Two missing chicken fingers shouldn't be a big deal, but the poor service and 20-minute hold completely ruined my late dinner after a long working day. Also, some of the chicken tenders were noticeably small, were barely half the size they should be. Customer service, if you're reading this, you have my order number and I paid by card, so you should be able to process a refund without asking me to call back.

This is probably one of my favorite Waba Grills in OC. I order a salmon plate with no fruit with veggies white rice and everything came warm. Salmon came out very fresh and tastedvery good. The rice compare to other places with nice and sticky. Can't go wrong with sticky white rice. On top my order came out fast. I came today around 1pm. Best service best food! Bread never came to the table, which is something I only realized by the time we'd already received our pizzas. I'm not sure if maybe that isn't something they do anymore, but it looks like in other reviews it still happens, so I'm not sure what was going on, as other tables seemed to be missing it too. Our pizza took the longest, taking 30-40 mins for our table to receive all of our food from the time of ordering. When it did arrive, it was somehow all cold already. I ordered a tostada pizza, which was admittedly a mistake on my part. But even the classic barbecue chicken pizza we ordered came out lukewarm even after the long wait. It isn't like these pizzas were waiting so they could all come out at the same time either, as each came one by one over the course of 5-10 minutes. I'm quite unsure how that happens, especially considering the fact that there were only about 4 tables with guests at the restaurant at this point. I understand our party was on the larger side and we had some kids, but I don't think there is much excuse for our experience to have been that disappointing. I would save your business for a different CPK location or another restaurant nearby.

I thought I would share what happened to me at this location today. It was not a pleasant…read moreexperience. I ordered through the drive through and ordered a chili dog combo. The employee asked if I wanted cheese and said no. When I got to the window the employee, a young man, was not very friendly, but with today's customer service I was not that surprised. He spoke very low and seemed as if he was already trying to avoid me. I asked for ketchup and I did not get a reply. If I did get a reply I could not hear him as he spoke very low and seemed as if he did not want to interact at all. I asked again and was handed ketchup. I did not check that bag as I normally do. I got home and realized there was cheese on the chili dogs. Normally, I would have scrapped it off, however, scrapping it off means losing most of the chili. With today's prices, and my limited income at the moment, I wanted what I paid for so I had to go back. Also, this wienerschnitzel isn't far from my home, so that's another reason why I returned. I returned and this time I went to the walk up window . The woman working in the back to make the food saw me coming and told the young guy I was there. He did a side glance and said nothing. They talked amongst themselves and then he approached the window. If he said something I could not hear him, because all he did was stand there. He did not say "how can I help you" or any other customer service phrase you would normally hear. He seemed, again, as if he was trying to avoid me. I explained there was cheese when I ordered no cheese and he then asked what? And I repeated myself. He then looked in the bag and threw the old ones away. The lady in the back started making them again, but was making them with the regular bun. I had ordered the pretzel buns. So I had to get his attention as he seemed like he was trying to stay away/avoiding me. He then seemed annoyed that I asked for them to make them with the proper buns I paid for. He then mumbled something. I had to ask him to repeat it he then said 3 minutes. I waited while they continued working. While waiting I Watched the lady hide some hotdog in a fridge in a personal bag. I then saw them finish up wrapping my hotdogs and put them in a bag. As the young man was about to give me the bag I asked for new fries as my old ones were now cold at home. I got an immediate no and the young man was trying to avoid me again and did not want to hear what I had to say. He then pretended to be doing other things when there was no one at the window. That's when I got upset. I then told them they were rude and asked again for new fries since mine were home now cold and soggy due to the mistake. The whole time they tried to make me seem like an inconvenience. And I said that they messed up my order and I had to wait and come back and all I want is new fries. The young man continued to ignore me. The lady making the food then said she was sorry, but was trying to stay away. I said you're not. I even said that I've been nice. I could have been a mean person like others and make a scene but I was not. Even at the moment I wasn't even yelling. I was just being upset. I still can't believe they couldn't just give me new fries. They already wasted the chili cheese dogs with the upgraded bun since the order was wrong and had to be replaced. The lady also managed to save herself a free chili dog, but I couldn't get my fries replaced. I just had to share because I can't believe customer service is getting so bad. As a former food service and retail worker this would have never been acceptable. They really need to teach people about customer service. I was not unkind to them, but they were not kind to me. I'm not expecting some personalized experience but this was ridiculous. Anyway , I hope the staff and management get to see what they made a normal customer have to go through just for a chili dog that was paid for by the customer.
