This is my go to place in the Papillion area for you guessed it... Wings. Beer. Sports. Most times I order pick up, but when I don't, it's usually to watch a sporting event. I always opt to sit on the bar side as it is usually less crowded and has good views of the TVs. The staff on the bar side have always been quick to greet us and take our order. The last time I went, I was especially happy with the bar staff. I attempted to order one of my go to drinks (cucumber vodka + soda), but I was told they didn't have cucumber vodka so the bartender offered to add fresh cucumbers to my drink free of charge. The fresh cucumbers ended up being just as good, if not better. The bar staff are more than willing to make/attempt to make what you like! I give this place four stars as it is typical bar food that is over priced unless you go for the specials or happy hour. Drinks can be pricey as well so I recommend asking for drink specials (they usually have a $3 tall beer). Definitely give this place a try next time you are craving wings or need somewhere to watch a game. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in frequently about a year ago and it was definitely busier and better quality. Since then, they've hired a new floor manager and she seems like a horrible person to work for. She's constantly treating the team members like they are peasants in just the way she speaks to them from what I have witnessed firsthand. Do not talk to Stephanie. There's never any patrons when I come in anymore, even during what should be busy times. The food is poor quality, the marketing pics on the menu are unrealistic. The breading doesn't even look the same. The lettuce is clearly not fresh. They've really let this BWW go and it doesn't surprise me that nobody goes anymore. My family and a few friends stopped at this location to watch football last Sunday. Overall, I think we had a mediocre experience. We were a party of seven and seated quickly, but after waiting four minutes I walked back up to the server to ask for our server. He came over and apologized and took our drink order quickly. We didn't have to wait too terribly long for the draft beers. We ordered our food and received our appetizer fairly quickly, but our friends did not get their pretzel bites until their food arrived. They received their food, but we had to flag our server down to get our food a few minutes later along with asking for refills. What was really aggravating is we could see our server chitchatting with friends by the front door while we were awaiting service/refills. The manager came by, was very friendly, and gave us Bogo coupons for burgers. Our server came back and apologized shortly afterwards and grabbed our refills for the kids. After getting back to the states after 4 years we decided on BWW for the trivia. (I mean who wants to talk to their spouse during a meal). It was a big disappointment to realize that was no longer a thing here. I was able to sample a few IPAs, all I wouldn't recommend. The wings were fine but not worth it for the price. Our waiter was very friendly! And in any other environment I would have welcomed him sitting down at the table for 20 mins discussing life but tonight was not the night. Our food came out at all different times. The two orders of wings came out about 10 mins apart and my wings came out with the appetizer. The three dip appetizer included queso (really good), salsa (ok) and guacamole (bland beyond belief). I will say the environment was very clean and I loved the amount of staff on hand. read more

My boyfriend and I went here for the Nebraska basketball game while the men were playing in march madness. It was a Friday night, we sat down around 5:45. We ordered an app, drinks & wings + fries. My boyfriend wanted garlic Parmesan sauce for his wings but the waitress said they were out of that sauce which was fine, no worries. Our food was good, that's why I'm giving the 1 star. I'm done ordering from this papillion location and maybe all BWW locations. Ordering online does nothing for convienience. EVERYTIME i've shown up I had to wait for 20+ minutes for food to be "bagged" Last night specifically I arrived 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick up, hoping that i'd be in and out. Nope. The employee there told me it was probably in the back being bagged. I sat and waited with 4 other hungry people waited for their orders as well. 20 Minutes later she brings the food out. I take it home and ALL of the wings are dry and there is a splash of sauce on a few as if they took a spoon and tossed it into the togo container, they were mostly old and overcooked, I suspect they took old cold ones and refried them because they were incredibly greasy. I could barely stab a fork through them, out of 24 boneless wings, my girlfriend and I ended up eating 10 out of starvation. I tried to let it go because I hate leaving reviews but I realized that this has been a constant issue with the Papillion location and after 12 hours of cooling down I still feel like this location needs an entire new staff at the very least. read more
