together. We overheard the manager talking to another table explaining their compensation because evidently they received similar terrible service. He apologized and said he would get us silverware. He brought back one set of silverware although there was four people at the table. Anyway we tried to make the best of it. When the last set of food came out and we asked for ranch the server went away and came back like ten minutes later just to say the kitchen told her they're out of ranch. At that time we asked for the manager again. He came back over with an attitude this time and made more excuses for the poor service. He then said he would comp something on the bill.
