Once seated, things didn't get much better--our table of 8 had food brought out in 4 separate shifts over the span of 10 minutes. I order online mostly and it is always ready when I come in to pick it up. I haven't decided which I prefer more, the boneless or traditional. Either way, the staff I've encountered haven really nice, and always attentive to what I like or don't like. Tuesdays are definitely the best, BOGO(Buy one, Get one) online. I don't know if it is in stores, or even if it is for take out all together, regardless. Tuesdays are usually the days I have a craving for them. The food was standard and good aside from the cheese curds as they were definitely not worth 10.99. The cheese curds were over fried and burnt. Tasted like oil fried cardboard. The experience was just really really gross unfortunately and the place is a dump. 10 years ago this restaurant was vibrant and thriving. I get that the sauce evaporates, and evaporation causes cooling, but the wings (which were not tender to begin with), were pretty tough and chewy (chewy as in beef jerky chewy) by the time i got into the second half of the order. Ugh. One wing had a broken bone...chicken bone shards in my digestive tract, double ugh. I made the mistake of not notifying my server at the outset that I was a Rewards Member, so a whopping $28 bill arrived for 10 wings, fries, and a soda.
