    Delicious burger

I'm East coast, so anytime I can get In N Out I'm all in. I've never had a bad experience at one. Tonight we visited via the drive thru. There was the anticipated long line of cars. They however were on top of it. They had someone out in the line taking the orders which helped the process flow smoothly. He was moving back the line so that we could just rapidly move up through the line. I did this place to be a bargain too for fast food. Four of us ate for what one or two would have spent at the parks. It was even half what any of the other burger joints would have charged. My double double animal style was delicious, fresh and warm. My fries animal style were great too. We asked for a couple packets of ketchup and sauce and received handfuls of each. Everything was great!

This place always hits the spot.our cashier VICTORIA! WAS AMAZING! I told her If i could have a sticker? And she game me one. I informed her that I collected stickers from the recent 70th something celebration, and she game me some stickers for my collection! She was literally the kindest person I have encountered. She made my night and made this review intop she needs a raise or something! She was so sweet to us :)age is just a number she did not discourage my child collection of stickers and because if that i loverhis innout even more. Thank you VICTORIA!

First time at this In-N-Out restaurant, and the customer service was superb. We came here after Dave & Busters, and it was pretty busy. The restaurant was clean, and the cashier was very patient as we placed our order (see the pictures of what we ordered). Overall, I give a lot of respect to these employees. As I stated before in other reviews, some customers order crazy orders at In-N-Out, and their employees probably get annoyed. Still, the customer service and food are always great.

The service was great. The food was awesome and the Flying Dutchman with an onion wrap definitely lived up to the hype! I live on the East Coast, so I never get in and out and this is definitely a treat. I will definitely always stop by whenever I'm on the West Coast.

double-double with extra spread & chocolate shake

I dropped in around 11am on a weekday and found this to be the most busy In-N-Out location I've ever been to. It's located on the outside edge of the Outlets at Orange on the Nike side. It's a standard-sized place with the usual booths , tables, and counters that most locations have as well as a large patio and drive-thru, which constantly had an extremely long line. I ventured inside to order and eat. Although the inside of the place was packed and my order was 30 numbers behind what was being called, my food was ready in 10 minutes. The perky staff were hustling and getting the food out quickly. I took my double-double with extra spread (Why do they call it "spread"? And why do I like it so much?) and chocolate milkshake to a counter seat. No fries this time. The burger and shake were perfect. What more can be said?!

Yummy! I was craving a good old California burger. In N Out is the place for that! Service was good. They were quick with making the food. They went skimpy on the secret sauce for the animal style fries. No worries. That's an easy fix! We went up and asked for extra packets of sauce. Other than that, the food was fresh and delicious. Ambiance was very busy. There were a lot of people there during the lunch rush. I got lucky and snagged us a table inside! All the tables were taken inside and most outside too.

In-N-Out never disappoints. Even with a slight increase in price, the value is still unbeatable. The quality is consistent, and you always know exactly what you're getting. A three by three with chilis and well done fries for 11 dollars is hard to beat. On top of that, the staff is fast, friendly, and keeps everything moving smoothly. Simple, reliable, and always satisfying.

I been coming here for awhile and never had any issues actually never had issues in none of there location the run like a well oiled machine lol I think it has to do with their history they are 100% family owned and they kept the same concept that work. If u haven't seen or heard of their story I suggest u go to utube and check out their documentary it is really good and u will be surprised i dont wanna spoiled it for u. I was surprised I learned alot of the the family it blew my mind cause all these years I didn't know the real history the story has everything its exciting, happiness, sadness, redemption, resilient, and triumphant and ultimately SUCCESS!

Does this look like extra lettuce this place is usually a hit but not yesterday, waited around 20 minutes for to-go order and found this when I got home. It was still good though

Drive thru review- From the point of entry at the drive thru, it has literally taken us 30 minutes to get through the line. They are newer location but they need to get this situated. We stopped by before a movie and now will be late by the time we leave, park and go inside. Animal style burger pictured. Although it took a long time, at least the burgers were good.

Upon entering, there is a small storefront for ordering and just a few tables for seating. Seems that this establishment is tailored for to-go. I got the signature + 1 extra patty (3 patties total) and a side of fries. While the ordering was seamless and quick, I didn't receive my order until about 20 minutes later which was disappointing considering this seemed like a fast casual joint. As can be seen from the pictures, the food was rather plain. The burger was super dry, with little sauce inside. Believe me when I say that I was very surprised; I honestly don't think it's hard to mess up a burger but alas, it was not enjoyable. The fries provided were pretty standard in quality but a little lacking in quantity. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment.

I ordered their Topa Topa Burger, Okonami fries and a Dr Pepper to drink. We sat outside on the patio since it was a nice evening at the time. All our food came out pretty quickly and around the same time as we had ordered one after the other. My burger was delicious! All their burgers here are made from wagyu meat. Mine came with sliced avocado (pretty much half of an avocado) which was ripe, smooth and creamy. It also came with crunchy onion strings and their special Topa Topa sauce and of course some kewpie mayo and shredded cabbage. The cabbage was super crunchy and fresh. The buns were super soft and toasted perfectly. The fries were alright. The Okonamiyaki style was unique and the toppings were tasty. My Dr Pepper was a little too sweet, maybe it was more syrup than carbonated water. Overall the burgers here were great! I also got an order for my boyfriend later that night. Ordering to go was super easy. My boyfriend devoured his Spicy Miso burger. Service here was great as well. Would come back for the burgers!

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback.
