Ordered wings for pick up yesterday and was highly disappointed by the entire experience! Employees got aggressive when I walked in to get my order, as if I wasn't allowed inside even though their patio AND inside bar area was still being sat (against county regulations no less). When I went to get my wings, I was asked to move aside so someone who came in after me could be helped first. Finally, after my wait, I checked the boxes and they were labeled correctly, but to my disappointment, when I got home, my Chipotle BBQ wings were just the dry seasoning of my second choice of wings, Lemon Pepper. Server lady had a attitude from the start. Maybe she had a bad day? But she never checked up on us. We had to ask other servers if we could have more water/lemonade. When we were ordering she told us they had a item only to find out when they brought the food that it wasn't true. The food was okay though. Let me preface this rant by saying... DON'T come here if you're hungry. DON'T come here if you're a party of two wanting food within 55 minutes. And DON'T come here if you want decently warm food. I guess I can't be surprised since this place has two stars on Yelp.. I should've known. And yet, we decided to give this place a shot for dinner tonight. My boyfriend and I walked in at 6:05PM, immediately sat down at the bar area and proceeded to order our food at 6:12PM. We had a very simple order: large boneless wings (three different sauces). THAT'S. IT. Ten minutes go by... then fifteen, twenty, eventually thirty minutes go by and we finally get our food. We are STARVING at this point (mistake #1 was coming in to BWW hungry). Some other server dropped off our wings and didn't explain which wings were what..my boyfriend ordered all spicy sauces and I hate spicy foods. So you can imagine how much fun it was figuring out which were my BBQ wings. Anyways, when we finally figured that out, we took a bite and noticed the wings were BARELY above ice cold, not to mention each wing had about a pea sized amount of sauce on them. Plus, the wings were mealy and tasted stale and old -- basically, just plain disgusting. We saw our server again a minute or two after realizing the wings were unpalatable and asked if he could blast heat them or something. He took them away and we again waited and waited and waited... We finally received our order at 7:05PM. It took AN HOUR for us to receive our VERY simple order! To top it off, the food was just as bad as the first round. Yes, it was a tad bit warmer (I'd say a bit below room temperature), but we didn't have the patience to wait another hour for equally crappy food. I will mention they threw in an additional 8 wings to make up for this cluster... however, the 8 wings were a spicy sauce my boyfriend originally told our server he was considering. So I didn't benefit from these extra wings and therefore don't think that gesture even scratched the surface to make up for everything else. To make matters worse, we sat for an additional 15 minutes waiting for our server to return from wherever he went so we could get the check and get the hell out of here. We never saw him so I asked another server walking by for the check but she never brought it. Finally, our server came by and asked if we wanted the check...there was nothing we wanted more. Surprisingly, he brought us the check immediately (fastest service he had provided all night). Our server was so blasé about the entire thing. It appeared to not even phase him that we waited an hour for our food. He said "sorry" quietly maybe once or twice. But otherwise, couldn't be bothered. Plus, he reeked of cigarettes which was the icing on an already horrible dining experience. Save your money. Save your time. NEVER EAT HERE. Wingstop is infinitely better than this place and it's faster and cheaper. I will definitely NEVER eat here again and I advise everyone else to follow suit. read more

Very disappointed. Ordered wings to go and the place was a disorganized mess. No social distancing to comply with government orders or anything. I took me close to 30 minutes to get my food. I've seen other places put tape to mark 6 feet between people and they enforced it. This is serious and the restaurant needs to do better. I went back a couple weeks ago and I spoke to the Manager (Jessica) and shared my thoughts with her. She appreciated the feedback and provided us with the Best Customer Service/Experience, and prepared the food for us. They were by far the best wings we've had. I have since gone back a couple more times in the last week and have experienced great customer service and great tasting food. Jessica prides herself in changing the Customer Experience and has now changed my opinion of this BWW, and has exceeded my expectations. My girlfriends and I always come here to meet up for happy hour 3-6pm. Most the appetizers are half off and they got margarita specials...and beer. We usually get lucky with an open table at the bar, faster than waiting for a table. The staffs here are usually knowledgeable of what they are doing, they do get pretty busy but overall service is good. Service was super slow. We sat at the bar area where its self seating. Table was dirty. Took about 20 minutes for us to be acknowledged by a server. Server took our order. 1 drink came out timely. I've worked there last year. Management doesn't seem to do much of anything especially Esteban, however there are a few managers that do their best such as Jennae and Robert. Some servers do enjoy their job and some are just there for the work. Most hosts do their job decently none really attempt to go above and beyond. Wouldn't recommend working here to anyone else really. read more
