    Changa (Carnitas)

Very comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff who provided excellent service. Now for the food...you get a complimentary bowl of chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were very good. Chips are freshly made and salsa tasted so good! Fiesta Sampler: everything was great until I tasted the carne asada chimichanga. The carne asada is hamburger meat. That lost me. Changa Carnita: did not care for the melted cheese on top. The carnita was a little dry for my liking...maybe I like a little more fat. Carne Asada Super Nacho: melted cheese on top of the nachos made the chips soggy, not real carne asada.

Disgusting supposed nachos. It was literally like they took peoples leftovers and made a nacho plate. No lie.

The food here is absolutely horrible! I am never coming back here! The wait staff is not good!

I was a bit skeptical going to this place given that it was rated a bit low, but I guess this place has improved over the years. One of the most quickest service mexican places with really good food that I have seen so far in the Twin Cities. I usually go for the tacos when I am visiting a mexican place for the first time and seeing the Pollo Mango Habenaro tacos on the menu was very tempting and to my surprise it was quite spicy and amazingly flavorful. The tangy kick from the mangoes was great and the habenaro sause had a good kick to it. The portion was very filling and the rice and pico was good too. My husband got the chicken enchiladas and the sauce over the enchiladas was going really well with everything. The chips and salsa in the beginning was tasty too. Definitely a place I will be returning to!

Great greeting at the door. Got a table right away on a busy Thursday night. Our waiter Fredy E was amazing and on top of his game. The chips and salsa were plenty full and tasty. Happy hour prices were perfect for our first visit. The food was presented heat hot which is great. The portions were amazing. Food was prepared with love and the presentation was spot on. The chorizo chimichanga was delicious and hit the spot. The atmosphere was perfect for date night with my wife. Definitely be back for more. Got a great thank you as well when we left.

I was craving a chimichanga today and this was nearby. There is a Teresa's in MG that we've been to a handful of times and enjoyed. This location is not my favorite as the quality wasn't what we experience at the other. The chicken chimichanga lunch special was $10 and it didn't feel like they put much chicken or the queso on top. Also, don't they normally serve the salsa and ranch white sauce with the chips? Maybe it's a different place, but I wanted it. Haha I walked to the bathroom and you could smell the stinky kitchen bins on the way to it. Not the most pleasing... maybe close the door to the kitchen near the bathroom? On a positive note, our server was super fast and the food came out even faster. It wasn't horribly busy for lunch but it was steady. Thanks for good customer service.

We had a wonderful experience here: great lunch specials, food was tasty, prices were good, & our waitress, Laura was excellent! Chips & salsa arrive to the table right away with our water & pop orders. The "salsa" that comes with the chips is pretty mild-which is ok since one of our group doesn't do real spiciness. Relaxed, comfortable dining. Worth visiting again!

The weekend breakfast, bloodies and bartenders are awesome as we've been working our way thru the breakfast menu every Saturday at the bar. They just changed the menu so there are some new exciting things to try like the breakfast Monte Cristo but sad to see one of my favorites the Reuben Benedict is now gone. Was sooo good. My other recommendations are the Cajun hash and the corned beef hash and the blackened walleye Benedict along with the Monte Cristo. Often we sit at the bar which is really nice but you can't go wrong sitting outside especially in the evening where it seems a little extra special, especially if you're out there with a few friends like we did a couple times already. Some of our friends that lived out west a bit came out here to visit us so we had to bring them to lucky 13 and they really enjoyed it. They said what a great place and what a wonderful outdoor patio area here they have. The food is great too. And always had great service. I think we've been here about 8 times since we've moved here and at times with other friends and family and there's a lot of other places we haven't tried yet but when you find something great you kinda don't want to risk going elsewhere. Keep up the great work Lucky's and the popcorn too

Came here for a date night, I got the Broiled Miso Salmon and one glass of wine and my partner got the Steak Frites and a coke. Our bill was $95! Ouch. The bad: If it were really really good I would be willing to pay for it, but I felt that the flavors in my dish, in salmon, carrot ginger sauce, and cauliflower, were whispering at best. I think the cauliflower could have used a sauce or been crispier, it just seemed boring and soggy. The steak and fries also came out cold :( my partner really knows his steaks and was not impressed, it was over cooked for medium rare and it had clearly been sitting too long. Not worth the $38! The good: The space itself is decorated really well, it's pretty dark but the theme comes together really nicely. I personally enjoyed the indie/pop music they had playing and it wasn't too loud. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay ($16) and they had a decent selection of wine but only a handful were by the glass. You can get glasses of by the bottle wines if you commit to getting at least two glasses though which is good to know. For me, the service really saved this review, our server was so nice and friendly, attentive but not overbearing. I would maybe grab a drink and an appetizer here sometime but will definitely hold out on dinner again until their prices chill or the food gets better. ‍ TLDR: Too expensive for the food quality
