The service was terrible our waitress was rushing , irritable if asked questions of menu. The food even worse. We ordered the Teresa platter 30 dollars and the chicken and steak prices were so thin practically chips. When mentioned to the waitress she just stared with no response. This is for a catering order I placed with Teresa's. I received a message at 11:29 saying the driver needed help, even though I paid $63 in delivery fees and a $20 tip for an 11:30 delivery with setup. We had to leave our appointment to assist, which was a lost opportunity. One tray leaked, causing the box to fall apart and leaving a trail of food throughout the building. Worst of all, the driver left without carrying anything up, setting up, or providing utensils, plates, napkins, or silverware. I contacted Teresa's and was told to call back. The food was good, but the experience was terrible. Especially for $763.00. I won't use them again. read more

Nope! Never again! A table of 4 and all the food presented all looked like it had just hasilty been thrown onto a plate! Absolutely NO presentation at all... looked nothing like the menu or online photos so do not expect what you see is what you will get.... you won't. I ordered the Taco Salad. It came hot (?!) and swimming, literally SWIMMING in chicken broth. It was like a soup! No kidding. The hostess was agreeable in getting me a different taco salad but is was barely any better and much smaller. The chicken was not seasoned at all... NOT GRILLED! and seemed like it had been boiled. Nasty and most certainly not worth the $14.95 I paid for it. Tables were cleaned regularly but the same broom that was used to sweep the garbage and food scraps from the floor was then USED ON THE SEATS OF THE BOOTH!! And that is just unspeakable and nasty! Who wants to sit in a both that was "cleaned" with the same broom used to sweep up food from under the table. Never will go there again... and you should stay away and find somewhere else to eat. read more

There were a lot of options to choose from, I struggled to decide on what I'm getting, and we even had an order of Hawaiian style fajitas as our appetizer cause it really looked great!! & it was crazy delicious along with our 2 plates of tacos, burritos. The large margaritas was.... Sized for like 4 people worthy!!!! So huge and reasonable price!! You can assume we left veryyyy happy haha, and the service was really friendly and sweet!!! I was a bit skeptical going to this place given that it was rated a bit low, but I guess this place has improved over the years. One of the most quickest service mexican places with really good food that I have seen so far in the Twin Cities. I usually go for the tacos when I am visiting a mexican place for the first time and seeing the Pollo Mango Habenaro tacos on the menu was very tempting and to my surprise it was quite spicy and amazingly flavorful. The tangy kick from the mangoes was great and the habenaro sause had a good kick to it. The portion was very filling and the rice and pico was good too. My husband got the chicken enchiladas and the sauce over the enchiladas was going really well with everything. The chips and salsa in the beginning was tasty too. Very racist ! Assumed my husband ( black) was an uber driver. denied giving us our food and became disrespectful stating that he needed to cancel his order for said customer because lunch special was over. I ordered through uber and went to pick up my order. again they mistaked him for an uber driver and demanded he cancel the order. He then stated he is a customer and wants his food. They proceeded to call a manager who showed up drunk to his own establishment threatening to fire my husband. he said " I'm going to call uber and get you fired " and when my husband was able to tell them that he doesn't work for uber manager began to apologize and after 20 min finally refunded hI'm . i will never order from them again there's no reason he should have been treated that way. Great greeting at the door. Got a table right away on a busy Thursday night. Our waiter Fredy E was amazing and on top of his game. The chips and salsa were plenty full and tasty. Happy hour prices were perfect for our first visit. The food was presented heat hot which is great. The portions were amazing. Food was prepared with love and the presentation was spot on. I was craving a chimichanga today and this was nearby. There is a Teresa's in MG that we've been to a handful of times and enjoyed. This location is not my favorite as the quality wasn't what we experience at the other. The chicken chimichanga lunch special was $10 and it didn't feel like they put much chicken or the queso on top. Also, don't they normally serve the salsa and ranch white sauce with the chips? Maybe it's a different place, but I wanted it. Haha I walked to the bathroom and you could smell the stinky kitchen bins on the way to it. Not the most pleasing... maybe close the door to the kitchen near the bathroom? On a positive note, our server was super fast and the food came out even faster. Large restaurant great for large groups. Visited for a girls night had a watermelon mint margarita and a combo meal with a chicken chimi and steak quesadilla. Their food all has great flavors and is well priced. Our server was very friendly and so quick. We could have been in and out in 30 minutes but spent time visiting and catching up. read more

I love this place! It's perfect for when that Mexican food craving hits and all you want is some good chips, queso, salsa and margarita. They have great service and excellent management from the looks of it. From the moment I walked in the doors I felt welcomed and taken care of. My friend loved that they had unique flavors of margaritas and opted for the watermelon margarita. She claimed she'd be back any time for that drink alone! We also loved the shrimp quesadillas. I immediately sent back a super salty, soggy chimichanga and was met with a defensive, argumentative manager who insisted no one ever complained about the food. He was insulting and sexist. Instead of apologizing for an inedible meal, he argued with me about my experience. When I then ordered a cheaper a la carte order of three tacos I was still charged for the chimichanga meal that was thrown out after the first bite. With amazing service and delicious authentic food, anyone that has not been here is missing out. I decided to get takeout this time and loved it! Even after driving home with our food it still tasted great. I always get the California Burrito and would highly recommend! It is packed with so many different flavors and the sauce that is drizzled over the top is delicious. The chips with salsa are amazing and I wish I had more! Decent food. If you've gone to other Teresa's locations, it's the same menu. This location is fairly big with lots of seating. Always fast service here. This last time in, though, the queso was a bit runny, not thick like usual, and the margaritas seemed really watered down. Not sure if it was just an off night or something else. read more

Possibly the worst food I've eaten at a restaurant in years. I am stunned at how many people say they find it delicious. I sure didn't! The salsa had no heat at all and tasted like it was made with canned tomato sauce. There was some onion in it, but no other additions such as pepper, garlic, cilantro, tabasco or salt. The chips were, I think, made in house and were ok but totally salt-free. My partner had a beef fajita plate. The beef was flavorful but very tough. I had two beef tamales. They were ok, but the sauce -- different from the salsa -- tasted like barbecue sauce. And again, no heat. But the masa used to make the tamales was the worst. It tasted off, like it was old, and it was a strange color. We asked for some hot sauce and our server said there was none available. That seemed odd for a Mexican restaurant. Also -- "tamale" was spelled "tamal" on the menu. I don't know if that's the traditional Mexican spelling of the word, but at first I didn't know what a "tamal" was. The servers and front-of-house staff (hosts and hostesses) were very pleasant and friendly, the decor was attractive, and the whole place seemed clean. But the food was really awful. And the next morning I woke up with terrible stomach cramps and ended up spending much of the day in the bathroom! read more

This was not the worst or best Mexican. The food was all pretty decent, but the service and drinks weren't that great. I came her with my bf and mom and my mom and I shared the chicken fajita's for 1- it was plenty. I didn't care for the tiny little pieces they give. I prefer the bigger sized strips of chicken. I also ordered a strawberry mojito and it was disappointing to find that they just use syrup and not actual muddled strawberries. The guacamole was decently flavored- it had a lot of onions and tomatoes included which I felt they just used for fillers. My bf ordered the flaming cheese fajitas (chicken and steak with melted cheese on top) and it was nothing special. The steak seemed a little over cooked and there was hardly any pieces. Chips & salsa was good and had good flavor. I do wish it was a little more spicy though. The server was not very attentive and my bf had to ask for a refill. I probably will not return or recommend unless I cannot find somewhere better. read more

Four stars alone for the amount of food you get here for what you pay. Holy cow! How in the world do people finish their plate at this place? Even if you dodge the free chips and salsa, you would be hard pressed to devour burritos that resemble a small log of a heaping plate of fajita meat and veggies. Seriously, I think I was able to make my Lindo's Special last me for three different meals. Great bang for your buck. A nice mix of basically everything if you cannot make up your mind. I wish it came with a little bit more fixings than just tortillas but I swiped some sour cream from my wife and made do. We also tried the Flaming Cheese Fajitas which was kind of a downer. We were expecting a bunching of flaming hot cheese smothering our load of meat and veggies but ended up with a small glob of cheese with the flame literally going out as the waitress put down the plate. Not quite what we were anticipating. It was still tasty but it definitely needed more cheese, a lot more cheese! The menu is not the most authentic Mexican food, closer to Tex-Mex with a Midwestern flair but it satisfied our south of the border craving nonetheless. read more

My first meal after landing in Minneapolis with my entire team! Such a pleasant pleasant experience! This place is in a strip mall adjacent to a liquor shop and Thai place to its left. Walking in - it has the whole slap me with a maargarita pronto vibe! Anyways we were a party of 13 and upon seating, we were given some chips and salsa to munch on. They were super delicious!! The queso was super yummy as well. I ended up ordering the veggie fajitas and let me tell you.. I normally don't ever order fajitas in a Mexican restaurant but I was blown away with the flavor. The veggies were sautéed and crisped to a T with a Smokey flavor but not burned. The veggies came in a sizzler and along with it came rice, beans, lettuce and sour cream and a foil of warmed tortillas. Super delicious meal! I highly recommend this place!! read more

I have been going to Teresa's for years just because it's close by and the service is fast. The food is generally pretty good depending on what you order. Tonight I switched it up and ordered chicken Tostadas. They were a sad example of a Mexican tostada. Soggy tortilla. Not flavorful. Chipotle is better. My friend ordered a margarita . I wanted something less sugary so I ordered a tequila and soda. The drink tasted like kerosene. Perhaps they use really cheap tequila in their drinks. At any rate it was un-drinkable. My friend said her $15 margarita had hardly any booze in it I know everyone talks about inflation but their prices are up and the food is subpar. The drinks are even worse. We wont be back read more
