This is my first time trying out the bottom as appetizers, and for a second, actually looks like a good deal: all you can eat appetizers from a limited menu for $12.99 up to four people, how would you go wrong? Well for starters, it's just deep-fried starch. Honestly, it's exactly what it sounds like -- a lot of fried food. Mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fried pickles, chips, queso, and wings. Fun at first, but it gets heavy really quickly. The value isn't terrible, but at $12.99 it still doesn't feel like something I'd do again. My wife took our two nieces here for lunch. They had a horrible experience. They waited 20 minutes before someone came to ask if they wanted drinks. They all got water and then waited another 10 minutes to place an order. One of our niece's burger came out 15 minutes after the other two meals came out, and it was cold but the cheese wasn't melted. It was clearly sitting out for a long time. Came by for the Draft yesterday and had a good time overall! B-Dubs gets a bad rap these days, but I want to give credit to the staff working yesterday during such a busy time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the plans for the Draft and managed to take care of the overwhelming amount of people that were in attendance. Everything arrived fresh to our table as expected, and the beers were nice and cold (honestly not much else you can ask for). I think their prices have gone up a bit, but drinks are still cheaper than most other places ($4 draft beer is hard to come by these days). The wings were a little bit on the dryer side, but still tasted good. Came here on a Thursday evening and it was pretty busy! Because of that, the wait was pretty long to get our food. There might have only been one or two servers for the crowd, but not one staff member was rude! Even through it all our server was super nice and handled things well. Food was okay! We opted for the Meal for 2 which included our fountain drinks, 2 entrees and 2 sides for $25. We tried the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and the Beer Cheesesteak. We skipped the Disney food this time because, let's be honest, we basically have a punch card there. Instead, we went on a mission: wings, family time, and zero lines shaped like a snake through a theme park. Mission accomplished. This place was awesome--huge, calm, and blessedly free of princess sing-alongs. And the best part? It's only about ten minutes away from Disney, so you can escape the crowds without going on some hour-long adventure. We ordered 15 wings (Asian Zing and two other flavors that were so good my brain immediately clocked out and forgot their names). My wife and I stuck to tradition with our fried pickles--because if you don't get fried pickles, did you even go out to eat? It was a hot day, so our son requested emergency ice cream deployment before the food even hit the table. Our waitress didn't even blink. She treated it like a Code Red dessert situation and had that bowl of ice cream on the table faster than a Disney FastPass. Took my great nephew and niece here after a few hours at Dave & Buster's because there was a two hour wait just to get a table so we went here instead. We were seated pretty quickly less than 10 minutes wait but we waited almost 45 minutes for our order, that was kind of disappointing. I get it. I gave her the order name and she said she would look for it, but instead went behind the bar and started chatting with customers rather than retrieving an order that was already paid for. It felt like dine-in guests who were drinking and tipping were getting priority, while takeout orders were an afterthought. The restrooms were the final nail. Multiple stalls out of order, filthy sinks, bad smells, no mirror, and heavy tagging. Overall, the restaurant felt dirty and poorly managed. This clearly isn't an employee-level issue, it's a management and oversight failure from the top down. Given this location's consistently low ratings compared to others nearby, it makes sense. Honestly horrible experience overall. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and the service or lack of should I say, was interesting to say none the lease. To start, we were told to wait for an "open table" despite there being roughly 20 empty tables available. Once seated, we were only checked on about four times during what ended up being a two hour dining experience. When our food finally arrived, there was a long hair in one of the meals. After tracking down our server, we were told that "the manager would talk to the cook." I would have expected the manager, who was visibly working on the floor, to come over personally, apologize, and address the situation, but that never happened. To make matters worse, after we finished eating, it took more than 30 minutes to get someone's attention just to ask for the check. By that point, we felt like we were being held hostage. This place seriously needs to hire staff who are willing to provide proper customer service. Brandon, one of the servers, was especially unhelpful. He left dirty plates on our table for hours and failed to properly attend to our needs throughout the visit. Communication with him was also difficult. Another server, Bety, came across as rude and unapproachable, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. Buffalo Wild Wings is notorious for having slower service, but I experienced it firsthand to a whole new level during their All You Can Eat Wings & Fries promotion. I want to start by saying the staff was clearly doing their best and remained friendly despite how busy it was, but it felt like they were unprepared for the volume this deal brought in. We waited about an hour just to be seated on a weekday night, and once seated, it took another 1.5 hours for our initial order of 10 wings to arrive! Unfortunately, they came out cold. Additionally, we aren't allowed to place a second order until we were finished with the first, and with the delays, this really stretched and dragged the experience out. We placed our second order (which is limited to 6 wings), and as I'm typing this, it's been another hour with no sign of the food. I've asked for the wings to be packed to go because I simply couldn't spend any more time waiting. I'm sharing this not to blame the workers, who were clearly overwhelmed, but to hopefully offer feedback to management. Promotions like this can be great, but they require better staffing and preparation to give guests the experience they're expecting.
