We were told there would be a 5-10 minute wait to be seated, but despite plenty of open tables, we weren't seated for over 30 minutes. Once seated, things didn't get much better--our table of 8 had food brought out in 4 separate shifts over the span of 10 minutes. Three people had already finished eating before the last 3 even got their meals. To top it off, the food was lukewarm at best, which took away from what should have been a fun meal. Either way, the staff I've encountered haven really nice, and always attentive to what I like or don't like. Tuesdays are definitely the best, BOGO(Buy one, Get one) online. I don't know if it is in stores, or even if it is for take out all together, regardless. Tuesdays are usually the days I have a craving for them. Left a review on their website because of a feedback request linked to my receipt. Was then contacted by a BWW rep who asked for my phone number for a follow up ... but he never called. After 15 days, I contacted their corporate office with copy of the emailed request for follow up. I then called the Corporate office and left message. No response. Never received a follow up so I'm guessing they closed my issue to 'we contacted customer (initially) for feedback but never heard back' BS. Find another location other than this one. Over time the quality has past rock bottom. The wings are barely coated with sauce, as if their paycheck is garnished if they add too much flavor or sauce. Today was probably the nail in the coffin, I order 10 wings and wedges with queso, the wings were cold and lacking any amount of sauce, the wedges that were ordered with queso were missing queso. Whomever they bribed to be the line cook thought that by adding 5 pieces of shredded cheese would constitute queso? The floor was littered with straw wrappers, the tables next to us piled with half eaten food from previous customers for most of our meal. The food was standard and good aside from the cheese curds as they were definitely not worth 10.99. The cheese curds were over fried and burnt. Tasted like oil fried cardboard. The experience was just really really gross unfortunately and the place is a dump. 10 years ago this restaurant was vibrant and thriving. A place where everyone went post-kids sporting events or to watch a good game! I am not so sure what happened... An unpalatable and repellent atmosphere not worth your time or money. They were out of the cheese cake bites but offered to give me something else in exchange instead of being rude and flat out saying no. Everyone was just all around sweet! Even with this whole virus thing going around. The food came out all together and was hot! The tater tots were perfectly crispy and hot! The wings weren't too dry!
