A great spot for food at a decent price and is very consistent with the rest of the chain. There's plenty of parking available in this shopping center. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating available. The service is very standard with the chain and the workers are friendly. They, like the other locations, have some difficulty maintaining the cleanliness of the tables and floor but are always very quick to assist when directly asked to help. The food is also very consistent with the chain. A few of the times that I've gone I've received buns that were fairly cold, but the taste was still good. read more

I'm East coast, so anytime I can get In N Out I'm all in. I've never had a bad experience at one. Tonight we visited via the drive thru. There was the anticipated long line of cars. They however were on top of it. They had someone out in the line taking the orders which helped the process flow smoothly. He was moving back the line so that we could just rapidly move up through the line. I did this place to be a bargain too for fast food. Four of us ate for what one or two would have spent at the parks. It was even half what any of the other burger joints would have charged. My double double animal style was delicious, fresh and warm. First time at this In-N-Out restaurant, and the customer service was superb. We came here after Dave & Busters, and it was pretty busy. The restaurant was clean, and the cashier was very patient as we placed our order (see the pictures of what we ordered). Overall, I give a lot of respect to these employees. As I stated before in other reviews, some customers order crazy orders at In-N-Out, and their employees probably get annoyed. Still, the customer service and food are always great. read more

I was very disappointed at my experience at this location. I ordered 5 burgers and two of them were protein style so I asked for extra lettuce. The other 3 were regular burgers on buns. So with food prices being so high, my order was 50 bucks. I got it to go so we bring it home and they did not wrap the protein style ones as I asked and the tomato and pickle and stuff were all falling out. The other 3 double double burger buns were super stale. I have never had stale bread from an "in and out" before. I was so disappointed. Plus with the cost of food being so high I would hope that the business I chose to spend my money would do their best to retained their customers. They were busy so I understand the struggle but we had to wait over 20 plus minutes for "fast food". And once I got it home there were the quality issues. I dropped in around 11am on a weekday and found this to be the most busy In-N-Out location I've ever been to. It's located on the outside edge of the Outlets at Orange on the Nike side. It's a standard-sized place with the usual booths , tables, and counters that most locations have as well as a large patio and drive-thru, which constantly had an extremely long line. I ventured inside to order and eat. Although the inside of the place was packed and my order was 30 numbers behind what was being called, my food was ready in 10 minutes. The perky staff were hustling and getting the food out quickly. I took my double-double with extra spread (Why do they call it "spread"? And why do I like it so much?) and chocolate milkshake to a counter seat. No fries this time. The burger and shake were perfect. What more can be said?! read more

Yummy! I was craving a good old California burger. In N Out is the place for that! Service was good. They were quick with making the food. They went skimpy on the secret sauce for the animal style fries. No worries. That's an easy fix! We went up and asked for extra packets of sauce. Other than that, the food was fresh and delicious. This place is great! We eat a lot of In-N-Out in our household, everyone likes it and thankfully still pretty affordable compared to other fast food places. I want to applaud this location for keeping it calm, cool and professional. We went today and it's super rainy. So naturally the place was busy, many kids asking for their hot chocolate, not much indoor seating and yet the employees were calm and accommodating. The food still came out pretty efficiently and delicious and I applaud all the workers for that. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be eating at this location again. read more

Pretty busy in n out as its part of the block outside mall. Haven't been here in a while theres alot of people just walking around and hanging. Did see a few vagrants but security would finally get to them and push them out. Staff was nice and efficient, even noticed they gave some skater kids free burgers, looks like they were hungry too. Drive thru review- From the point of entry at the drive thru, it has literally taken us 30 minutes to get through the line. They are newer location but they need to get this situated. This In-N-Out is conveniently located near the Outlets of Orange. I grabbed a snack here while waiting for my Mother n'law's appointments to finish at UCI Medical Center located nearby. There is plenty of parking available. Dining area was completely full inside and outside the restaurant. The Drive-thru can accommodate many vehicles, and it was not too busy the time I was there. Since I was having dinner with the family after the appointment, I only ordered two orders of Fries. The young lady who assisted me was kind, and she got my fries for me right away after I paid. After the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon, on a Sunday around 10:30 a.m., I was craving a hamburger. Looking up options on Yelp in Anaheim, In-N-Out Burger was one of the first restaurants to pop up! It was about 5 minutes away from Katella Avenue, and my husband and I decided to stop by In-N-Out after the Halloween half marathon. I had ordered a 7Up soda and a double-double cheeseburger, plain, with extra pickles. My husband ordered a double-double cheeseburger as well! We informed the team members that we were going to eat the meal in the car! The team members are amazing at this location! This In-N-Out Burger looks to be a new location in Anaheim. There was plenty of parking, and the drive-thru is well-designed! Our orders were perfect! My double-double cheeseburger was delicious! Especially after the race, I really needed a great meal, and this In-N-Out Burger was awesome! The cheeseburger was perfectly seasoned, and the melted cheese was still ooey and gooey. The pickles were scrumptious! This was a perfect meal for a drive back to Las Vegas! I'd stop by here again if I'm visiting Anaheim! read more

It pains me to write this, but like many others have said, this In-N-Out has one of the worst drive-through experiences possible. We came by today at 5 and it took an hour to get our food when it was still technically a "slow" period (the line wasn't extended out the entrance or overflowing). The staff working the drive-through looked like deer in the headlights, and kept consulting one another after each order, adding further delays and making things feel disorganized. When it came time to take our orders, I had to correct them multiple times with the order. When it came time to pay, the woman at the front read off an entirely different order, and when I told her that it was the wrong order she looked at me in complete confusion, then told me to drive to the next window to pay and they would confirm my order. When I arrived at the next window they gave me my order but didn't confirm any of the items with me. Luckily my order was correct, however it was COMPLETELY soggy. Every single item was stone cold and dripping as if it had been sitting for 30 minutes (which it probably had been given how long we waited to pay). On top of that, my buns were burnt to a crisp and whoever made my burger tried to hide the mistake by adding extra spread on both sides. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I've had at an In-N-Out. I want to give the benefit of the doubt because this location is newer, but I would absolutely not recommend using the drive-through here until they can get their affairs in order and run it the way they should be. read more

Such a great new location! They have a very large parking lot and it's directly connected to the outlets in Orange. The only downsides are the lack of seating and where they have you enter the restaurant. You will enter by the pickup area. So it will be very crowded just to get to the line to order. Overall such a great location and I look forward to returning to it soon! read more

I have been to a couple of in-n-out places around my OC area. I saw how this in n out place was building near the block, but haven't tried it out yet. Today, my boyfriend and I went here to this location for the very first time. My boyfriend got double double with cheese along with grilled onions and an Arnold Palmer drink. I got a hamburger & seven up and chose both of our fries light well. My boyfriend loved his burger packed with tons of flavor and tried the light well fries they were crispy and crunchy. He loved this difference of the fries better than the original one. He also loved his Arnold Palmer very refreshing and delicious. He would give this rate a 5/5 since this is his favorite go to order at any in n out burger places. My hamburger was delicious, pack with lots of flavor and well seasoned. The fries were delicious and crispy. The seven up was crisp, delicious, and refreshing. I would give my meal a 5/5 as well. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. They also have their own drive thru, but the surprising part is that we have to park up front at the store so they can hand us our food alongside with the condiments. Out of all my In-N-Out experiences over the last 20+ years, this was by far the worst. I thought the drive thru was disorganized...the 2 lanes needing to go every other car was a mess. There were 2 people taking orders without syncing with one another. The line was probably the slowest I've ever experienced. I got there after 2pm so it wasn't the lunch rush but might as well been. The gal who handled payment was the only good thing about my visit, she was friendly and sweet. The gal handing out the food was probably the worst employee I've ever experienced. This company has always been known to provide excellent customer service with smile. She didn't smile once, she looked miserable and in a horrible mood. She asked if I wanted ketchup, I said yes and also requested black pepper. When I got back to the hotel, she gave me 1 thing of black pepper which I've never experienced before. I have to remember to specify next time though most people will automatically throw in a few. When I drove away, the gals dark energy transferred over to me, it was so odd. Oh and my hotel was only a few min away...I've taken food to go from various in n outs in the past and I've never had an issue but the fries were cold and hard...the burger wasn't very good. I can't pin point exactly what but the flavor wasn't the same. This is all a first for me. In n out is actually my favorite fast food and it's usually always consistent.
