Everything is changing. I was planning to visit this place since it close by and well known. After reading the reviews, i was not encouraged to go. However, i went Thursday at 4, even though it was crowded, they seated us in about 5 minutes. The server did come late, but not that late, 10 minutes. The food arrived quickly and was warm. Way too hot for me, not a good suggestion at all!! This girl seemed new because of her lack of knowledge of the menu. Wait for a table was long, but we went to the bar and found seats in the bar immediately. The bartender, some girl, I forgot her name was very quick and efficient. I even tipped her a twenty. First off our servers name was Ryan he was so adorable quite the charmer He knew his drinks really well and got me to chane my mind from a twisted margarita to a sour Irishman ( which is the best guys ) I always come in with my girlfriends late at night after our little shindigs. And I swear this guy works so much he's always there to say hi to us and we always get him as our server we always get the same thing 15 wings mango ( really spicy , ) lemon pepper , and chipotle bbq ! With Mac and cheese and our girly drinks :) !! I understand that this is a busy place, which can be very overwhelming at times, but the customer service here is awful. Because of how busy this place seems to always be, I started to order over the phone for take out. The first time I came in to pick up my order, they forgot almost everything. Yes I got my food, but I did not get any napkins, ranch, or the correct sides of sauce that I paid for. I ordered the 4 chicken tenders with lemon pepper on them. Did I get lemon pepper chicken tenders? No. The second time I ordered the 4 chicken tenders, I didn't even get the correct amount I paid for. I paid for 4 with lemon pepper on them, but I only got 3 with no lemon pepper on them once again. He then Said it's their policy at this BWW to have a credit card to place orders and they would only charge 1$ . I always have bad experiences here. Maybe I dont have lucky I think... there was 2 times I called ahead for pickup my food, they said it takes 30min to get ready for pickup. I came at the time they want me to come but I still had to wait for the food come out from the kitchen. It was another 30min long. I complained and the manager said he gonna give me credit for that. The second time I came with his credit and same thing happen again. Last night, I tried to give them another chance. I came in person to help friends order the food as they really want me to do cause we have some games at home. I came at 9:01pm , it took me 15min to wait for them available to take my order. Don't know how the cashier just took wrong order and like I said, I had to wait extra 50min to be able to pick up. I order 1 Large and 1 Snack Traditional wings and 1 Potato Wedges. Worst service I've ever had, went in on the tail end of Monday Night Football and roughly 2 hours before an employee event so didn't have too high of expectations but just wanted to get some wings and go. We were seated right away then 15 minutes go by with nothing, we order and get our drinks...20 minutes later no refills or check ups... 10 minutes later an apology that the kitchen was backed up and it would be another 15 minutes.... 20 minutes later another apology and blame on the kitchen. We finally get our food and it's definitely not warm but screw it we were hungry. 5 minutes later our waitress comes by telling us that they had an event and couldn't get anything else from the kitchen anymore which is understandable but we should never have been here that long. Just had a terrible and humiliating experience at this location. I'll never eat here again and I'll be going on a personal mission to tell everyone about this lousy franchise (found out it was a franchise when I spoke to manager Luis who went out of his way to make me feel even worse!) location. Went to the movies and did a little shopping and decided to get some lunch. Thought buffalo wings would be great! Went inside (party of one) and asked to sit on the restaurant side. I was accommodated and sat down. I didn't wait long to see my waiter who informed that he wasn't really my waiter he was breaking my waitress and that he would start my order. We had a conversation about wing order sizes and I placed my order. A diet coke and a small order of boneless wings. About 5 minutes later my waiter returns with my diet coke. He comes back 5 minutes after that and says, "I need your debit card please!?" I say, "Excuse me?" He says, "I have to charge your debit card a $1.00 and have the # on file in case you decide to walk out without paying!" I was really shocked by this. I said, "Bring me a bill that shows I need to pay like this as this is a weird request, why wasn't I asked to produce when I ordered? How do I know you're not taking my card to do something with it. I shouldn't be asked to hand over my debit card 10 minutes after I ordered". He tells me it's the policy and he will bring me a receipt right away. I reluctantly gave him my card and watched him take it to the register. As he was doing his thing I began to fester. I thought to myself, "what is it about me that is making them request a payment 10 minutes into my ordering process. I've just been sitting here on my phone waiting???" He returned immediately with my $1 receipt and I asked for the manager. I wanted to let the manager know how I was feeling in his restaurant due to the fact that I was asked out of the blue to produce payment 10 minutes after my order. I wanted to complain that I should have been told that right away. I'm not mad at their policy, I'm mad that it looks like I was targeted as someone who was going to dine and ditch. I'm a 45 year old man, I don't have the thought of dining and dashing. Also, as I sat there, I noticed other tables were not asked to produce proof of payment and others weren't asked to do so 10 minutes after ordering or getting their drinks. Now I know I'm being targeted. The manager came to me and was immediately defensive. He started telling me the policy and how I should have read the signs that are all over the restaurant. I still didn't see them. When I asked to see one of these signs, he pointed it out to me. It is a large sign, but I don't make it a habit of learning a restaurant's rules before I order. They should have told me when I ordered and they should be doing the same to everyone. I've eaten here before, and I've never been asked this before. The manager was so defensive and he put the blame on me twice for not reading the signs. He wasn't getting the point. So I told him to cancel my order and bring me a bill for my soda, which cost me $3.87. I was treated like I was stupid and that something about me made them fear I was going to leave. If you're having a problem with diner's that dash, then beef up your security. Don't make a customer who did nothing to your establishment feel bad for your restaurant's problems. Definitely won't eat at Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. And Luis, if you don't like the franchise owner's rules, then tell him.... don't make me feel bad about it. read more

Started off great got our party of 6 seated fast super happy with that. We ordered our food reasonable time 45 minutes. After waiting wings finally came out but there was no sauce. We looked to tell our waiter but she was no where to be found. We asked another waiter if there was something he could do he was super cool got us all water because everyone was empty and brought us all waiter. She comes over we show her she asked what sauces did we have we told her and then continued to wait another 15-20min. So now we have been there for a hour no one had eaten. Get the sauces finished eating she comes back with our bill but the best part SHE CHARGES US .60 cents per a sauce we got 6 sauces. I let her know why would I pay for your kitchens mistake she rudely took the receipt back but then comes back and try's to add on ranch. I looked at her and said are you serious no one here got extra ranch we wanna pay so take my card but remove the ranch. At this point I just wanted to go home! She comes back with a receipt that doesn't show what you were being charged for just final bill. ( ranch was still on there because it never lost the 60 cent charge). Would of been 0 stars....Waited 50 mins to be seated, was not told by the hostess that they were having kitchen malfunctions. We were seated then our server proceeds to ask did they tell you up front we are having a kitchen malfunction? I tell her I ordered a michelada she says "ya a michelada"that's not a michelada again she says "ya a michelada " and shows me the receipt that says a Modelo michelada I pointed to the drink and say that's not a michelada and explain how to make a michelada. So she finally brings me the right drink. As we pay for our food the table behind us gets 4 orders of fries. Wow, what can I say about this location. Giving this place a 1 star is a complement to this location. For starters, customer service is horrible here. The manager needs to better prioritize the schedules better to provide better customer experience. I live 5 minutes away from this location, and the brand is what brings my family to dine here, but I will be taking my business to the Bristol location the next city over. This location always uses the excuse, "we're short handed right now and our kitchen backed up." I understand these thing's happen, but this location always has that excuse. Decided to eat here before catching a movie on a Saturday night. We expected a wait it was Saturday after all. Gave our name to the hostess she said 40 min wait but there were many dining tables available. Decided to try our luck in the bar area. Snagged a table after about 10 min. Table was cleared for us and Jamie came by to introduce herself and let us know she'd be our server for the evening took our drink order (water) and brought them to our table about 5 min later. We sat there for about 20 min... she never came back but a different server did. I'm not sure if he said his name but his name tag read "Mr.Chow". Anyway he let us know he had just gotten back from break and that he would be our server and he'd be taking care of us. He asked for our card same time he took our food order. People that had seated long AFTER we did had gotten their drinks and food before we did. Saw him making his rounds, he looked our way and I'm sure realized we still didn't have our food 30 min after he had taken our order. Didn't come back with our food until 10 min after that. This time it's 11:40 and our showtime was midnight. We asked for the check when he brought us our food (cause we knew that would take some time) Did not get a single refill on our water.
